Dodge County – Juneau Reviews and Ratings
Reviews are where patients and families describe Dodge County in their own terms: the welcome at admission, the counseling, the planning for life after treatment.
Reading them is a sensible step before calling the Juneau facility. Writing one, if you have been treated there, helps the families who come next.
Perfect place to go when on probation because it's just a "health" class. You will be put in a group with 1st time DUI alcoholics when you have been using hard drugs for years and have multiple drug felonies. The intake… worker doesn't listen and has your paper work all filled out except your signature. Doesn't matter if you tell her you need individual therapy bc 10yrs before you did same BS aoda classes for probation and obviously didn't help. Intake worker should get more experience with addicts.
The young lady who helped us with Veteran benefits. She is a gem.
Friendly service. Caring and dedicated staff. Always willing to help as much as they can to make you feel the best that you can!
These people are the worst. They make you come in and talk and talk and then when you finally get to see a doctor, the doctor doesn’t come in and you get delayed 10 to 20 days. Don’t come here it’s the worst.
Terrible because my Pharmacist said some bad things about me. She’s taking my medication away slowly when I told her I was doing great on it. She said well I’m gonna take it away slowly and give you something pharmacist… had told her so instead of making the person better she rather make them go to street drugs it’s like their God and they have your life and their hands
I'm only giving one star because I have to. You people don't even deserve one star as far as I'm concerned. I've lived here going on three years and Dodge county staff has done nothing to help our family. "Reach out to… them for help," they say. What help? These people talk about how great a place it is to work there. I bet it is seeing how they do nothing for that paycheck except drive around and ask questions for their county statistics.
After months of playing phone tag with the one part time worker there, I give up. Never even got an appointment made. Had to explain my reason for calling over, never getting an answer to my question. Went back into the… call cue for the next week, missed the call, started all over. I hope no one with emergency needs gets stuck in this loop.
I have received excellent care here, which is somewhat surprising for a government service.
With appointments I'm harrased constantly for money .. Within days 1st notice ..2nd notice ..3rd etc. I always pay too. So I stop going for a month and now no refills until you come in . Fine . I call to make an… appointment and no one answers or returns calls.
Friendly staff and usually very quick with returning calls.
Discharged after 3 missed appointments when I never received an invite for any of them. I called right when they started and that still wasn't enough. Never had a problem with my therapist appointments just the… psychiatrist appointments and to be honest I don't believe she ever sent out the invites because the whole time I was with her it felt like she had something better to do. I cannot recommend this place any less for long term care. For reference my psychiatrist was Amanda Reda-goglio who discharged me for missed appointments that I never received an invitation for.
I haven't go inside to the office yet, but the people there are very nice and very helpful and professional
Today I got my first Covid vaccine here. Very well organized, very friendly staff, done quickly. I commend them for a job well done. Explained everything in detail, allowed for any questions, etc. Well done DCHHS Dept.… Thank You
Wife went for food share
Not as friendly as I remember.
Very friendly support that's willing to go out of their way to help you
