I haven't posted any stars especially for this center but I have to admit that Shawn millison has been a great doctor He has taken time to personally care for my health and look into my situations I'm grateful for that… because it's hard to find a good doctor nowadays

The nurses are very friendly

love having everyone together there for appointments. super nice and very helpful there. thorough as well. listens to their patients.

This is going to be a very long review. I want to warn you to run away from this place as fast as you can. It used to be good. It has gone so downhill and the providers are awful now. I had gone here for 14 years. Loved… the nurses and the receptionists and for the first 5 years, loved the doctors/nps. They will switch doctors on you about every year or less. I recently had excruciating pain in my hip and my back and had to go to the ER for the pain. I was scheduled for an appointment at the Salem office and they called me the day before my appointment and asked if I still wanted to keep my appointment even though I had been to the ER. I told them that I was still in excruciating pain and they said they would not give me any pain medication. Keep in mind, that I, in 14 years have never requested pain medication, except for after I had a C-section with my daughter. They no longer wanted to help me, so I told them I was going to find a new provider. The doctor's office is very shady, as well. Years ago, we had a male nurse practitioner and he touched my girls' privates without gloves on. I could have sued for that, but the head of nursing called me and said that is how they operate, skin to skin contact. He was gone shortly after that and we had already started going to someone else. All in all, like I said before, this place has gone severely downhill. I now go to Mercy health and absolutely love the care I am receiving. They take me seriously and don't mess around with any health care concerns.

Do NOT go there for mental health they are not equipped to handle certain mental health disorders and will push counseling off on you while you're in a psychotic episode and then prescribe more medication than needed.… Some psychiatric nurse practitioners should look for a different profession because the one I speak of was clueless and didn't even realize that my child was in an active state of psychosis while sitting right there in front of her. One visit and never returned. I would not recommend at all.

They’re Very helpful and very kind they make sure to find out what’s wrong very good care like that all the doctors are in the same area or building

One of the nurses upfront at the counter, Ashley H I do not recommend she had me do paperwork in the second I didn’t have insurance. She was rude and up the co-pay of my visit and it was not what I was told over the… phone not to mention every time I go there I always get bad news and I found out I was pregnant Last year in January after they told me my results came back negative. Sadly, I lost my baby ,I rather wait at the hospital then to come here

The dental office kept on rescheduling my daughter’s appointment’s only went there once and they told me to come back the next week so I did and said her appointment was moved to a later date, did this five times. I… wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone very bad dental care

Absolutely horrible. Went to see the OB had to see the nurse practitioner who disregarded my concerns. Got a call after I left they lost my urine sample. They were supposed to send in for me to get an ultrasound done at… the hospital I waited a couple days never heard anything when I called the hospital the request was never sent in. Was an absolute waste of time and money.

Horrible do not recommended

They did not tell me they were going to run some extra tests which cost me $700. I have called back to ask about it and I just get a run around. Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional behavior. They act more… like scammers and con-artists.

Usually when I go to the doctors with my 4 year old daughter its tough but I get understanding by the nurses and doctors here I DID NOT. My daughter went in for her physical and she doesn't like strangers it was her… first visit here. They rushed and due to the fact she was crying they were rude and made me feel we were doing something wrong because she was scared,and didn't get it done on the first try. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they did get her what she needed done. My child is alot of work but there was no need for them to be so rude like they were

They will make up make several appointments to get their co-pays. Not clean at all!

I've been coming here for all types of care for 3 years. The receptionists and nurses are kind and understanding, the doctors (Dr. McAbee, Andrea, Mallory [at EL office now], Dr. Johnson) have all provided exceptional… care. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, especially with primary care appointments because they don't just rush you through like a lot of doctors. Decently thorough and answer all of your questions. As far as I'm concerned, that's worth the wait. They do work on sliding scale fees for lower income patients and accept sick visit walk-ins at certain hours. It's a nice place to have all or most of your providers in one office.

OB is amazing. His nurse is also an amazing person! They take care of you. And I never have had to wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. They get you in and out as quickly as they can! Answer all your questions… and are super professional!! I love it there!

They are very caring people there, might have to wait a little, but that is the case everywhere. They show a true concern for their patients which in this day and age of overbooked doctors and overwork staff is nice.

Dr. Payne is beyond rude. He is very unprofessional. Refused to do recommend tests. Blames every problem on weight even when they aren't at all related. Failed to warn about side effects of a certain medicine. And the… wait is always extremely long even when not busy.

Was turned away due to being 10 min late due to traffic. Messed up my blood test. This office appears to believe I have unlimited time to waist.

Love my OB...Dr.Payne awesome guy...explains a lot and always asks if I have questions...good listener...always on a good pace...had my 2nd n 3rd baby with him now my 4th...he has been very helpful and his nurse Georgia… another awesome person😄😄

Very nice and respectable

This place is awful. Nobody ever answers the phone and the receptionists schedule your apts on the day the OB isn't there, not to mention the OB is very rude.
