Groups has helped me to realize I'm the same as any addict. That was really the first step for me was believing I'm not different because the doctor started me. I chose to continue to use when it was time to stop. I… started at 12 mgs and am now at 4. Another choice I made myself. But I made that choice with my entire group and the Farmington counselee standing behind me on that decision. It took time to get to this point and I'm no longer stuck.
