This is by far the most unhelpful clinic ive ever been too...im ready to start using again, thats how little help they actually offer..

Highly recommended to anyone seeking help. For one The receptionist is sooo nice and always welcoming. Eveyone loves her. And I have to show some love to Sara too. She’s the only counselor I’ve had over the past 10… years that Doesn’t make me feel judged. I’ve been to other treatment clinics/facilities and not one of them has made me feel welcomed from the receptionist to the counselors and the nurses I always felt judged or got attitude. I have nothing negative to say. You can tell everyone that works here actually cares, and it’s not just a job to them.💗

I Was a little apprehensive about medication assisted treatment but after a short time all Staff is actively involved with the treatment process and program. I have absolutely no complaints. I’ve been in treatment… facilities before, but this time around I feel like I can be myself around all the staff but more importantly from the beginning I could be honest about my addiction. Front desk is also very helpful and informative with any questions or concerns I’ve had since the beginning of my treatment plan and I’m very thankful for the staff at Delavan CTC.

I love coming in and they always have me set before I get to the window they are always smiling ,they make it so.relakey they are very helpful

I always feel safe and accepted. They have me logged in before I even get to the desk. They got above and beyond to make sure I have all the support I need and resources. Whenever I am having a bad day they take the… time to help me through it.

I've been at a CTC clinic since 2/28/2023. I started at the clinic in Racine and moved to the Delavan one just over a month ago. And going to this clinic has saved my life and with that my relationship with my children,… granddaughter and family has gotten 100% better. This clinic has the most friendly people that work here. I almost stopped going to Racine CTC bcuz one not one but two counters just left and that's hard on anyone that's in recovery. And 2 a lot of people that work at that one are rude and mean as hell and again that's even harder for those in recovery. So now I'm on my 3rd counselor and so far I really like her a lot. Her name is Jackie. But yes I would so send people to this clinic. The Pic I posted is me after I started going to the clinic. So thank you to everyone at Delavan CTC for being so nice, friendly and very professional 😊.

I had an outstanding experience at Delavan Comprehensive Treatment Center! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. I want to give a special shout out to Sarah she was incredibly… attentive, compassionate, and professional. Her genuine care and expert guidance made all the difference during my treatment. I truly felt listened to and valued, and her efforts helped me feel confident in my recovery. I highly recommend Delavan CTC to anyone seeking a supportive and caring treatment environment.
