The virtual appointments are so streamlined. Everyone, from the coordinar checking you in, to the doctors listening to your needs, and even the checking out process is smooth. Highly recommended

Dr.Hicks is amazing. Years ive never had a doctor who truly listened and agreed and understood what I was saying. She didnt dismiss me or blow me off she truly listened and has given me so much hope.

The billing department doesn’t respond and have charged me incorrectly for multiple visits I have made multiple attempts to reach them via phone, voice mail and email The supervisor I have left messages for to help with… this matter has also not responded and the lack of response and communication has been a nightmare. This directly impacts and affects patient care negatively.

From the first appointment I felt heard. She really listened and helped me find the right medication for me.

Used them for telehealth, it’s been a nightmare. Too busy, understaffed, can’t reschedule, never get notification reminders for appointments. They really try and squeeze every penny out of you for copays, missed… appointments, impossible to reschedule, call and get voicemail, the list goes on

This company is very professional and accommodating and efficient. Their website is easy to navigate and straight to the point.

Jannette speaks clearly and politely on the phone. It would have been easier for me to pursue medical self care if other receptionists communicated half as professionally as she does. I have rejected mental health care… occasionally throughout the past ten years simply because of the attitude of the customer service staff at various other mental health offices in different locations. It is a shame other companies can't or won't prioritize patient communication to the level of excellence the Care Clinic does in Melbourne.

I just started going to the Melbourne office not too long ago and can't say enough how much I'm loving this new doctor (Amanda Norton) and the process. It is so important to have a doctor you click with and that… understands your point of view too.

I feel like I've been scammed. They had me pay $230 for a patient establishment fee in advance for a virtual visit, but I was never seen. Customer service explained they would issue a refund, but that was over a month… ago now and I have yet to recieve anything back. I have lost count of how many times I have tried reaching out to the office to ask for any follow up, but they've only answered their phones twice. Both times I've been told someone will get back to me. I'm still waiting, and they still have my money. I'm a struggling college student who put out the money because I was despate for mental health assistance; now I regret seeking help to begin with. Please do NOT make the mistake I have and skip this clinic entirely. Now I'm out the $230 I could've put towards more dilligent care. - Emily Patterson

Compassionate providers. They seem to hear you out and work hard to provide valuable solutions for our issues.

Abysmal customer service. Jump thru hoops to get ahold of everyone, and they don’t have a physical office anywhere. Do not recommend.

I called the CareClinic because my cousin was having a mental health crisis. The response I received from them was, well, no response. My cousin filled out the forms online as instructed, very difficult to do when your… mind is not working well, and still, no response. To say the least we were dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated. Don’t waste your time or money.
