After completing inpatient rehabilitation, I transitioned into the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Parkdale Center and I can say with my whole heart that it was one of the most life-changing and soul-healing… experiences I’ve ever had. Parkdale didn’t just help me continue my recovery, they helped me to continue to find myself again. They believed in me, held space for my pain, and gave me the tools and encouragement to continue to rise stronger than I ever thought possible. From the leadership to the support staff, everyone at Parkdale exudes compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to healing. But what makes Parkdale truly exceptional are people like Rigo and Claudia. They treated me not like a number or a case, but like family. There was zero judgment, only humility, kindness, and an unwavering belief in my potential. Rigo felt like a steady big brother, firm when needed, but always full of heart. Claudia radiates warmth and made me feel safe, seen, and cared for in a way that felt almost sacred. These two, and so many others at Parkdale (like Dr. Chris, Denise, Ty, David) restored my faith in people and reminded me that recovery is possible when you’re surrounded by those who genuinely care. Parkdale is the best at what they do because they combine clinical excellence with human connection. Their program isn’t just about sobriety, it’s about rebuilding your life with dignity, strength, and purpose. If someone I love ever needed help, Parkdale is the place I would trust. Having used their facilities for our Union members and for a family member, the counselors are caring, responsive, and communicate very well on a treatment plan and objectives & goals. Ms Tori awesome!!!!! The group… meetings and accountability for each other in treatment works in a great atmosphere. I would strongly recommend this facility if a friend, co-worker, and family members are in need of help with addictions and/or mental health. It is located in chesterton nearby for visitation purposes.

5 stars for everything - staff, facility, program, etc. They understand we are all unique and they mange your rehabilitation program to your specific needs. You get the individualized attention and tools to help you!

For the most part the place was good. I enjoyed the stay and how the place was run. Most of the clients were good. Had a few issues with patients coming in still high or drunk. Withdrawing in house. My biggest issue was… that for 45k, I figured i would get a little personal care. At least 1 private session with a counselor. Nothing. Also, they push meds on you. No doctor, just a nurse telling you to take meds. As hard as they pushed these medications, I know they have to be getting a kickback. Because I refused the medication treatment and refused IOP, being I am out of state, they told my board I was non compliant. Very unhappy about that. If you choose this place, you won't get any individualized care. All generic out of a book. 30% of the people there had been through Parkdale before. Not a good recovery rate.

Parkdale saved me!! Through IOP with Kat and Kat as my counselor I now have the tools I need to stay Sober! From the bottom of my heart I Thank you for my life back!

Kat Crook is the best therapist that I have ever seen. Parkdale is responsible for why I am still with you. I would highly recommend Parkdale and, specifically, Kat with a dual diagnosis. Thank you for EVERYTHING!! Kat… you are absolutely Amazing!!!

On April 7th of 2022, I reached out for help. Fortunately, I ended up speaking with a man who shared his experience, strength, and hope and encouraged me to act quickly and enter into rehab; he even mentioned Parkdale… specifically. It’s been over 2 years since that day, and I’m still sober, AND I’ve even made it back to my career field. This place will forever hold a huge place in my heart. The staff are absolutely amazing. Parkdale helped me begin my recovery journey, and I am where I am today because of them.

Parkdale Center for Professionals was a wonderful overall experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and treated the clients like adults. The facility was very clean, comfortable and facilitated recovery well. I would… definitely recommend Parkdale to friends and relatives who are in need.

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made is going to Parkdale. I was in a deep hole and Parkdale gave me the tools to climb out. Parkdale was well worth traveling from VA to IN for treatment for me. The location is… beautiful, I was told the facility used to be a bed and breakfast, and I truly believe it. The staff provided real, empathetic support and some of them are resources in my recovery still today. Also, out of 13 facilities around the US I contacted when I was seeking treatment, Parkdale was the only one that worked with my insurance and saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Parkdale was amazing they saved my life. The staff and Owners truly care. I highly recommend Parkdale. I believe it’s the best rehab in the country for professionals And they still care and keep in touch after years… from my stay there.

I have been Sober for FOUR years now. You can’t beat Parkdale. You are treated like a human. Its a great place for medical professionals. I hope to never go back. Its a beautiful place.

This was the place that helped me understand my issues, how alcohol affected my body, brain and relationships. In all actuality they saved my life! The facility is well suited to help people heal their bodies and minds… to return to a fruitful life, understanding that there is hard work after treatment. If I run across someone in need of treatment I will always refer them, and help them to go to Parkdale!!

Excellent care and supportive atmosphere!

I am not one to typically leave reviews, but I truly mean it when I say that Parkdale saved my life. I’ve been dealing with my disease for 15 years now, and have had experiences with other rehab facilities, and I can… honestly say that Parkdale has it figured out. The approach taken here is different than you will find at most facilities. You get treated as a person and not just another patient or number. Yes you have rules and protocols to follow, but you also have freedoms and liberties that majority of other places will not afford you. You still have to put in the work, and they will hold you to a certain standard, but you will also get to figure out a recovery program that works for you. This is a place that will give you the road map, and do as much as they can to help you get to the other side. And the help and support does not stop after your 30 day stay, they stay connected and follow through to assure they are giving you the best opportunity to succeed. I have referred a few friends and ppl I have come across over the years and they too would echo these same sentiments. If you are looking for a place that will give you a real opportunity to learn to deal with this disease, the right way, then give yourself the best gift you ever have and give them a chance. Just talk to Rigo, Claudia, Christian, or David and trust what they say. It’s the real deal…

I started my journey at Parkdale in June of 2021. Even though I was absolutely terrified and nervous to walk through their doors, it was absolutely the best decision I have ever made. It not only helped me save my… nursing license, but most importantly, it saved my life. I’m currently 3 years and 4 months sober and my life has made a complete 180... It all started at parkdale. Thank you, Parkdale!

Do they have inpatient here?

Best 4 weeks of my life. I was helped by these professionals more than I could ever say. If you're thinking about it - do it. Pull the trigger and get to a happier healthier life!

I’m writing this from the perspective of a spouse of someone who sought treatment here in hopes that if you are reading reviews during one of the darkest moments of your life, you will take this as a sign to at least… reach out to Parkdale and speak with Rigo and Claudia. Parkdale saved my husband’s life. They provided me with the family support I needed, provided resources for our child, and build connections that I know I could reach out at anytime I needed, even after his treatment. He has established connections that I know he will use as resources if and when he needs them during his recovery but I’ll leave his perspective of his experience to his review. I can’t express how much I appreciate how they keep the family in mind during this process. Claudia keeps the spouse’s perspective close to her heart and I know this is unique to Parkdale. It’s a beautiful facility, that feels warm and nonthreatening when families come to visit their loved ones. It’s a place of serenity during a difficult time. I know we will both continue to love and appreciate Parkdale for years to come. 🤍

Incredible therapists, individualized treatment plans, respected and challenged as an adult approach, structured environment yet given flexibility and freedom unlike other treatment centers, professional and authentic… staff, they provide comprehensive medical and psychological treatment in a tranquil bed & breakfast setting

They are incredible. My family member has been trying to "get it" for years. Nothing has worked until this program and the excellence of the Parkdale Team.
