One star for the social workers One Star for the activity group therapist Mr Creighton but the place needs to step it's game up now because you may have seen me went there majority of times I didn't like it one bit it… is like the lake of fire in hades
Very unprofessional people
My husband is there on his third day from a relapse without getting his antidepressant. I’ve called twice about it and was shrugged off. My husband hasn’t been taken seriously and is being given other medication that… have not worked for him in the past. He has shown serious health issues from going more than a day or two without his antidepressant such as seizures and increase sleep paralysis. I also tried to email twice and both times my email was blocked. My husband didn’t go in for mental health issues or for harming himself or anyone else. He was called in because of a relapse. He’s asked for a transfer and hasn’t gotten it. He’s also asked to be sent to a rehab which is better equipped for him and they have yet to reach out to the rehab. I’m very disappointed and as a wife who is concerned for their husband I don’t like being dismissed. His health is a big serious issue that I don’t take lightly.
Nice place friendly staff my wife is there right now thank you for helping her I can wait to see her home
I Wouldnt Bring My Depressed Dog Cause Its Literally A Animal Shelter SMH Great Help With Mental Health & Psychiatrist And Staff So Amazing The Workers Was Complaining With The Patients, Faucet Water, No Food That Can… Hold You All Night && They Must Be Paying Them People That Come To Audit I Was There 10 Days Straight
They say in their mission statement “ we are committed to caring for patients and their families with dignity” but it is really just a jail or worse. There is no dignity involved at all. They treat the patients and… family like second graders! If you have no options, I suppose I would go there but if you have the means, please! please! please! pick a better place like a real hospital! Your loved one WILL be treated like an inmate not a patient!
Its Christmas eve, they said they needed my gf to put me on documents before i can come visit even though i have her patient id number and said they will have her call me and and phone time was in 5 min. 2 hours later I… never got a call so i went up there to find out female visitation ended 10 min before i showed up.
i can’t recommend their outpatient program enough!! awesome staff.
They refused to give me tylenol because I was pregnant I had a severe migraine and it’s all I can take the lady at the front desk told me it would give my baby autism and she wasn’t going to give it to me she didn’t… care what other people say. I saw them takle a mentally ill person to the ground and put there knees on his chest and hands around his kneck. don’t recommend
Son slashed his arm with knife, hit himself with hammer. Called me pleading for help. Brought him to physician who sent referral to Oceans. The doctor at Oceans refused to see/admit him. Thank for your part, Oceans, in… letting people fall through the crack.
I usually try not to be an ugly person but when it comes to somebody that you love and you don't get no answers we're looking from for help from the public are special needs brother was placed there a little over 24… hours ago we have been blowing up the phone leaving messages and they refuse to give us any help we sent proper documentation and all anytime we call from a different number they answer me and my sister have been trying for the last 24 hours to find out any tiny little bit of anything concerning our special needs brother if anybody can help please let us know on this situation
The lady that answered me was kind. I called this hospital at 11:51am to see if my boyfriend was there or not. Because I'm looking for him. I asked "Do you have a patient there name Johnny C...." She said "do you know… the patient's ID number" I told her "No but I do know his birthday" then she said "sorry I can't give you any information without the ID number". Then I started crying again. She said "but I can tell you if he was here or not" I said "oh okay thank you" Then she hanged up. I only want to know if he's there or not. He said "imma have to put myself in a mental hospital" because his friend can't mentally support him. The last text he send me was "im in a ambluance" at 9:16pm (10:16pm Est) on Wednesday, February 17. He didn't tell me or his friends which hospital he was going.
See my name.... Yea that’s how I felt in there (if I change my name it is/was the prisoner of Azkaban)
Horrible! I spoke with the Nurse Alicia in concern of our brother due to an emergency, even asked if she would please have him call us, after time had passed we called her back and asked if she asked him to call his… family she then replied by saying hold on, then hung up!!!’ We called back and she forwarded our calls, we then called from our daughters phone then they answered and said she was busy!!!!!! I’m trying my best to reach cooperate to yell them how these ppl are running this place. They are so disrespectful and unprofessional!!!! Being that we live in NC we can’t go in person but I sure am going to notify whom o need to! We’re soooo concerned about our brother😔
Worst place ever. Staff are rude hateful and mean. Nothing was helpful. This place makes things worst. Staff need to be replaced and maybe a new owner who knows what the hell the doing would be nice. Wouldn't even send… a depressed dog here.
Very bad experience. There was one nurse who illegally coerced me to sign papers I did not agree to via making threats of never letting me leave. Then I got the over 1200 dollar bill (for less then a 24 hour stay)… quoting things that I never had done for me. Have already contacted a lawyer.
RN Brenda illegally coerces patients to sign waivers against their will. Be careful. My friend went here of her own free will and decided 5 minutes in that this place was not going to work for her, she was just… depressed and her Dr recommended going to a ward to try new antidepressants since they have medical staff should she get a bad reaction to them. Anyway she told Brenda the RN that she wanted to leave and Brenda screamed in her face and was incredibly rude and lied that she legally couldnt leave and if she kept refusing to sign then she would tell the doctor not to release her in the morning. And she wouldn't go home for a long time. Turns out it was illegal to keep my friend there against her will before she signed the waiver. Go figure. They keep removing my friends review when she tries to post it too. The hospital destroyed paperwork proof of this happening and is trying to silence us. There were at least 3 total girls there in that one night who had all had the same experience with RN Brenda. Also they covered up a r@pe that happened and blamed the victim for not screaming.
i went there and it helped a lot
great place helped me out so much and gave me a great experience!
