CleanSlate Centers – Williamsport Detox and Rehab Services
CleanSlate Centers – Williamsport carries a listing for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Everybody is very nice
Terrible staff and treatment definitely make the switch to Ophelia (Happy Holidays
Just want to give KUDOS to Williamsport office especially CRS JOHN R. He always goes above an beyond the call of duty Thankyou. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My wife fell extremely sick while at her appointment. I wanted to take her to the hospital, I was visibly upset because of her condition. I calmed down very quickly. They had called an ambulance for her, but also called… the police on me. The police officers told me the staff were being rude to the EMT's as well. My wife told me all the EMT's were complaining about how the clean slate staff handled the situation after they left in the ambulance. When I confronted the staff about why they called the police on me, they said because I raised my voice. Of course I may have raised my voice seeing my wife in distress, but i quickly calmed down when I realized her condition. Then she says "Do you want me to call the police again." I said "Go ahead they are right outside, call them for what, speaking?" The receptionist then asked me to leave and I did. I am appalled by the lack of compassion, because there was none to be had!!!
There was an incident today and the paramedics were called. The staff was Hella rude to the EMT's. I'm like, what did they do wrong? You called them, they didn't call you!
They treat you with care and dignity! I have never felt scared , alone , or judged going here. We all make Mistake some more severe than others, all is equal. Either way I recommend this place!
The the staff there are very nice but did you know if it's not a provider you don't see anybody that day for all of those that's putting 7 months to 5 months you haven't been there three plus to 5 to 6 years it changes… the nicest changes
I went here after being clean 2 years. My other doctor got full and I needed something small for PTSD reasons. They have some good stuff there but they have one who is very uncaring and unrelatable. When you have been… through a lot you don’t have the patience for people who don’t know that life can get dark. They just come for the check. And my good insurance pays for that so if you process it you have to provide a service that is acceptable and that is in sync with me so that you can help me into sobriety not help me out of sobriety. They had a really awesome lady plus two others that were great but they fell off and I hope they get it back together because they do make a difference in the lives of people who are trying to get their lives back together.
The staff is extremely nice, & they will work with you. They care about everyone’s wellbeing.. I’ve been going there for almost 5 years now.. & they really help me out a lot.
Very caring and they help you achieve your goals. Always rooting for you!
I love it there everyone is very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable they do a great job
I LOVE my Dr. She makes me really comfortable and Mrs. AHSHLEY and ALL at the williamsport office are amazing!!!!! Thank you for everything!
The people working in the Williamsport Pa area are AMAZING. They really care. They are happy for us when we are doing good and there for us when we need them. It’s more than just a job to them. I want to Thank all of… them for the help, kind words and words of encouragement. What an AMAZING TEAM.
The place is great if you are serious about fighting addiction and beating it. The staff is AMAZING (from receptionists, to nurses, doctors, prescribers, etc.... I can't say enough about Taylor (my prescriber). Nicest… person you'll EVER MEET! She's very caring and it shows!!!!! . I just can't say enough of her!!!
The best doctors office ive been to,very friendly
These people genuinely have hearts and care I wouldn’t go anywhere else. There like the family I never had. They do there best to work with your needs. Such amazing ppl and non judgmental I messed up plenty of times… there by biggest supporters
I would recommend Clean Slate to anyone looking for recovery. They listen without judgement and are there through thick and thin.
CSC is always a pleasant experience. The doctors and staff are very respectful and make sure that the patient is treated well and doing well. Sometimes in this field people can be treated a certain way that can be… demeaning, and CSC makes sure NONE of that kind of treatment takes place. I would definitely recommend them! The only recommendation for change would be about being able to contact your doctor. The call center is great for so many things, but there should be an option to speak with your doctor. A person should always be able to be in contact with their doctor without a road block. Some things are private that a person may only want to share with them. However, I will say that the staff always gets things done, and communicate with the doctors quickly.
Excellent staff and treatment options.
The first time I came to Clean Slate 6 years ago I was at the pinnacle of a 15 year addiction. The staff was caring, understanding and non judgemental. The staff, from reception to providers have been awesome! Now, six… years later, I am clean, sober and so blessed that the Williamsport Clinic has been with me every step of the way!!! Bless you all!!!
They are all very nice and friendly people
This place has saved my life. The staff is always helpful.. Great place. The only thing I don’t like is that when you call to speak to Wspt Office you don’t get them.
Great place. It could absolutely use some improvement, though. Like get rid of the call center. It is not helpful in the least. It just adds another channel of communication for things to get messed up. I have just… under 3 years sober switching over from Applegate for insurance reasons. I am a new patient and ALL new patients are required to attend a behavioral health meeting at 4pm to get out of weekly visits. (Ridiculous.) I am nearly 3 years sober and I'm working third shift. Guess I'm staying on weekly visits for the foreseeable future.
This place is horrible. There's no help. Taylor just wants to go by the book and look at numbers she could careless about anyone's wellbeing
This place has amazing counselors and employees who have experience and knowledge, helped me in my recovery
