LCH Health and Community Services – Kennett Square

Their Drs. are very friendly , helpful as well as their nurses, they treat you with care and always listen to your needs, but i gotta say that their receptionist don't care to much about good customer care or being… friendly to their patients. ( They feel more than you, to prideful to egocentric )

Very pleasant experience. You schedule your first appointment where you prove your income or lack of it, then you see the doctor who gets your history, suggests tests, and prescribes meds. We had Kate Hoffer who is the… most personable doctor I've ever had. We definitely will keep them as a medical clinic, no matter what.

I had a disappointing experience with Nurse Michelle. During my appointment, I felt she didn't take the time to listen to my concerns. When I tried to ask questions about my lab results, she told me I was interrupting… and didn't allow me to finish expressing all my questions. I believe patients should have the opportunity to understand their results and receive clear answers to their questions (especially in my case, with so many things that came back wrong). I hope that in the future, better communication and patient care will be provided.

Excellent place with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly people

I have been here about three or four times now and everybody is very nice and kind. Michelle is amazing and listens to your concerns and asks the appropriate questions. Very happy I have found this network.

I had a wonderful time at West Grove LCH. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with scheduling, making the entire process quick and easy. My experience with Dr. Greco was great… he’s the kind of doctor who really… listens and makes you feel like a partner in your own care. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what I needed to do moving forward. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to his patients truly set him apart. If you’re looking for a doctor who takes the time to explain things and works with you to improve your health beyond just the appointment, go with Dr. Greco!

They take forever to answer if you select Spanish, which is nothing new. But today, my mom called and selected Spanish — no one answered. She hung up, called again, and selected English. Someone answered right away, so… in Spanish, she asked to make an appointment. The girl who answered told her IN SPANISH to hang up and call again, but this time select Spanish because she had chosen English. Then, she told her she was going to hang up so my mom could call again and select Spanish. Yeah, that makes sense. I’m sure this isn’t the first time she’s said this to someone. If you speak Spanish, is it really that hard to help someone make an appointment in Spanish? Especially if you serve a primarily Latino community.

While the primary reason for LCH is to serve those in the community, the front desk employees do not show a positive outlook of this establishment. I’ve had the opportunity to stop in for an evaluation where I was… greeted poorly and this energy continued throughout my visit. I was surprised to share this experience with others and hear the same outcome from MANY within the community, all mentioning the poor attitude and professionalism these front desk individuals display. I only felt the need to share this dissatisfaction after my elderly mother was talked down and almost yelled at by front desk, because a relative who was not previously registered as an emergency contact, visited to assist my mother during her checkup. Instead of offering a resolution, they decided it was best to almost insult my mother and sister by targeting their intentions. Once they successfully added them as an emergency contact, she was then later turned away while calling for a follow up where once again, attitude and behavioral problems were shown. I believe that if you are going to offer community services, your front line needs to be a strong representation of what you stand for. It’s sad to say that LCH has been avoiding handling these issues as years go.

It’s a joke to do a refill. They take days to get back to you. Front end staff have horrible attitudes. If it’s Friday and you call at 11:00 they don’t seem to want to help since they close at 12

This is the worst doctor’s office experience I have ever had. They do not answer, they do not call back, they are rude when you do answer. I work for a doctor and the fact that they do not let you know what needs to be… done or try to assist you is beyond irresponsible to patients. The receptionist is beyond rude and obviously does not relay messages and hung up on me when I asked to talk to manager. She said that the doctor isn’t in so you can’t be seen. There is an on call doctor that takes cases when a physician is away. This is completely unprofessional and a dangerous medical facility to go to. Please beware.

I really love this place. All of the staff are super friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and neat. You never are left waiting for a very long time. They have a wonderful online assistance website as… well where you can request refills on your prescriptions when needed, you can ask your doctor questions directly, and many other great features. Prescriptions are always filled quickly and if they have a problem, they will either call you or leave a message on your online profile which is secure and private. Messages are always replied back pretty much either that day or at the worst within 2 business days. Also they speak Spanish. I'm just sad that one of my favorite doctors doesn't work there anymore :( it's hard to build that trust again with a new person once you've done it already with someone and they've helped you for so long. I really hope they find a new female doctor that is just as good as Dr. Jessica was.

Absolutely the worst doctors office that I have ever been to. Can never get my prescriptions refilled. It can take weeks. Can't get an appointment when extremely sick for days. Told to go to the ER

I couldn’t find the site for jennersville community service LCH only comes up for Kennett . Very helpful staff Tania was able to help me with everything I needed. And staff is very friendly in the Jennersville.

After so long, I thought they would have changed their patient appointment system. When you call to make an appointment, they send you to the automated system where you spend hours on hold. It's really disconcerting… because time is precious in this country. I hope they change someday and try to attend to patients as soon as possible. Thank you.

A waste of time and money. There are no doctors there, they just give you referrals. And they never answer the phone. Don't waste your time; it's the one in Kennett Square. They never pick up the phone, they always send… you to voicemail, they don't call you back or even listen to the voicemails. Don't bother. It's a nice staff, but you won't be able to get ahold of them over the phone. It's frustrating. I'm switching providers; it's truly unacceptable. It's a waste of time. It proves they are negligent with their patients. It could be serious if you are unable to get ahold of your doctor. Unacceptable. Don't waste your time. In this office, no one answers the phone or responds to messages. They are negligent with patients because it can be dangerous if you can't contact your doctor or get your medical paperwork in order. Don't waste your time and find another medical facility.

The doctors are all nice, but the billing dept is a mess,

I have been calling for 3 days now trying to make an appointment for my 84 year old mother and the phone rings and rings until it goes into the answering service and no one picks up the phone they just leave you wsiting… God forbid if someone has a real emergency.

The LCH team of workers, fails to play a role into their responsibilities and duties. When something is asked for, it’s for it to be provided. Being apart of the healthcare field should be no joke and should be taken… into a serious manner. LCH fails to achieve the quality needed to provide the care for the patients. None of the qualities for a high level of care is meet within this company. Each day the company’s way of management violates the OSHA organization guidelines that establishes a policy for the patients. When you call there is no sense of professionalism and patience. They never know how to manage things and always have the worst attitude. Don’t waste your time going here!
