Waiting for my appointment in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. No point to making an appointment. This place just straight sucks. Hope it shuts down soon so we have other options.

The therapists here are nice. The few I've seen seem to genuinely care about their clients The front desk people are also friendly. The only reason I rate this place so low, is due to the medication department. Not the… pharmacy, I must add. But the medication team is very difficult to get ahold of.

Not equipped to handle any significant issues. Medication person isn’t knowledgeable enough about serious side effects. It is very hard to get medication and information. This area is in desperate need of an effective,… helpful, and more knowledgeable center.

I count 7-8 receptionists every time I am there and 1 is usually checking people in and the others are usually talking, spinning in their chair eating etc so why can No one ever answer the phone or return any of my… calls. I have to drive down there between my hectic schedule for them to tell me I need to call. They aren’t knowledgeable or trained enough to help the people who need it most or are in severe mental health crisis. I have found better suggestions from google than I have from a specific therapist her. The person that handles the medicine part is not very knowledgeable either. They made my kids very sick the way they handled medication adjustments. It’s so disheartening because mental health help is desperately needed in this area !!

Ghosted me on my appointment after I called the crisis line.

This review is for Susie the operator. I have autism PTSD and major depressive disorder. I was needing to speak to a receptionist because being autistic I like to go through the same people, I know their demeanors and I… know they're going to treat me fair and they're not going to wind up causing me to have autistic meltdowns and adverse reactions. I finally got to speak to Callie and I was a huge mess. I tried calling back to get this operators identification and she kept refusing my calls. I left a message and then I had to *67 and hide my number. She answered and she told me her name was Susie and I asked her if she's the one that I just had difficulties with. Then tried to justify her behavior with more poor behavior. I hung up and called back to get the receptionist direct line so I won't have to go through the operator anymore. So instead of answering the phone and asking me what I need she just automatically assumed what I needed and kept trying to connect me to to the receptionist but I had a different request. I told her I cannot hold and she said you're going to have to hold to talk to Callie and I said I'm trying to get the direct number instead of being transferred and all she wanted to do was scream at me and scream over top of me. You cannot behave this way to behavioral health clients. It is wildly unprofessional. When I call back to get her name she was not remorseful she doubled down saying I'll show them where you called so many times and tried to justify her inappropriate behavior and then she further committed inappropriate behavior by threatening my services. I have mental health and developmental disabilities your behavior provoked my disabilities and now you're threatening my services because of my behavior that you provoked? Like I said whenever we were getting off the phone. In no world is your behavior appropriate or justified. You are working with clients with Behavioral Health and whenever they are struggling you are supposed to de-escalate and not escalate them you definitely should not be screaming at an autistic individual it doesn't matter if you don't know my diagnosis you should not be screaming at any client. You should not be threatening a client services and trying to report them because of your inappropriate behavior. This is why I go through that one receptionist. This is why us autistic people like dealing with the same person over and over and I was just trying to get the direct line so I wouldn't have to deal with this operator anymore. I deal with this receptionist because she's always calm she's de-escalating she's not going to be provocative and triggering my symptoms. If Susie is part of your crisis team because I understand that if I call your number and I hit zero I speak to someone with crisis. She should not be a crisis worker especially because I call in all the time and I am not about to deal with her behaviors towards me and her bias and her animosity. I have been utilizing Frontier Health crisis line every time I have been needing to get de-escalated but now I'm scared to hit 0. I do not call 988 anymore because I have experienced these behaviors like Suzie. No care no compassion they just asked me are you going to harm yourself or not we have other people that we have to get to. I said I just need somebody to talk to and be de-escalated it and she said we do not have time for that. So I used the Frontier Health crisis line. Now I'm really scared to use it and in my times of need it has helped save me. Stop screaming at clients and stop threatening their services because you're inappropriate behavior provoked them. You say you want to report how many times I called I wouldn't have had to call that many times if you wouldn't assume my needs because I had other needs than what was originally communicated. Do better Susie. People treating me this way is why I have PTSD. All other staff have been magnificent and I have grown so much under treatment. Thank you so much for helping me grow and be a better version of myself 🖤

They do NOT know the serious side effects of the drugs they prescribe. When you try and talk to them about it, they dismiss you. They also overprescribe medications to the point you are unable to function. They made me… very sick. I have the medical records to prove it. I gave them one star because I was unable to give them 0. I will be contacting the director.

