You will find this provider at 948 Patterson Road, Dayton, Ohio, 45419. The city lies within Montgomery County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. They had some great people, but they all left. This place is terribly managed by and definitely a money grab. Thought I was going to have individualized therapy with a licensed therapist weekly... nope. This is strictly… GROUP therapy here! Don't expect to get help for anything underlying. Regarding their rehab portion, lots of false positives and leaving out the urine being sent out for testing where anyone has access to it is not helping anything. Very suspicious practices here and experienced first hand being pushed into their Rehab program even though I was only there for SI, anxiety, depression, PTSD.

What I had hoped would be an incredible experience after the trauma I had endured while getting treatment for addiction, was sadly sub par at best. I was referred to Leora after treatment at Lumiere Detox in West… Chester. Lumiere was absolutely incredible, however, Leora was nothing but drama. I had an older women each day from 9-12 and I never felt like we were tackling issues, discussing how to cope with sobriety triggers, etc. We ONLY discussed peoples personal issues in a circle. How does this help? She would then discuss many personal details about people - all while breaking HIPPA. Lab samples were ALWAYS sitting out for anyone to contaminate. This was extremely unclean. Michelle was the program director while I was there and she also did not comply with HIPPA at all. I often heard her sharing stories of other clients, gossiping, etc. Overall, this facility is sadly not what they promote.

I know that everyone's experience here is different and I can only speak about my experience with Leora. I got released from Prison back in August I was in a half way house and was a completely broken person, I had… nothing or anyone. I was hell bent and determined that I was going to make it. And by going to Leora changed everything for me I met people who are going through a lot of the same things that I was going through and make close friendships with the people there. For some of the hardest things I went through during the first 4 months losing my housing not having anywhere to go losing my aunt and things got dark. And there were days that I just did not want to go but I knew those were the days that I needed to be there the most when I lost my housing at the halfway house I wasn't sure where I was going but I came in that Monday morning in pieces the entire staff from management to therapist to counselors rally around me and help to make sure that I had a place to go and that I was going to be safe I would have not had that had I not been going to Leora. They saved my life and I am forever grateful for everything that they did for me.

best place to go to for treatment. chelsea is the best one there and she holds everybody accountable and is undeniably honest and helpful and kind towards everybody. even when they give her a hard time or give her bad… reviews she still rises up to help people and if that’s not maturity and generosity at its finest idk what is!

They recommended IOP 15 hours a week and would not back down from it. And when I predictably was not able to make all the meeting times they ratted me out to my probation officer to try to get me thrown in jail. It was… basically an extortion scheme and it felt like their goal was to use me as a vehicle to bill Medicaid rather than actually help me recover. I ended up quitting the program anyway despite their threats.

People that like to stand out front while smoking and talk about random people walking by. a lady today saw me with a can of beer unopened I just got from the store as I walk by mindimg my business a and proceeds to say… that I'm a teenager and shouldn't be drinking first of all One beer doesn't make you an addict constantly relying on alcohol everyday all day and can't go without it is what makes you an addict clearly you're the one with the problem which is why you're there secondly definitely was born in 1994 and 32 years old so stop assuming and mind your business and focus on your treatment.

I enjoyed going here until they weren’t getting paid. The other attendees were easy to relate too and we bonded and I enjoyed my mental health counselors. But I was recommended for 4 weeks and did double the time.… Chelsea lied to my CPS caseworker said I left without a word but I had a planned discharge with my counselor. She also lied and said I did not attend anger management class and domestic violence class which i did complete and talked about in my mental health group. Chelsea also said she would help assist with housing and resources but didn’t deliver. They have high turn over rate and profit is their main priority. Also many people report false positive tests and negative interactions to up treatment when not mandated.

Most of the staff are very kind but its seems like chaos. There is no actual work done and all we do is pee in a cup and they treat us like we are court ordered to be there. The head nurse is rude and uncaring. I was… genuinely hurting and they just sent me to another place. Please try another place!!!!

Unprofessional and unhelpful. Group facilitators are never prepared with material for group. Group is either three hours of check in or an unrelated video. I was accused of relapse when all my urine screens have been… clean since starting treatment. I don’t have to be here but I'm treated like I'm court ordered. The only thing I've learned from this place is how to pee in a cup.

I came here hoping it would help my mental health. I attended treatments three times a week and group therapy, and I was supposed to have one-on-one therapy once a week, but that never happened. I also needed paperwork… filled out, but even after asking every day, it was never completed, which led to me losing my job. The staff seemed overwhelmed with too many patients, and as a result, you don’t get the proper care you need. This place ended up making things worse for me instead of better. Most of the people getting treated here don’t even seem like they want to be here it feels like they’re just going through the motions. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Went to leora to get help coming off Kratom . A legal substance that is equivalent to taking one Valium. I went to there assesment because they told me they offered out patient detox programs. After arriving there and… finding out that wasn’t true and they wanted to put me on suboxone for kratom I left. Two days later I had cod at my house because if my Kratom use. They contacted my employer and the nursing board as a result of me not taking suboxine for a kratom dependence. They tried ruining my life because I didn’t agree with there insane treatment for my issue, which in no way has affected my life in any way. I wanted to get off for health reasons and money reasons.
