The relationship between this facility and family court depicts the corruption of politics. How does the Nassau County Family Court send families to this establishment? It's not only wrong to charge a parent 150 to see… one's child, it's beyond disturbing. The staff that oversees each family do not possess the appropriate credentials. It's beyond the scope of acceptance. Do not come here. Request that you go elsewhere by the court.

They never pick up the phone
No body answers a phone call, I been trying to reach them from past Month and a half, even left emails and tried all extensions possible. My check has been cashed the next day but no one had made any efforts to… communicate even once of what’s going on with my application . Has it even been started; in process or what?? How is someone supposed to finish their community hours if they are asked to do so within a given period of time??So unprofessional and unorganized!! Really disappointing.
Great place to go when u in a time of need my son went there to do soccer and loved it Also I was in a good scarce they helped me with referrals also the man at front desk is nice and staff is great also in time if need… they was there for me and my family
EAC has many divisions; and I have always found them incredibly helpful.
How can someone get anything done if these people NEVER answer the phone ever. I’ll call any hour of the day multiple Times and no one answers I dial all the extensions not even one person. How can I make an appointment… if nobody works there? Seriously get some employees
If you're on parole, probation, or court mandate then you need to know that all urine samples are collected and never properly stored.
The place is very good.
An organization that is meant to help people in need runs the HEAP program for Nassau County and they make disabled and senior's life hell before they move a finger to do what they are supposed to. A real embarrassment.
How can I speak to a social worker? I urgently need someone who speaks Spanish.

Great
Woman that just answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was dialing numbers on the phone and couldnt hear properly and apologized but she was incredibly rude and snappy she should definitely find a… different profession because that was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It was a black lady and I didnt get her name but she’s lucky Im not her boss because she would’ve been fired on the spot.
Kids loved it and were entertained for hours!
