I had a positive experience at The Process Recovery Center. The staff was supportive, respectful, and professional throughout my time there. The environment was welcoming, and I felt that the team genuinely cared about… helping people make progress and move forward. The counseling, programs, and daily structure provided useful support, and I appreciated having people available to listen and offer guidance when needed. While no rehab experience is perfect, I found the overall experience valuable and would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a supportive environment and is ready to make a change.

I entered process recovery 3 months ago, finished PHP and their new Mental Health IOP program and currently working full time and living in a Rise sober house. The huge community here is my family and I've never been… more happy

This place saved my life and the staff is amazing, Im so great full for the existence of such an amazing place.

Would not recommend, you may be kicked out for trace amount of drugs that come up in a lab even when you pass every quick cup 3x a weeks for weeks and pass(yes they watch you close).. them not knowing how things that… come out though the body over time just shows how uneducated they are when it come to recovery. That alone tells me what kind of program they are. Insurance pays a lot for programs and they’re ok with feeding you cold cut sandwiches everyday for lunch… cheap! Way better options out there. Some great people there but this is your life and to be accused of doing something you didn’t do can affect you life, especially if your deal with the courts in any way. Writing this review for someone else who is luckily in another program. He is very happy he went to another program but it could have ended up very badly if he didn’t have good people around him that want him to succeed. I’ve seen so many people go back out for something as simple not being believed. Everything happens for a reason and I’m glad he made the right choices after his experience. If your looking for help and process is your only option then I would say go because anything is better then nothing but if you have a choice I would not recommend.

Staff is the BEST! They show up and support every recovery event in state and give their clients so much hope. Inspired by so many staff members and thankful for them supporting my personal recovery journey!
