Private-pay rehab in California typically costs $1,610 to $5,600 for a week of medical detox and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Those are state-level figures, because RehabSeekers did not find published prices for Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services – Glendale at the time of writing.

Worst customer service ever!
I’ve been a resident in the neighborhood for many years. I walked through the facility’s large, usually empty parking lot to avoid the crowded sidewalk near the bus stop. Mid-day, someone screeched at me continuously… over the building’s loudspeaker. For a facility focused on mental health, a calm approach would have been more appropriate.
Finally after a couple of years at this agency, I’m able to post this review. I would put this agency to negative stars if I could. I got referred here after a mental health crisis at my previous high school. My first… therapist tried releasing her anger at me in one of the sessions (professionalism at its finest). Then I got transferred to see another therapist. The second therapist clearly doesn't know how to handle people with trauma related backgrounds. She re-traumatized me multiple times since she wanted to continue to "dig in deeper" with my traumas very suddenly when I wasn't prepared. Additionally, this second therapist keeps calling out "sick" so many times and after she comes back sick to continue treatment, she has a whole month of vacation. However, if you are sick even ONCE, she'll send a whole notice of treatment termination. And don't get me started with the psychiatrist. I was referred to see a psychiatrist first before seeing the psychologist one year later. He only screened for less than 30 minutes about my symptoms and told me they were "autistic" related symptoms and experiences. It was very invalidating since he immediately started to discuss options for antidepressants medications. Clearly it took another psychologist to reveal it was PTSD causing my symptoms and disturbances this entire time. Shout out to the psychologist, she recently left this agency, but she was the only one who validated my experiences. If you want to get professional help, please don't come here. The majority of these "professionals" are undertrained. You'll spend the majority of your time wanting to get out of the therapy session instead of expressing to them how you feel in the moment.
I have been wanting to review this agency for a while because they failed me enormously and I had to get a dcfs case for my child to be properly diagnosed with autism. If you want proper diagnosis please don’t go here… for yourself or your child. The therapist aren’t educated and the psychiatrist have no idea what they are doing. Complete ignorant staff. Although my experience happened in 2022 I had to come back to review so that families never consider this place as a first resource for mental health and do a thorough search of better agencies that help such as the help group, pennylane, or even the department of mental health. I would give them a zero for review if I can.
I don't get my services from there unfortunately.Im happy getting my DMH Services weather it's there or here.😘
Bad experience on the attitude of therapist(Josephine) she has no professional knowledge or ethical education on certain conditions, but she still saying yea! yea!, after few sessions seems as she is creating a double… messages in the mind of its clients, and or enduring emotions and behavior that affects negatively the clients adaptation, this actions worsen client mental state also creates other mental issues, and they do it knowingly or intentionally. This place is not recommended for real people, here proofs why exist . Multiple causes of Mental health crisis in America.
As a new patient at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, I will say that so far, the ladies in the front desk have been friendly and polite except for one, Ingrid. Ingrid is an older receptionist who is very unpleasant… among other things. She isn't friendly over the phone and worse in person. She doesn't greet you, doesn't smile, looks like she's extremely annoyed. When she's asked to set up a follow- up appointment, it seems like a bother for her to help you. This receptionist is only "polite" when the doctors or other staff are in the reception area. She has a very bad attitude and seems like she's burned out from working there too long and it's quite obvious. This is not the place to be unpleasant, impolite or rude to patients, as these are people who are struggling and are there to improve their mental health. It is unacceptable to treat people this way in any business. Ingrid, maybe it's time for you to retire! Her behavior is highly repugnant. While the medical professionals provided excellent care, I cannot say the same about this receptionist I encountered. The sad thing is that even with this review being posted, I guarantee that this bitter, rude, very unpleasant woman will still continue to work there and nothing will be done. It's sad that we are treated this way by a member of your staff.
I am satisfied with the service that I have received from this company and many of the staff members. Of course there are always people with whom there is friction, but for the most part they are well qualified and do a… very professional and outstanding job. I recommend them to anyone needing this service.
Been coming here for over 15 yrs..The staff is fantastic.
Great caring staff. My life is transformed in such a better way thanks to all the lovely therapists and doctor.
good
Intake process is broken. First, I left messages and received no call back. Then, when I finally was able to get through to someone, I was told there were no adult services available in my area. After correcting them,… and referencing their facility 7 minutes from my house, I was told that I could go there, but only for group therapy - which I would have to do if I wanted to then be referred to a psychiatrist. Thanks for making the decision easy.
Wonderful staff and nice facility. Highly recommended!
I've known this establishment many years and in the last 2 or so the office staff has become zombie like in their mannerisms and can be quite rude or just spaced out? It really seems these girls are needing sleep or who… knows? doctors are far too overbooked now and Case worker just shuffle papers these days and always takes over 2 hours for basic updates. Its sad I feel the need to write this and am considering another office. Hopefully corporate will read this and look in to these serious NEGATIVE changes.
It has been three years since i walked thru their door and thank god i did. I am now my own man again working in the medical help facilities. Mary berberyan worked wonders. I am sorry to hear she left. But i know the… team will continue to help us all L ol. Dwayne
While dealing with postpartum depression and other nightmares, they have done everything possible to help me, and have bent over backwards to advocate for me. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a wonderful,… caring, and compassionate center when I need it most.
