Everyone here is so friendly. The front office staff is so kind and has been a great help in scheduling or rescheduling when needed. Jessica has been amazing for my daughter! Took what could be a scary thing and has… made us all feel calm and heard. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and serene. Waiting room was nice and not brightly lit. Office staff was very helpful. The therapist came right out on time and was very positive. She smiles a lot which was very comforting and comfortable. I… think this is going to be a great place for therapy!

I would give zero if I could! I showed up early for my first appointment at one pm on March 17, 2026 walked into the unlocked door and nobody was there! I sat down and waited about 15 minutes then got up and called out… for someone, banged on the inside door and reception area glass and still nobody! I walked out in disgust and tripped and fell on the concrete and hurt my hip and banged me head. Luckily, I was able to get up and I drove a short distance to an emergency room. After two hours and a CT scan they said I was OK and I left. I am 83 years old and have osteoporosis. I was lucky I didn't break my hip or have a brain bleed! After the ER I went back to the Elite DNA office and two women were there. I asked them why nobody was there for my one pm appointment and they said they went to lunch from twelve noon to one pm. I asked again why nobody was there when I got there and they said I had a telehealth appt. Like I told them, nobody ever told me I had a telehealth appt! And I asked them why the door was unlocked and no out to lunch sign and they had no good answer! DON'T GO THERE! DON'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND THEY SURE DONT CARE! DIDN'T HELP MY MENTAL HEALTH!!!
