Nice place ,great staff. Friendly, I sometimes get out of work earlie and I go in before my appointment time . They can get me in earlier 9/10 times this helps me get home to my family early so I appreciate the people… who work here .

Anyone who wishes to go on Suboxone or go to Clean Slate to get their Suboxone . I need to warn you do not go through Clean Slate on Chandler Street. There are other Suboxone clinics in Worcester. As a 20 year Suboxone… patient I have been to quite a few different clinics in the area, but Clean Slate is not the one anyone should go to . Due to my insurance, I was forced to change clinics. Clean Slate was the biggest mistakes ever not only is this place dirty inside , the workers that provide your Suboxone don’t care about anything but collecting money for the insurance companies when I first started Clean Slate I was told because I’m a new client. I need to come in once a week for the first four weeks then it will be just once a month. It has been 16 weeks and I am still coming in once a week.. My co-pays are $80 each appointment. Suboxone prescription is $25. A lot of times this prescription doesn’t get in for two days and they only give you enough until your next appointment. I feel as though they want you to screw up and go look for something elsewhere. . there is no phone number to call to reach anyone at the Chandler Street facility. . The only possible number Clean Slate has is with an answering service that only books appointments. No messages are allowed. That means you cannot call if you’re going to be late or Problem with your prescription order . Etc. The only help the answering Service will provide is to cancel an appointment or reschedule an appointment….. just make sure if you cancel an appointment you reschedule for the same day because you will not get a dose until you see someone. I have spent over 1600.00 in 4 months. At this Filthy Facility. Had I of bought my Suboxone off the Street it would cost only 400.00. In 16 weeks. WOW… So much for trying to do the right thing … I truely believe Clean Slate has forced me to start buying drugs off the Street. Wow. This is the place I need to help me w addiction abuse. THANK YOU CLEAN SLATE!!

Staff is amazing always seem happy to see you address you by name make you feel like person and not anything less and providers are also friendly and seem to sincerely care about you and want you to succeed ❤️

This place has helped me tremendously and I know I will never go back to taking oppiates. The staff/providers are outstanding and will go out of their way to ensure you receive the correct medicine to properly detox… your body from oppiates. They will advocate for you to get additional treatment as needed and the staff actually truly care about their patients. I am extremely grateful for Cleanslate!

Do yourself a favor and go check out CleanSlate at 411 Chandler St. in Worcester some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in a rehabilitation setting ever…… The… dual secretaries at the front office We will happily guide you to whatever you need and I can promise you that….. Do yourself a favor and give yourself a favor And give yourself a Clean Slate…..!!

The hospitality and respect is absolutely awesome comfortable atmosphere making you feel welcome. Very acceptable to your needs in your situations great group of people and an awesome team. I have been with my clinic for 12 years.they are the best caring staff I have ever seen. The Drs like mine dr.fixler you can't get any better than him. They have worked with me and all my medical problems. And. They… care about me.. I'm happy to be apart of there family.god bless you.melinda. Remillard.

I have nothing bad to say about Clean Slate and their services. They are a clean environment, the have prompt service and all the employees are nothing but kind to myself and each other.

Been going to clean slate for 8 years almost 3rd of January the 4th of January or whatever I believe 8 years ago is when I started there at it is what it is and I'm glad it's there you read between them lines and you'll… see I'm giving it a good patent in the back because it's still got rules Nana Nana for the ones that can't follow them properly" easy enough!! And all the secretaries and clinicians doctors all five stars thank you very much

This place and the people who run it saved my life. The staff are AMAZING and treat you with dignity and respect and for that I'm so thankful.

I’ve been coming here for some years now and while at first it was crazy and I didn’t really like it I’m okay with coming as I get to see the same provider Esme who is amazing and gets my script sent over right away. If… the provider is out I typically see the same woman Melinda on the computer and she’s always so sweet and understanding and same thing gets everything done right away! The only thing I don’t like is it seems like there’s new management and things are becoming a LITTLE too picky. If you go to a place for one certain issue anything else in your life or what you do on the outside SHOULDNT concern anyone from the facility and it shouldn’t affect your progress that you’ve made over the YEARS. As long as you’ve been clear of what you went in for that should be the main focus!

All they care about is getting paid … new receptionist has a nasty attitude … only two decent people there are Howe and Melinda who is contracted ..doesn't even work for clean slate … all they do is keep people on… Suboxone for 10+ years … if you have the money or insurance you are good if not they don’t care about people … it’s all about the money and keeping people hooked on this med

Every time I come here I am treated with respect and with kindness. I actually learned how to celebrate the small stuff with the office/lab staff here, outside of the doctors! Doctors/Counselors...I find them very… helpful as well. I quite like that I am heard and in charge of my own plan. They work on what I want to work on; not forcing an agenda. I recommend Clean Slate as part of a greater overall success plan for sure, as that was my experience. "One cog of the whole wheel" so to speak.

The staff is always friendly and kind. They go over everything with me that needs to be explained. They are very helpful.

They are very nice people there and they will always help you. They treat you very very nicely. So if you need help don’t be afraid to go there because it’s a really great place for treatment counseling and pain relief.… I tell anyone who is dealing with pain or addiction to please contact them and they are there for help. Thank you all.

I have had nothing but a good experience at cleatslate , they listen , understand , do everything to try and help with any situation.

The staff is very friendly, the providers are always so nice and understanding and if you need your script sent over asap they’re able to get that done for you. The counselors are just amazing and make you feel so safe… talking about what ever and really try and help you succeed through this process

The staff was extremely friendly an helpful. They did an excellent job at explaining everything to me that wouldn't cause any confusion as to what will be taking place the next couple months. Thank you all
