Traumatic. Unprofessional. Racist. Helene Thacker exaggerated on my paperwork and took a small part of what I said and twisted it. Because she thought it was in my mind. Meanwhile, there was proof on court papers of… what I was talking about. She never discussed anything with me. Chris who was a nurse practitioner at the time. Ignored the proof that was in front of his face and breached my confidentiality. Please stay away from here if you are a P.O.C . I would love to go into detail. But it is still to hard to talk about. I would strongly suggest you record your sessions so you have proof. Please stay away from this place.
Horrible this place my son out for missing 1 apoinment while he was in the hospital
This place is a joke. They threw out a 20 week pregnant patient with only one month bridge of medication and putting her and the baby in a very dangerous situation with no care. The therapist seen constantly got… communication about appointments wrong. Even though there is text verification of changes she often didn’t implement it. Hopefully nothing severe happens to my child due to the negligence of this place.
