Rise Up – Yadkinville

Hi there this is Adam leaving this review. When I was first going through my addiction I was so frightened of what the first step would look like especially. We’ve all seen in movies and tv how judgmental people can be.… I didn’t receive ANY of that at this clinic. The whole time I have been here I have felt listened to and treated like a human. They have a nurse who is a former user so I won’t name her, but man is she Awesome! She is very comforting and understanding of being in those same shoes. Dr Royall seems very well read on the subject of addition, and though we do sometimes have difference of opinion he will hear you out(I am a bit of a control freak). I’m not done with my treatment yet but I wanted to leave this review for anyone who is scared of addiction and is in Yadkinville. Our community is so lucky to have this place. This place is also a pain management center but I cannot speak to that side of it. If you’re unsure if you need addiction help, Run, don’t walk to Rise Up. They will look at you like a human instead of a number! Thanks guys

This is a great doctor and staff who actually care about their patients and will take the time to make sure that you understand exactly what is going on and expectations for the plan that is made for you.

Words cannot express how amazing this group is!!! I have never had anyone fight so hard to help me since I left Shriners children’s hospital. He & his staff are unmatched. No dr would touch me due to my severe… conditions. I suffered for more than 20 yrs until Mike & his staff got me in with a great neurosurgeon & other specialist. As well as appropriate testing. He researched & consulted my drs. He stays on top of things. And never fails to fight for me. Although my condition will continue to worsen with age I have no doubt in the ongoing care I will receive. I will never consider going anywhere else.

Used them last year and they were great! Tried to contact this year several times with no response.

Love the atmosphere here. The doctor truly cares and your well-being and is there for you. So glad I found this doctor's office

All staff that I encountered were EXCELLENT! They really do care about their patients! Even down the receptionist! Everyone is SO nice! If you are on the fence or nervous about going and seeking help, DO IT! You will… not regret it! The dr is AMAZING! He takes the time to actually get to know you, and help you to the very best of his abilities! I’m so glad I went ❤️

Great atmosphere, Best place I've went to in a long time doctor is very intelligent and is willing to really help people that are wanting to get their life on the right track!

One of the best Providers I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been a patient for years now & the provider has done more for me & my roommate than any other provider! He really listens, he cares about your health & appreciates… honesty! The staff is amazing! They will make you feel comfortable & they always listen & go beyond to make you feel comfortable! Thank you Megan for everything you do for us! Thank you Michael Royall, FNP-BC & his amazing staff! Professional & warm welcome! They will treat you so well! We are lucky to find such a great Provider & Nurse! Always extremely nice, helpful & caring! Very important in healthcare!

If you like pill mills which over charge you with surprise bills years later, then this is the place! You’ll be overprescribed and be given enough pain pills to endure cancer!

I love Mike and every one of the staff. I don't know what I would do without him & the team. They are Special People!!!

This place is awesome. They go out of their way to help u & there is no judgement. They really care & will work with u to include ur input on ur health plan.

Dr.Mike and his staff are awesome people. I have been to other places in statesville and they are no where near as nice and polite as the team is at RISE UP

I'm a veteran giving a 1 star only because 0 isn't available. Tried getting help for my wife. So yeah yall need to change that motto, because her past with yall definitely defined her future!

All I can say is. Wonderful people. Doc is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. He really cares. And the office staff amazing They treat you with upmost respect and kindness.

Very good atmosphere, everyone is very down to earth… No noses stuck in the air in this office! The entire staff goes above and beyond for their patients, ESPECIALLY the Dr! I couldn’t ask for better people to deal with… while I’m going through this stage in my life. They are a blessing to the people that they help!

For anyone saying they are awful and don't care that's a lie they very much care about each person and hey are the Best people I've been going for a while and he does whatever he can to help the patient he's the… greatest their whole team his great I love that they care about the people it's not all about the money and this drs office will be over backwards to help anyone ok and I give them 5 stars because they deserve it thanks for helping the people u come across but just with pain mental health to so y'all are great 😃

This is the worst doctor office for pain or addiction that I have ever seen I went there for Subutex for the pain in my feet and it started out that a nurse there accused me of talking on my phone while I was in the… room asking somebody for tips I guess on how to get certain types of medicine which I was never on my phone at all and I don't know what she means by tips I guess on what to tell the doctor to get certain medicines when I was only there to get one type of medicine which I had already been on for 2 years anyway after that I got to talk to the lovely doctor or whatever he is a nurse doctor something who instantly called me an addict well excuse me according to him he said that I was I was dependent on opioids so me and him talked about dependency and addiction and according to him it's two different things no it's not they're the same thing in my opinion anyway after going through all the hoops and bringing all the bells for them that they wanted me to do instead of writing me a whole prescription for a month they wrote me a prescription for two weeks so I could drive another hour to their office in 2 weeks and then after that they sent my medicine to a pharmacy I told him that I had used before but I had not been using for the last couple months and I'm allergic to the orange Subutex they make an orange and a white I explained this to everybody before I got the prescription wrote I explained it to the lady at the desk I explained it to the doctor before they wrote my prescriptions anyway anyway the pharmacy they sent them to only had the orange ones well come to find out the pharmacy literally 100 ft down the road from their office had the ones that I needed and all they had to do was cancel the one they wrote and write another one to this Pharmacy needless to say they refused to cancel the prescription at the other Pharmacy and send it to the one that was 100 ft away and the other Pharmacy the first one that they sent it to was another 45 minutes away from where I was I would never step foot back on their property ever again considering I was accused of trying to manipulate a doctor or talking to someone to try to plus then being called a drug addict basically when I'm getting Subutex for pain not for addiction and then they literally refused to work with me with the pharmacy because of an allergy so this place is a zero star if I can give it to him

After not being able to find the right help for years and I mean actual genuine help, I was blessed to find Rise Up and their outstanding medical team. Words can not capture the sincerity and awesomeness of care you… will receive here.

This is an EXCELLENT example of what firm honesty, yet TONS of compassion and support look like, in not just a practitioner but also the entire office!! I genuinely love them they have helped me SO much to get better… and continue to do so!! You get back what you give. I have never left an appointment without a smile on my face or laugher in my belly! Thank you guys so much for being EXACTLY who you are!!!!!

At this office the employees are always kind, and helpful! Dr. Royall always listens to the patient and wants to help, and does!
