My time at Clear Behavioral Health was what I can only describe as enlightening, healing, and ascendant. During my tenure there, I was fortunate to be under the supervision of my excellent care team (Juliette/Elijah)… who contributed to my marginal growth and wellbeing. Furthermore, I found that my community of peers were open, gregarious, and above all unconditionally supportive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Clear to anyone going through a tough time!

Clear Behavioral Health in Pasadena is an incredible facility. I came to Clear earlier this year because of severe depression and entered into its Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The therapists, counselors, and… staff were all incredibly supportive, nurturing, and caring. The facility itself is peaceful and homey, further enhancing the whole experience. Because of the dedicated support and care I received at Clear, I am a much happier and focused person who has found new meaning in life. I would recommend the Clear IOP to anyone going through a difficult period of depression.

When I was in a position to need something more intensive like PHP/IOP, I searched online for different programs around me and I found Clear. This was the first time I ever did a IOP styled program so I didn't know what… to expect and was completely anxious to start. However, I am so glad I did. Tiana, the program director, was incredibly supportive when I did my intake call and the rest of the team clearly reflect the same values. They matched me with the perfect counselor and therapist who helped me grow more resilient and compassionate towards myself/my struggles. They also picked up on behaviors and little things I said that I didn't even realize I did and asked appriopriate follow up questions, which may sound weird to state but to me, this shows how attentive and passionate the team is. Everyone at Clear fostered an environment that allowed us to bond with each other so I came in alone but I left with a new community to embrace. I can't recommend this facility enough!

I had no idea what an IOP was but I understood that my 12.5yo needed one. I had interviewed with another program and just didn’t feel confident in what they had to offer. The kids would be older, and I didn’t feel it… was the right fit for her level of life experience. But I knew immediately after meeting with Tiana and seeing the beautiful, homey, facility (house), that we would give Clear a try. I was promised that everything would be done to respect her level of maturity (while in the teen group) and that promise was fulfilled. More so, she completed the program nearly transformed back into the happy human we knew her to be previously. She’s still got a lot of work to do, but is on her way. As you can imagine, it’s difficult to hold back the tears as I write this. Also want to mention the excellent parent group therapist, Jordan, who was amazing. We also desperately needed guidance and referrals on therapists, resources, etc after leaving Clear, and they delivered on that as well.

This place helped me in a way that I will always be so grateful for. Seeking mental health help can be daunting and scary. It means opening up about some difficult parts of your life to people who are complete… strangers, however, Clear never made me feel like a stranger. From the first initial consult with Tiana to the very end of the program, they make you feel seen and heard. The staff at Clear Pasadena deserve all the praise, they truly care about what they are doing and more importantly, they care about people. I learned a lot from them as well as all the others in the program. Connecting with people who are struggling makes you feel less alone and connecting with professionals who care makes you feel safe. So thank you to Clear for helping me during a difficult time in my life as well as giving me the tools to face other difficult challenges life might throw at me.

My son participated in the PHP/Op Program and completed both program, earned a certification of completion . These programs have aided my son in his journey for recovery. He started his recovery journey from November… 2025- April 2026. To this day he has he takes part in the alumni Friday groups. I highly recommend this team of experienced, knowledgeable, caring staff.

I've participated in various forms of therapy in the past, and had a really great experience with the team at Clear. From the start, Gavin, Zach, and Lauren provided a lot of information on their various services and… were warm, welcoming, and thorough. Tiana was incredible in leading the team and being available for any and all questions. Jordan did an exceptional job in leading group sessions. And Juliette, Evan, and Rae were all favorites as counselors. Thank you, Clear, for being an incredible resource for the community and prioritizing the importance of mental health in all the work you do.

I recently had the pleasure of connecting with the Program Director at Clear Behavioral Health Pasadena while coordinating care for a potential client. I truly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about their… programs and approach to care. In a really dark time of our family's life, Clear was a beacon of hope. My son was struggling and my husband and I were beside ourselves in what to do next. Tiana welcomed us and was a calm presence introducing us to… Clear. We had a rocky start because our son did not want to do the program. However after connecting with the other counselors (Evan), and therapists, we made it through and in doing so, got our son back. I will forever be grateful for Clear. I wish this experience on no one, but if you are in this situation, Clear will be a safe and supportive landing for you and your family.

Clear Pasadena is nothing short of amazing! As a strong referral source for our provider's office, they are always organized and on top of things. Tiana is amazing at what she does and communicative, helping bridge the… gap for exceptional care quality. Strongly recommend utilizing their services! :)

I'm so grateful I went to Clear, the staff are all lovely people who truly care and the program really helped me move on to the next part of my life. The holistic orientation and experimental groups are great, it's nice… to be able to do breathwork and movement throughout the week. Definitely recommend it for anybody who's considering treatment!

My kid seemed to handle the fires pretty well at first until he didn't. With that plus stress from suddenly changing living situations we checked him into Clear. As a parent, I was beside myself seeing my child in pain,… and Clear was like an oasis. Instead of freaking out, trying to diagnose my child and essentially making things worse, Clear took over and provided relief. Arinze was terrific. He kept his appointments and was a perfect liaison between me, my son and the staff at clear. He did great work and I'm eternally grateful. I appreciate him and everyone at Clear for getting us through 2025. 🙏

I am deeply grateful for the care my family member received at the Clear Behavorial Health Outpatient program. Mr. Jiroh and the counselor/therapist John, have both impacted my family member positively. They were kind… and approachable, yet firm, and provided positive direction for healing. Mr. Jiroh provided step by step assistance with medical forms, job and resume guidance as well as weekly phone follow-ups with me. I and my family member will be forever grateful and thankful for their support. I recommend this organization highly and rate it 5 stars which they highly deserve. Thank you all at the Pasadena location for your dedication to your patients’ health and recovery.

My daughter went through their IOP. - Intensive Outpatient Program. It was great. My daughter really connected with her counselor, Juliette, who did a very good job working with her, making her feel safe and willing to… open up. The group leaders and other staff were quite professional and effective, too. I definitely recommend the program.

My team has been providing creative groups for the clients at Clear in Pasadena for awhile now and we have had an excellent experience. The staff is excellent at communicating with us and truly cares about the clients,… the facility is beautiful and welcoming, and the clients are really getting a lot out of the program there. It's been an honor to be a part of the wonderful work they are doing at Clear!

Tyler is an incredible program director over at Clear Pasadena; we have collaborated on care for multiple families and he has been not only a wonderful resource but truly caring and helpful for each one. His team is… equally as on it and clinically sound, and I am so grateful for the quality care they bring to this work!! Would send a family member here if I had to, I have a lot of trust in him and the work they do!

Let me start by saying I have attended a decent spread of various programs since my journey began in my teen years. Clear was by far the best among them all. I believe their greatest strengths are adaptability,… willingness to compromise, and clear communication. The staff are very personable and you can feel the genuine care they have for the well-beings of all clients. Even when clients had grievances with the program, they were always swiftly and appropriately addressed alongside input from the rest of the group. All in all, this program helped me to guide myself in the direction I would like to see my life go and gave me the support to stick to it. The time I spent here was truly meaningful and has made such an impact that I will remember for the rest of my life.

My experience at Clear Behavioral Health was amazing! Life changing. It really was first class. The staff was very professional and helpful. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They treat you with respect and kindness.… Their integrity is of the highest level. I worked for Trader Joes for 28 years and we were proud of the quality of customer service we provided. I can for sure say that Clear Behavioral Health has the highest level of customer service. Ten stars for sure!
