Sacred Heart – Madison Heights Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 1400 East 12 Mile Road, Madison Heights, Michigan, 48071. Madison Heights sits in Oakland County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I am a patient at Sacred Heart. There staff is amazing and very resourceful. Also my therapist is so understanding and supportive I honestly feel like she is family! I would highly recommend them to loved ones etc
Works with you with your personal recovery journey, friendly staff and counselors, never too crowded, personal check in routine allowing for a more convenient check in and out. Caring nurses. After 4 different clinics,… I recommend this one.
I walked in there todafter being a patient there for many years beforehand I left there because of there no benzo, no marijuana policy unless you see a professional. I have been diagnosed with PTS depression. Anxiety.… I've had a lot of stuff happen in my life and the Doctor there doesn't like to put herself. In the other person's choose, it seems like she hates her job. Everybody else there is fine. I have 100 respect for Sacred Heart. They saved my life at 1 point of time period I want, but when it comes down to it's up to you to make the choice. Period. When I went in there today, I had all my paperwork for what I would need to show them what I'm taking from another doctor or a psychiatrist, and let me tell you I showed everybody. I even took a drug test, the blood test.Everything I told everybody there that I was prescribe benzos for my depression and p t s d and all the above . And the last doctor I had that prescribed me suboxone , refer me to my psychiatrist that prescribed me my xanax. And LA Miko. For depression. No I know better to ever go into Sacred Heart and get help because once somebody doesn't like you, they will never like you. The lady even had the nerve to say. Don't get offended if I don't say hi to you in public. Because we both live in the same neighborhood. Go figure period but I really wish it would have worked out.I was looking forward to seeing some of the old faces and go through some new experiences. If it was possible I would go back but I would not want to see her. She is biased, doctor KI am sorry, but you are biased against me and you know it. You have some nerve to tell me you're going to call My psychiatrist and my doctors when you give out some of the strongest medication on earth suboxone, and methadone, and you're gonna give me a hard time about what I take period do you know how hard it is to get off of methadone? And you prescribe it to people I mean, you talk about xanax. What about methadone and Sebastian? How hard it is to get off of each one of those. I would rather go through a detox of xanax, then Sebastian any day. And I bet anybody that's reading this right now would agree. Again, I am sorry, but I am telling the truth. I have never gone into a place that was so disrespectful to somebody because of how they feel about that person. When you are a doctor you're supposed to treat everybody equal. Not be biased against somebody, because You have an issue with what they are doing when you don't even know what that person's been through, I don't get to sit at a desk and talk to people through a camera and get paid, I have to go out and earn my money climb trees, do side jobs work, my But to the bone. And I don't know what that like. I said you never know what the other person has been through and why they are on the medication. They are on period period nothing elmethadone and suboxone is not the only cure for everything. And I was told I could come there and be prescribe my medication and not have a problem, but Dr. Kay, she has a big problem with people that is prescribed benzo's that are trying to get help with. Sebastian or methadone so dumb period now.I can see if I was trying to get on methadone while being on the medication , I am on from my legal physician psychiatrist that diagnosed me . Methadone is a very dangerous combination with xanax, not after taking suboxone. For 12 years, xxxanax does not affect me like that at all without it. I am miserable, I am a nervous wreck. Like I said, you don't know what I've been through. I don't want to share what I've been through on here because it's bad. The things that happen to my family and friends and me scarred my life forever, and now that I know I can't walk into The building that I always trusted Sacred Heart on 12 mile. The quinder madison heights scars scars me a little more. Over the years of me trying to get clean. Those people watch me grow up period not that doctor necessarily but the other coworkers. I have a lot of respect for a lot of people that work there but I do not her . Is very biased
Just like anything else in life, it's what you make of it. Is this place run perfectly? No. Can you begin a life altering journey here? Absolutely. If you whine and cry, you will be miserable anywhere you go. Blaming… others for your bad behavior should be one of the first things to go.
This place is a pill mill i do not suggest going to this location to get clean and stay clean. The whole facility is crooked. They just let anything fly. Just please go somewhere else more professional. Methadone and… suboxne are very strong medications I think you should educate yourself first before you dedicate your precious time here.
