My experience with Dr. Zakowski was deeply disappointing. I found him to be unprofessional, dismissive, and at times verbally disrespectful. Interactions often felt passive-aggressive rather than supportive, and I left… appointments feeling unheard and devalued. I was not given a meaningful opportunity to speak with other staff members regarding my concerns, which only added to my frustration. What troubled me most was the apparent lack of empathy and genuine concern for patient well-being. In addition, some of Dr. Zakowski's conduct left me feeling unfairly judged and treated differently, raising concerns about possible bias. Instead of receiving guidance and support, I often felt discouraged and marginalized. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend River Valley Services and would strongly encourage prospective patients to carefully research their options before seeking treatment here. The pattern of negative experiences I encountered raises serious concerns about the quality of care being provided.
I would absolutely not recommend this place or services,they are inconsiderate or nor do they perform effectively nor efficiently,also very unprofessional. Please do research before putting your loved ones in these… services
