To be told a year ago I was at risk of being kicked after missing 3 appointments (due to being so depressed I couldn’t get out of bed). And now my doctor has missed the past 3 appointments as she wasn’t in. And I’m… being told by my case manager (who I have nothing but praise for) that it might be over a month until I’m seen…how is that fair? I’ve also been removed from therapy (and told it was due to her leaving). Yet after being committed after a suicide attempt I was told I can just start seeing her again. I’ve had so many doctors my medicine that’s failed is being forced on me to repeat despite knowing already it won’t work from previous attempts. Good place to go to if you have base level problems. I have severe depression and anxiety and I am being told countless times nothing else can be done.
I been going here for years and now they don’t want me here anymore because of the new doctor I had gotten. Sahara D yelled in my face and told me to get out her office and lied on me on June 16 2026 . She also said she… discharging me all because I had questions about my medications and caught her in some lies about the medications and my case manager glory t started changing up on me and even shared my Tex messages that I didn’t authorize her to share. So glory might be sharing my files with Everyone to. My disability is much worse now . Dr Sahara wouldn’t lisen to me when I tried to explain stuff to her. My mom is my caregiver and she was in shock how I got treated . No Dr should yell at any patient. Yes I thought I was being racially profiled because from day one I told Dr Sahara D about one of my medication and how I couldn’t talk but she wanted to upper up the doses 🤔 hmm ? Then when I asked her to please take me off that medication cause of the side effects she turns around and gives me a medication alcohol and opioid abuse 🤷🏽♀️ second time was on the 16 meeting her she wanted a urine test with no reason. All the doctors I had never done that to me before but my urine test came out negative. II talked to Dr ebright before I left today before me and my mom went to go up there to talk to her in person and she says a new practitioner and case manager was going to talk to me . Well she lied cause there was not a new practitioner NORE a new case manager. Glory t told me it was another there , but today I got told it’s not another doctor there for me and there all booked . So basically they thrown me out of that cross roads in Farmville . Just treated me like garbage and treated me like I’m not a human being. All them years I went there , also told my mother she can save some gas but never said that before. Please do not go here for any services. The good doctors are leaving and the good case managers to.If you do go here cause as I said , the good doctors and case managers are gone, go at your own risk. I’m having crying spells now , nightmares and more .This crossroads doesn’t give a heck about your disabilities or your feelings! Good luck getting a lawyer cause I’m not giving up until someone helps me of how the way they treated me . It’s not right. Also glory t gave me a gift when I thought she was nice just to trap me into talking to much about how I’m feeling. Be extremely careful what you tell your case manager or it will blow up in your face. Don’t trust them . Keep the conversation sweet and short ! Warning! They are not your friends. Glory t didn’t even stop the Dr from yelling in my face the doctor even got up out her seat and I thought she was going to hit me to .very bad experience. I went through so much in my life . Now they made me felt like the whole world hates me or something. They just there for the money . I hope to god no body ELS gets treated the way I had 😔💔
Good
Great caring kind people the only reason I give 1 star is because I don't think the intake process is fair at all u have to be there at like 8 0r 9 am and wait there's no appointments or consideration for people that… can't make it that early because of work or health issues it's just first come first serve like they like to say but otherwise they are great just good luck waiting in line for a chance at help
I haven't been a patient since February and it's now November. They are STILL billing Mee, and THEY are who cut our business relationship. The first counselor they put Mee with was... Well, 'incompetent' doesn't… completely explain it. More like apathetic and inattentive. He couldn't remember anything from the previous sessions. And, not because of my doing, I had changed case managers 3 times. Apparently they have trouble holding onto staff. And, the last 'doctor' I had was giving Mee lethal doses. Those are his words. Not 'if misused'. Not 'if abused'. My REGULAR does I was taking properly was a LETHAL AMOUNT!!!! SO, EVERY TIME I TOOK MY MEDS ACCORDING TO DOCTOR'S ADVICE, I could have died. And 9 months later? They are still billing Mee, and probably also embezzling from the veterans association who is my insurance provider. Anybody else want to call a lawyer?
No proper management as well as insufficient treatment options. Needs to be shut down or centra to come in and take over and fire everyone there.
Not great. I went here when I was younger. My therapist sent me to the mental hospital for the smallest things, and it made a permanent stain on my perception of therapists. You can do better.
Very good place for mental problems
Money, money, money. No response for this place besides money.