Sacred Hearts is a MAT program which offers Methadone and Suboxone treatment, either detox or maintenance, depending on the clients needs. Like everything in life a person can find positive and negative issues fairly… easily as I will attempt to address both. On the positive side if someone wants help with opiates addiction in particular, help is available. Their are counselors on sight and programs to attend, although it’s fair to say you get out what you put in. The counselor workload is terrible and as a patient I find myself very frustrated at times to make and keep appointments. Group therapy, which is scheduled throughout the week, is seldom kept intact regardless of the circumstances, no finger pointing at patient or counselor. It’s interesting to note that a couple of counselors are extremely naive about drugs of abuse and one wonders if this should be acceptable should life issues be at stake. That said, I know of more than one instance where fellow counselors think this is quite amusing. Finally, I wish everyone well in their attempt at recovery. Sacred Hearts may not be the answer to recovery, but it can be a start. Keep an open mind and know you aren’t alone with your walk to be substances free. Thank you. Location: Madison Heights, Michigan I transferred from the above MAT program to another MAT program two years ago in Walled Lake, Michigan. It’s a smaller program, cleaner, and maintains a more pleasant staff, who actually cares for their patients. Wait time from signing in to being medicated, and leaving is seldom more than 5 minutes, many times under 2 minutes, providing there is no need to seeing a counselor or a urine drop. A way more professional clinic, deserving a 5 star rating. They accept Medicare, Medicaid, state and private insurance, some grants, plus more, including self pay. My favorite methadone clinic in my opinion of over 50 years on Methadone. Ty
The staff is the best I ever seen and I mean all of them so nice helpful I've been to slot of clinics and sacread heart Madison hgts byfar the best
Can't get staff on the phone. Go somewhere that staff cares about you.
jax, my peer recovery coach is quite possibly the best counselor of ANY sort I've ever had. I've had decades of therapy for a multitude of reasons. Jax is still at least top 3 out of ALL of them. AT LEAST. Give Jax a… raise, please.
Transfers back to the Yak
Incompetent.
Constantly jumping throw unnecessary hoops, lot's of shenanigans in play at this place, tactics are almost spiteful toward's the patient and extreme. If you ask for any type of fairness.
Worst medical center of any kind, EVER! NEGLIGENCE, INCOMPETENCE, CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! To say the least. This place is GUARANTEED to cause you stress, anxiety, lost time at work, frustration, and more problems… at NO consequence to them. They do not care not even a little about you, they want your insurance money and that's it. This place is just one big lawsuit waiting to happen. Run far far away for your own good.
The staff is great they have a few kinks in the way things are ran, but for the most part they are good really like my counselor they offer great groups but I personally think they should give take home's for Saturday… and Sunday but that is just my opinion I have had a couple of issue's with some rudeness from certain staff members I think those staff members automatically think everyone there is below them and everyone there is a heroin addict which in my case is not true not that, That matters because addiction is addiction period. But a lil bit of compassion too the client's wouldn't hurt front desk. Just saying but all n all they do help you n clearly it's up too u to stick to your sobriety. Thanku Sacred Heart for your help keeping me in a good place in my life.
Terrible clinic. I have been a patient at 3 different clinics and this is by far the worst. Understaffed for dosing, doctors are only available 3 days a week, billing errors galore, unfair policies. Patients are treated… unfairly.
It’s a joke, they never listen to their patients needs. I’ve been trying to see a doctor for weeks and they’re very rude about it. I sat there for 4 hours one day just to get told I wouldn’t be able to see a doctor.
Great place the staff are awesome
This place and the staff is a complete joke!! Nobody is returning my calls or telling me anything about how much money i owe...therapist doesnt acknowledge any calls or return messages after four months of visits. Super… professional huh? Its been almost two months since my last visit and this is supposed to be a place of recovery to help people?
The staff is amazing, they care about you and they also are pretty fast these which helps to make it to work on time and have success in your road to recovery. Best choice I ever made and the perfect place that actually… cares about you individually.
I went there twice.i was the only black girl and they treated me different they didn't even let me stay to the end..due to me having bad kids well there were other mother's and their kids were bad!!! They know I came up… here way from floFlor and I was depending on the recovery housing they didn't keep their word so I had to get back out here in Detroit with two little girls staying different places.I was at Clearview. And the therapist are fake.the only good therapist was Katherine.
Don’t go and get a drivers accessment from there the counselor will drag your name through the mud look elsewhere!!!!!!
