Waiting to see your counselor can be a bit long sometimes.

Love the counselors everybody so sweet wouldn't pick a better clinic love y'all I miss yall
Good environment great ppl helpful and understanding
I felt very comfortable form the day I walked in the door. Staff genuinely cares and listens to you. I highly recommend crossroads to anyone. They got me to a place I haven't been able to get to. They understand what… your going through. Very patient people. Thank you to crossroads.
There ahamazing team my counseled is god sent
Everyone is always polite and friendly, I love Dr. Cynthia Barker very much. Also Counsler Nickname (Bird) I've known both for a while now and they're good honest people who actually care about the patients come to… Crossroads, and they try to make them feel comfortable and almost family sometimes so it's easy to talk to them.
The entire staff there are so nice, caring and understanding alot of people look down on addicts but the staff at crossroads are very non judgemental and I would recommend them a 1,000 times more than any other recovery… center 😊 ❤️✔️
I really LOVE everyone here!! They are the nicest people around, always smiling, saying "Hi". I've been in recovery for many many years, and on Methadone for almost 10 yrs, have been to about 4 different clinics. Not… one has measured up to Crossroads!! Not only is the staff perfect, the whole process there is flawless to me. There always seemed to be chaos in the others. Long lines, a lot of employees seemed they just hated there job and you were bothering them, among other issues, But enough of the them. I hope anyone that may read this and needs help, call Crossroads!! Take back your life! Recovery is hard, but I much rather have this hardness than where I was before!! Great job Crossroads, keep it up 💯😍
I truely appreciate my counselor (Marvin) and the nurses.
Cristen, the program manager is the absolute hands down best. She will go above and beyond to help
Still without a doubt the best facility! All the staff are so very helpful. As long as you follow the rules and are on the level with everyone they WILL help you and get your life to a manageable level.... in the LEAST!… They are great Christian people with hearts of gold! They are dedicated to what they do and if they aren't able to help you they'll find someone who can....guaranteed! I thank God for their hands in my life every day! Truly they care!
Crossroads is a great place.if u need or want help they r there 4 u. I just wish they would give us old timers who r doing good in the program a chance to see our counselors every other month instead of monthly. Wish… they stayed open longer, I drive 1hr ea. way.
Great experience for me and my husband as well as my son they are very family oriented and help out with everything you need possibly to get your life back on track! ❤️
Love the staff, they are truly wonderful!
Are you a patient at crossroads and had your choice of labs taken, to ONLY be able to use 'beacon' aka crossroads lab? Is your results suddenly positive when they haven't been until crossroads forced you to use their… owned lab again? Contact virginia health and human services. There is also a place called va health professions enforcement division. This is a major conflict of interest and costing people their lives and sobriety Edit: what I'm assuming is the regional director had a meeting with me last week concerning my recent issues with the implementations recently placed concerning the labs patients screens are being sent to. It was nice to see that maybe there is in fact someone their that understands us as patients could and would be doing many other things than going thru what we do to get our lives together and work this program. I really hope the situation is recognized for the problem it is and patients are given an option for a lab where a certain result has no reward or monetary gain to either party.
Crossroads treatment center has saved my life, I was on deaths door, scared and lost when I went to crossroads for help and they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel safe and at home and now 3yrs later I'm living… a life I never thought I was capable of living, I have a beautiful home, 2cars a job and I dont wake up sick!! crossroads has given me the tools needed to be a good mom, wife and to just be happy while sober!! Everyone there is caring and understanding and no one is judgmental, I definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing help!! UPDATE:✨ I wrote that post above about 5yrs ago and I just want to say that I'm still going to cthis same clinic and I enjoy seeing all the same people that have been there from the beginning and meeting the new over the years but anyone that works there is very nice and very welcoming when I come there! I only go once a month to pick up my medicine but it's always a nice visit it's never stressful and most importantly the medicine and the program still works for me, almost 9yrs later and I have stayed sober and stayed happy this whole time so I am still very happy with going to Crossroads!!
Great group of professionals. The entire staff is so nice and treat you like you actually matter. Top notch sense of urgency and they’ve been helpful in any way they can. I definitely would not be where I’m at now in my… recovery journey without them. I’ve been going for about a year and a half now
Always friendly, always the best help and attitudes… Reception is phenomenal, the counselors are out of this world, and I credit this place with the mainstay of why and how I remain pain free and sober for almost 2… years… You won’t be disappointed with this facility or its members.. Love these guys..!
