Worst company to work with. The BILLING DEPARTMENT is a joke thankfully my wife wasn't single or on the street they charged her card multiple times for 300 without informing her prior to charge and it was not something… she should have expected. If you use them just watch the billing department or they will take your last.

They have always helped me and they also willing to help others that needs help i love the group meetings it also helps me and am willing to help others who has just started coming to the group meetings i love the staff… and the Drs àlso

Spero is a great place to go they got above and beyond to make things happen.

This one the best place for help they caring and understanding and you are treated with the most up respect and I truly love all the staffing there and and I I give doctor Shearer five-star is when the best nicest… doctor there is and the other doctor is great doctor

I was in need of an appointment as soon as possible and spero was kind enough to get me in that day. Great place. Great people. 10 outta 10!

I've been in recovery for almost 5 years and this is the best doctor I've seen..more of a family atmosphere. I'd recommend them.

If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be where I'm at today the staff is very nice and welcoming and care a lot about there clients I would recommend them to anyone out there friends and family included!

This place has grown so much because of treatment centers flooding the town and only use spero. For as many patients they see a day it surprises me they keep up. Always been professional with me and working with my work… schedule.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 6 months and everything has been running smoothly ever since my second visit. That first visit I was there for almost 6 hours (waiting for therapists & doctor, etc) but after that… I was being seen very quickly. I’m happy I found this place especially since coming here my life has been changing for the better, since now I have them to help me. I have to say that the past 2 appt's I've had to wait quite a bit, but I think that's just because they've made a lot of needed changes, esp group therapy is now in person vs on a tv monitor. Much better!

I was referred to Spero through my rehab facility, Freeman. I've been going to Spero every week now for about 2 months, and Morgan is flat out rude and disrespectful, I came in 30 mins early on a Monday, she was so rude… to me because I came in at 8:30 instead of 9, told me she couldn't stand Freeman, big mistake because most of their patients are from Freeman. Anyways, I missed my appt yesterday so I called to reschedule and she wanted me to wait a week until my next appt. Does she not know about withdrawal from Suboxone? Obviously not. Regardless, I spoke with the office manager above her and she told me it would be no problem for me to come in tomorrow for my appt. I don't want anymore dealings with Morgan so ill be looking for another clinic ASAP.

I love Spero. I’ve been coming since close to when they opened. I’ve never had a bad experience which is saying a lot because I’ve had that with other clinics. Anyways…I would absolutely recommend them for ur detox or… help with recovery! 😊 Anything ur looking for as far as recovery goes, they will either make sure to meet ur needs or point u in the direction u need in order to find the proper help ur looking for for sure! I also wanted to add that in the beginning when they were still getting everything adjusted I’ll say they were only doing their best. It may have seemed like they didn’t care because they hardly had time to even look up. The staff were so busy since it was newer and it was hard to find good help. So at times I’ve seen them function with only one or two girls up front! There’s a lot that goes into a place like this, so hopefully u disregard any negative reviews that u may have seen or heard n take that into consideration, and just come yourself so u can form ur own opinion. As of now I can say they have a smooth, swift and caring program going here. They definitely care and want to help. Their only goal is to help u along ur journey of recovery as best they can. 👍👍😊

I went to spero for months with the intention of getting the vivitrol injection. After four months of regular visits, I still hadn't received the shot, and at every visit, I was asked why I didn't have suboxone in my… urine screen. Obviously I wasn't prescribed suboxone. My point is this, if your goal is to use the drug suboxone for a longterm maintenance tool then spero is the place for you but if aren't looking for exactly that then please go somewhere else. They try to push suboxone on anyone who walks in the door. Staff is very friendly though.