Not concerned for children when it comes to keeping there medication in there body concestantly. Call many times in one day to keep the order of perscirbed medication, it is good to get my meds and my child's meds on… same day, in our budget. They do not care about budgets or consistent care.

They will ban someone with mental health problems and they won't even call you back yet if you go to a hospital they are the people over it. What a scam

They do not know of the horrible side effects of the medications they prescribe. Be your own advocate!! If anything seems weird Google it! Ex long term client.

Deeply Disappointed – This Place Made Things Worse I came to this facility seeking support for my mental health challenges—depression, anxiety, and the daily struggle just to get by. What I found instead was a place… that felt cold, impersonal, and dismissive. This in no way helped my mental health. From the front desk to the mental health professionals, I was consistently met with they were ALL curt, unkind, and unhelpful . I felt like a number, a chart—not a human being dealing with real pain. In a mental health setting, basic kindness and empathy shouldn’t be optional—they should be fundamental. The environment itself is also uncomfortable. Most offices don’t have windows, and the space feels claustrophobic and institutional. It made me feel more trapped than supported. Case management, which was described to me as a supportive, personalized service, was anything but. I was handed a worksheet to track hygiene and sent on my way until the next month. That’s not support—that’s a checklist. Mental health is complex, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work. This place didn’t help me—it made things harder. If you’re looking for compassion, understanding, and real support, I urge you to look elsewhere. You deserve care that sees you as a whole person—not just an appointment slot.

Cortnee is a great therapist. She listens, she senses how you're feeling and can adjust on the fly, she knows when to relate and gently challenge you to make a change. She makes a difference.

My husband was court ordered to go to counseling over a bipolar attack. We chose this place. They seemed professional, and like good folks. Until my adolescent husband decided he wanted to give their work program a try.… Before this he could hold down a job, had no black or red marks on his record. In fact the person told him to get rid of me and actually accused him of things he didn't do, and discriminated against both us over our religion. If that wasn't the worst of it, one of the ones we trusted flat out lied to me and sent me to see some one they claimed left Frontier Health but was good. For over 2 years I have been lied to. Yet they want their clients to be honest to them. Not to say this lady I saw wasn't truly remarkable but honestly when it came out she still worked for Frontier Health, I decided they weren't gonna ruin my life anymore, and they have seriously destroyed my once sweet husband. Can't trust them! If you want someone's life ruint and destroy them... this is the right place to take them. If you care about yourself or others keep them and yourself away. Felicia is seriously a good person, and she does care. Not so sure any of the rest do. It's basically just a job to them. So so so sad the government even funds places that mentally ill go to for help just to be judged , hurt, abused and discriminated against.

After reading their reviews & rating on Google I was very pessimistic about being treated here and nearly cancelled my initial appointment several times but I am so glad I didn't make that mistake. If I had I'd never… met my therapist Brad whom I have to thank because he has without a doubt helped me to improve my mental well being in the short 2 months I've been a patient of his and in doing his job so well and/or simply being such an incredible human being I've also made several improvements in other aspects of my life. He has taken something that I severally dreaded and turned it into something I look forward to each visit.

I didn't feel heard. I actually felt judged by the provider. She was rude and I instead of smiling at my kids she gave me an attitude that her office was too small and told the kids to asks permission before touching… the games in her room. I'm disappointed with the service provided.

Just looking for a place to go for help in many areas of my life and health, physically and mentally. I went to Frontier at a bad time in my life so I looked to see if things were any better than they were but it… doesn't seem to be so it's a waste of time a 2.6 rating. I think that's bad when they are the only counciling center in Bristol that has been a service for everyone come on can't Bristol can help people with a great team. It's sad to have to travel for a good Doctor or help with mental health issues.
