Regional Health Systems – Hobart

Went to my visit & had been without my medication for a week . The medication was not called in & my doctor is there once a week . Called & got transfered to voicemail . Hours later they call & the lady said its there… .I asked if this is a nuber i can call back and she said no she already confirmed it. Called CVS & no medication was in the system. Now my head is very dizzy and stomach upset & feel very sick from no medication.

A much better experience than the other options I've contacted for mental health. Porter Stark, the doctor immediately told me he couldn't help me and came off as very judgmental and North Shore was a joke. The doctor I… met with for the first time with today was the complete opposite. Compassionate and actually listened to me without being condescending. Not sure yet that they'll be able to help me but I'm just grateful to find a single local psychiatrist that speaks to people like a human being. Edited: Turned out the doctor here wouldn't treat me based on my therapists diagnosis. Was going to pay $1100 for the assessment... Luckily, the place that does the assessments told me they could treat me without the assessment... or $1100 that my insurance almost definitely wouldn't approve. Good luck to anyone looking for help in this awful county.

Awful my Rehab made me an appointment to go here. When I got here they never had the appointment and wanted me to set up another in East Chicago which is way out of my way. What a waste a time this has been.

Wouldn’t refill my meds after visit to literally refill my meds. Called twice and left a voicemail to fix it, never got communication back. I will go elsewhere for psychiatric.

Horrible service...I cant even get a real live person to answer the phone and when they answer the phone in Hobart office receptionist can't help me but she can only transfer me to another office highland office where… they can't even pick up the phone......

get any therapist here just NOT Destiny. she is EXTREMELY unprofessional and will try to gaslight you when confronted. if you have issues she personally disagrees with, she will openly scoff at you then lie to the other… staff when you try to stand up for yourself and they will believe her because it's a crazy person's word against a "professional". she is a joke of a therapist and it is a true shame someone with her level of rudeness works with people like us. I really really can't wait for ai to replace horrible therapists like her so we can truly get the unbiased help we deserve.

I’ve been going here for therapy for quite a while and the people here are great. From the reception to the therapist they are amazing and kind.
