We never made it past the rude girl at the front desk and we have attempted to see a therapist here twice. First time, we didnt have all required documentation and the girl was very standoffish. Second time, apparently… we needed to be there half an hour early to do paperwork even though we were never told to do so and the girl was rude. I can not imagine how the therapist would have been when the front desk girl was as rude as she was. We will stick to Emerald therapy where the people are genuinely kind and work with the patients, they dont make them feel like a problem. So glad we figured this out before getting too far in.
If I could give less stars I would! My daughter who has been diagnosed in the past with multiple mental issues. It is very difficult for her to reach out for help, BUT she did. However, THIS PLACE made her even worse.… She went for her intake appointment and they asked her to leave without a referral to somewhere else or anything. Mind you she took and passed their drug test. They said they didn't feel comfortable taking her as a patient. What in the hell is a place like that supposed to do?? Don't they deal with people who have issues?? Shouldn't they have at the very least referred her to someone more qualified than they are?? They told her it was a safe place and she believed them and told them what all she's got going on and what did she get for trusting them?? TOTAL REJECTION, MADE TO FEEL THAT SHE WASN'T WORTHY OF HELP, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP HER!!! I intend to make a formal complaint about this place because they shouldn't be allowed to treat people that way.

Wonderful place. The ladies that work at the front desk are nice and quick with helping you.
They might be all right, but are very limited. I suffer from severe insomnia and anxiety attacks. The nurse practitioner they have on staff is only allowed to prescribe very limited medication. Therefore, if you have… any issues of any significance, these people can not help you. Don’t bother with them.
These humans are amazing!! Wonderful calming environment, and understanding helpful staff. I am grateful Mountain Comprehensive is in our area.
It's just new to me right now. I'm sure once I get to Know them it will be much better.
