please change my medicine to the right one.
Started coming here for my daughters mental health we either get scheduled on top of other patients and get a smaller amount of time for therapy or end up having to reschedule, my insurance had changed and they did not… let me know I was being charged for 3 months so I payed everything in full and was paying for each appointment as they came but somehow being charged more I just wouldn't recommend people to come here for help
The provider my child saw was kind, but the front desk staff were incompetent and rude enough to cause us to switch providers.
Had an appointment at 8:45 for a brief follow up appointment to renew my med prescription and called because I got stuck in rolling road blocks in the construction zone and said I’ll be 10 minutes late and the front… desk said if I’m more than 15 minutes late they’ll have to just work me in when they can. Signed in at the front desk at 8:57 with 3 minutes to spare. Sat for an hour and a half in a completely empty lobby and went to the front desk and asked if I wasn’t going to be seen soon can I just reschedule because I have to get to work and she said it could be after 11:00 when I’m seen so I asked if I can just reschedule and she said no I’d have to come back any day between 11:00-11:30 for a no show clinic and as she said “hope you’ll be seen” so I just had to keep waiting and miss a half day of work even though I met their guidelines of being late. I understand being late is a problem and I was very apologetic but it’s clearly punishment.
Drove an hour here to get my daughter reinstated with them and not one time did they say I needed to bring my child for this walk in , so wasted time, gas and taking off from helping my disabled family member.… Ridiculous.
I have been coming to this facility for a couple of years now and my nurse Cindy is amazing. It is an absolute joy seeing her every month. Cindy has had a huge impact on my life and my recovery. She genuinely cares… about client care and does a fantastic job. She is always so encouraging and loves to see people succeed. I am forever grateful.
They are great and can’t say enough about them
Been trying to get an appointment for months. Talked to multiple people this morning. Still no appointment, I've been hung up on and ignored. Seems like they do not care
I was denied mental health services or help by them and Cherokee health, so I guess if you’re struggling just get over it lol 😆 what a joke! How are you able to turn people away who need mental health services? We’re… doomed entirely as a country and watch as mental health crisis just worsens
Kaylie Hall is by far one of the Greatest Therapist, and has made a major impact on our family. There are really no words to express our gratitude!!
Every month I get my prescription it’s always a constant game of phone tag. Between the front desk ladies who could care less about their job other than getting through the day and the nurses making constant mistakes… when either transferring your prescription to another pharmacy or missing vital information for your script to the point the pharmacy can’t fill your script. Trying to get ahold of these people is impossible. When they are tired of dealing with your issues they’ll just transfer you to the nurses line at that point you’ll leave a voicemail and never hear back. Avoid if possible
NATIA SHROUT was beyond unprofessional and was zero help her attitude is disgusting..thank god for my health care professional being available to take charge. And actually help. Natia shrout is in the wrong place.

I'd give it a 0 if possible, don't waste your time. And don't bother trying to get through on the phone you'll be on hold for close to an hour then get sent to a voicemail box and they don't return calls. Not sure how… they are still open.
First went to Helen ross as a teen, told them I was actively self harming and suicidal and was completely ignored until I was hospitalized. Now as an adult, I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and autism. I put it… in my paperwork that I am autistic , and mentioned it several times during my intake, but they put down that I had a "possibility" of autism. They even said it to my face after I told them several times I can provide documentation, and even gave them the name of the people who diagnosed me. I'm fine with wanting documentation to make sure everything is correct, but why accept all of my other diagnoses with no questions asked? They had no evidence of my other diagnoses. I hadn't even told them who diagnosed me or when. Slowly learning that even with a diagnosis , doctors still will try to debate whether or not you're actually autistic .
Outdated elders workers as prescribers. Crammed 4 people in a tiny room asking personal info about a person with severe aniexty diagnosis. Some people are to smart for their own good. Use some COMMON SENSE!!. I know… that's a rare thing these days.
I've been here for mutuple things I've never had a problem with anyone other than EMDR. But it wasn't the girl it was me.
Not very helpful.
Absolutely refuses to help with disability. None of the staff are trained to deal with or diagnose autism.
My daughters and I have gone to Helen Ross for treatment and help with mental health from August 2018 until this past month when we moved 3.5 hours west to Middle Tennessee. I can't say anything negative about the staff… we've worked with. They were all truly amazing. Our case manager, Oliver, was always proactive in making sure we got our appointments scheduled, and checked in consistently to make sure the girls and I were doing okay, and had everything we needed. Stacy, who handled our medications, was always patient and thorough, doing everything she could to make sure that each of us found medications that worked best. She listened to our comments and concerns, and took time to make sure we understood everything we were trying, what the side effects were, and thoroughly answer any questions myself or my kids had. Sharon, the therapist for my oldest daughter, is amazing, and we are sad to have to find someone new. She helped my daughter get through so much, and I am so proud to see the amazing positive progression and healing in my girl after having Sharon in her corner for the last two years. Sharon was always great at making sure I was kept informed as needed, and that I understood what therapy techniques were being used, and even went as far as to make sure that she asked how I was doing, and if there was anything I needed. Truly wonderful. Tiffany, the therapist for my second daughter, was wonderful, and always made sure that my daughter felt understood and validated. She used techniques and such that helped my daughter open up and heal, and make therapy a positive experience, and for that, I'm truly grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in East Tennessee looking for help with mental health, or those who have kids that need help, especially kids who are working through any type of abuse or trauma, go to Helen Ross. They are truly amazing.
This office is a little hard to get ahold of BUT the staff here are really helpful and caring. Stacy is my daughters medication nurse and we love her so much.
If you have a child that needs help and you value being listened to and worked with...or if you think that they should spend more than 30 mins a week in actual therapy do not go here. Without adding personal details all… i can say is ive been in therapy for years in my teens and we got custody of my step son who we took to helen ross and the staff there were the most unprofessional ineffective therapy workers ive met
