Booking Online does not guarantee appointment. I was not informed at all, I had received multiple reminders telling me of my upcoming appointment. I get to the office, they tell me they cancelled it because booking… online does not guarantee my appointment and someone was supposed to reach out but never did. They gave me a $10 gas card, but for an hour of driving and my time, on top of having to delay having a medical issue be seen, I am livid, extremely unprofessional.

It is amazing the follow up to an appointment or request for refill or any concern that is given. At 70 I can say it is the first place that calls every time with test results or to let you know they have reordered your… meds. Love the conscience of the portal.
