Most unprofessional place. One of the therapist there didn’t take my struggle real when I was trying to explain my disorder and wanting to work passed it to heal so that I could move on with my life. She kept dismissing… things like it was imaginary. I left that place and never want to see her again. Totally unprofessional.

Super thankful for how they took care of me when I was struggling last year. They truly care. The process can take a little bit to get started but it’s worth it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible place to go to!!! Seemed like everything they said was a lie and didn’t have any information so is spring creeks in Sapulpa very rude staffing when trying to call to get information about a patient they get… very hateful one minute the patient is there then the next they say they can confirm or deny if the patient is there!! Would not recommend to anyone

They have amazing staff members, I am new to their services, but so far they are very kind and compassionate and seem to genuinely care about mental health and human beings ❤️

Was pumped with meds that didn’t work, when I told Doctor Ferrer they didn’t, she just told me to keep taking them. I told her 3 times, 4 weeks apart, that my meds were not working. She never took me off those meds, or… tried anything else. This final appointment, I brought in my mother to help explain the symptoms I was experiencing, and hopefully help get my meds changed. The old nurse (who is also rude 24/7) and doctor ferrer looked at my mom and literally said “And who are you?” Dr. Ferrer won’t listen to your concerns. Therapist Kari literally will say 5 words the whole session, and just book you another appointment. There is no actual “therapy” going on. All I do is talk, and that’s not what therapy is. Don’t go here. You’re better off getting advice from a homeless person under Garrison Bridge.

More cancelled appointments than the 1 successful time I actually sat with someone. Who was very cold, typing away on a computer with a few "uh huh" & " yeah" responses. Odd to see comments because I was told multiple… times that there was a crisis counselors were responding to, so they would have to reschedule. Then again with the same, and again. Even if you came all the way to the office, took off work, checked a kid out of school, sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour. . . . theres a crisis and they are heading out the door.

I go here and I absolutely love it! They are o helpful, nice, and so understanding! They will help you with so much stuff! Not just therapy! Very easy process to get in there system and they garentee none of your stuff… will be looked at. Only your therapist.
