Have been really helpful with my mental health

I've gone to quite a few therapist as a young adult and This has been the best facility for mental health by far I've come across. So far Damond Houston has helped me address hang ups in my life mentally. Damond is a… great listener with even better gift to give input and advice with a unique but effective perspective's that help the individual redirect negative thoughts and patterns to more positive outlooks. I will continue to come to this Location because of people like Damon Thank you Lumera! ☀️

Our family is experiencing different issues! Emerald therapy is compassionate, friendly, helping us find our way in this life. My husband is getting insight into his feelings, our daughter is learning coping mechanisms,… our granddaughter is also learning to deal with life. We are each learning survival skills & growing skills. Excellent experience!

The program is structured in a way that allows you to dig deep into the root of your struggles while also learning practical tools to manage daily life. I never felt judged—only supported and understood. Group sessions are safe and respectful, and the facilitators create an environment that encourages honesty and growth. If you’re on the fence about seeking help, I can’t recommend Emerald enough. This program is giving me the hope, clarity, and strength I didn’t think I’d find again.
