Fantastic and very awesome caring social workers

They help with multiple different services from mental health to substance abuse counseling Mat services as well inpatient outpatient treatment they're doing the Lord's work good people 💯

There are good and bad things to say. First the man at the front desk James is Awesome! He is the one who keeps everything in order, when he's not there it's a little crazy. There are good and not so good counselors I… know this because unfortunately I've been switched to around 10 in the past 2years and who wants to keep starting over telling a new person their story, it's very frustrating. It's because the counselors keep quitting. There are a few that are great so when you find one you connect with do your best to keep them. Mr. Benny was my first and he is very helpful with resources and is now the man in charge, lol. Rosa I've talked with a couple times and is very nice. I have Christian now and I am doing great with him. I feel comfortable talking about anything and he takes his time to really listen. I only go once a month sometimes I wish I could go more often to have that release to have him to talk with but they are very busy. I had to wait about a month to get in but they really saved me idk what I would had done without them.

The most unprofessional counseling place I've ever been. Wouldn't recommend this place. Leave group meetings feeling awful and a waste of time.

Place is a joke, they don’t care about helping people, only care about pushing people in and out and delaying their progress, constantly being hung up on when calling, idk how many “movies” they just make u watch, when… ur not giving the proper paperwork your blamed I’m here another Saturday with no addiction, and yall won’t discharge me why? I’ve seen people fall sleep in this class be discharged it’s so crazy

BF was court-ordered to take classes there, did not go in.

Went to get some paper work and the lady for medical records was kind of rude, all she said was that they will call when they're ready so I didn't know if that meant that day or what. She was nicer about 5 days later… when they finally had them ready

Some really good counselors, learned a few things & met some great people. Everyone's got their own trials and tribulations their trying to work through.

This is just a government run. Another way to make you waste time as punishment. This isn't real help for addicts..find somewhere else. They are too busy doing 12 week mandated services then actually seeking people who… need treatment and real help.

I don't wanna b here but it's court ordered so no choice. I guess the people working there are alright I just don't like the place or going.

Counselors have no sense of personal privacy or hippa. Extremely unprofessional first thing I saw was a “counselor” callling out a patient in front of everyone and letting the whole staff and patients know personal… information. It’s deplorable that the courts rely on people like this who are supposed to help but instead use their clients as victims to excersize control over and have no regard for common decency and respect for other. Another way to enslave someone.

The class schedule is a job in itself, but if your serious about the services they offer, it helps change your life for the better
