What Divine Providence Campus – Williamsport offers, on record, is residential treatment and intensive outpatient. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Divine Providence Campus – Williamsport Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 1100 Grampian Boulevard, Williamsport, Pennsylvania, 17701. The city lies within Lycoming County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

The music in the waiting room is terrible.
The most disgusting hospital I have ever been to. I had a psychiatry appointment with Teresa Bianco, explaining to her all my problems, conditions, and medications I was on. I was speaking in a normal tone not acting… erratic or unusual. The conversation with Teresa Bianco turned strange and abnormal when she was adamant about me taking injections as opposed to me taking my normal medication in pill form under supervision. I believe this psychiatrist was possibly recommending to inject me for a financial or insurance-related reason.
Always very nice and friendly and it’s so comfortable there
Routine
I have an extended family member who is using the hospice care. This annoying female security guard prevented me from entering the hospital to see her or my relatives in 90 degree heat. Tell her she’s an absolute jerk.
Great
Nice and clean
They are very good people there
I was on the psych unit for a few days and the staff was always attentive and compassionate with me while I was struggling. The one staff member, Logan, gave a really great group about depression and he helped me feel… comforted when I was feeling really bad about certain things. Alex helped me feel understood and I could relate to him, he never made me feel like I was left out or awkward. I didn't get the other two RN's names (horrible memory) but they always came in a pair and whenever I saw them, I instantly felt at home and relaxed. Incredible staff who genuinely care about what you're struggling with and help with accomodations for your needs. (The one RN gave me fidget toys because I needed a distraction and they're still in my pocket everywhere I go) Thank you so much to the amazing staff and doctors who treated me while I was there, every single person on the 5th floor unit was incredible in their own ways, extremely grateful I got to work with such a terrific team!
Don’t go see dr.mitra. Worst plastic surgeon I’ve seen. Tells you to go back to work before you are healed and doesn’t care about how it feels. Just wants to send people back to work and get you out. Worst dr I’ve seen.
My father was in the ICU this past February. The staff was great! Our nurse, Dan, was so kind and helpful. He even comforted me when I broke down when we finally made the decision to take dad off life support. It's not… often you find a staff member that cares as much as he did. His kindness was much appreciated. The doctor was very informative and explained my father's condition in terms we could understand to help us make decisions about his care. While dad was in the ICU, his wife was also admitted on the 7 tn floor, she has dementia and dad was her care giver. So they took care of her while we tried to figure out where she could go after dad passed. My 95yo grandmother was also admitted at the same time on the 6th floor. Every staff member we dealt with was amazing. From the nurses to doctors to the clergy. When my dad passed they didn't rush us out. Let us take our time to say goodbye and grieve. That was so appreciated. Highly recommend this hospital.
Only negative reaction is with sleep center, both techs who assisted me were very professional, courteous. Too long for sleep test, and extremely long for report. It's been 7 months since initial consultation and 7… weeks waiting for sleep test results.
I recently had a test completed by Wendy @ Bone Density Imaging Center at Divine Providence and this unit was very clean, organized & friendly. Wendy was wonderful and very thorough. I am grateful for your passion for… your job. A. Nettuno
In February 2024 of this year Ashley Leberfinger did my breast reduction surgery. I'm honestly VERY disappointed in my results.. she told me she could easily fix the remaining issues and lied.. I now have one breast… that is much larger, lots of excess skin and to much breast left. Told me I she would aim for a B OR C cup size and I'm a "DD" or "DDD" depending on brands. As a mother this really is disappointing this was a once in a life time chance for me to do good for myself physically and mentally.. she could've cared less and told me I was someone elses problem now. Still can't believe it.. wish with every ounce of my being I would've had someone else do my surgery. If I could post pictures I would.. 😔
Wonderful ppl
Friendly and helpful staff
Very nice staff and great comfort here

UPDATE: UPMC, per your request, I filled out your form, and provided my contact information. Never heard anything back from anyone.... 0/10. BEWARE!!! UPMC are crooks and I would give them ZERO stars if I could!! Sorry,… I know this is long but you should all take the time to read this! Here are the facts and some things that YOU AS A PATIENT NEED TO KNOW. I visited UPMC at Divine 2 times for appointments with the sleep center. These were just two office visits (an initial and a follow-up) for a concern I had, neither lasting more than 45 minutes (one was in and out in 25 minutes). I had nothing hooked to me, no testing or prescriptions, I simply met with the Dr. in her office, we sat and we discussed my issue. WELL, UPMC then hit me with what they call a "Facilities Use fee" for both visits, and totaling over $400! When I called to inquire, I was told that it was because I visited their facility, and while there I would have used their elevator and sat in their chairs in the waiting room, possibly used the restrooms, etc, etc. and for this there is a "Facilities Use Fee" - again, in excess of $400 that I would have to pay them out of pocket. I am NOT KIDDING folks. I was as confused as you are reading this! I guess normally you don't hear about it because they bill this ridiculousness to your insurance company and you never see it or are made aware of it. Well my deductible hadn't been met yet so they forwarded these two bills right on back to me to pay. Worthy of note - this was not the Dr. office themselves, they have no such fee, but because their office resides within the UPMC facility, UPMC charges this fee to each patient visiting a Dr. inside their building!!! Not kidding. Absolutely Absurd. UPMC, if you are reading this, I think you can agree that you have earned this review and you really should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming people like this. Over $400? Heck, I would have paid you $30 just to make you happy and make this go away, but it was like $452 for barely an hour inside your building??!! You are out of your minds! So, due to this, I will be sure to never set foot inside their "Facility" ever again and will go out of my way to educate people to these scam artists. They are crooks as far as I am concerned and people should hear about this shady activity, which is the sole reason for this review. Oddly enough, when asked, apparently other people, such as; food deliveries, flower deliveries, misc. other delivery drivers, folks visiting patients, drug/sales reps, those who may walk in to simply use their restroom, and many other people/scenarios who are going in and out of their "Facility" daily are never required to pay such "fees". Just if your Dr.'s office resides inside their building and you are there for your Dr. visit. What a SCAM!!! So, beware of UPMC and definitely pay attention to your insurance and deductibles folks, ask the right questions and know what you are getting into. You can't trust them obviously. So I hope this information saves some of you the hassle that I went through! Awful business practice.
Good
Most of the staff was nice. Had an evaluation appointment with Robin I highly recommended that you avoid this person as she pulled out a textbook and had the student apprentice use her phone to do research during the… discussion of medication. Refused to answer my questions and abruptly hung up on me when she called me after the evaluation to confirm things.
Had an absolute amazing experience this morning taking my 2 year old for lab work. The staff was so friendly and Lyssa was the one who took her blood. She was absolutely amazing and sweet! I could not ask for a better… person!
