Love this place amazing staff

Chelsey and Torrey and all the staff that work here are truly wonderful human beings and do so much more than just their jobs. If you need help this could absolutely be the place for you.

My experience met my expectations and being 5. I've been using the partial antagonist medicine for a few years and had great success until my doctors started making it difficult for ne to constantly stay in them and… stabilize. That and when you administer the pairtial antagonist you have yo go into the office to see them. This is always a smaller satellite location that you visit with people everywhere and most of them if not all of them aren't anywhere near as sick or hurting like an addict in withdraw. The point to that was you have to see your doctor in person and in full blown withdrawals state when you see the docs. Then they have to determine if your ready for that medicine and make sure that you're such enough to start the meds because of you administer it too soon ot will make the person even more sick!! It's very very difficult to start that med and can be dangerous and discouraging to many people. I was one of them for a while. The staff was amazing and made everything feel very clean, calm, and controlled environment. The structure and attention they give every person makes it a place that not only feels safe but, it's safe. The ladies at the desk are amazing and can confidently say the same for all the staff! I've never been in a place of recovery like this before. You can feel the tenderness and compassion in the atmosphere that naturally provides judgement free area you can feel

It's like a doctors office as opposed to what you'd expect. Better then other clinics around definitely

Ive been going to the clinic for over 5 years now. They saved my life. They are great people who seem to genuinely care about you. Even if you mess up they help you get back on track. The other area clinics do not… compare to WMCTC. It's nice and clean like a Dr's office. They do nice things for holidays and always do what's in the patients best interest!

I love this place all the staff are all wonderful! I was a user for 10 years! I got on methadone and I didn't think everyday the old rat race morning blues and how I'm going to get more ! 1 day, gave me a dose to take… my cravings away! I go everyday and clean for 2 years! Love the doctors very nice and no judgment just caring and want you to get enough methadone so you stay away from the other drugs! They saved my life! Love this place ❤️

This place has been a life savor for me. I do not know about any other place but everyone here cares about you, not just your recovery but everything you have going in your life. I do not know where I would be this past… year without them. If you are looking for a place to help you recover this is definitely your place to go. Thank you for everything. You all are the best!!!

This place is wonderful and makes getting clean a breeze. Every single person that works here is so positive and caring. The relationship that I've built with them has changed my thoughts about any recovery program.

I have been going to Western Michigan treatment center for over a year. They are great people who actually care and go out of their way to help and make sure you succeed. It's super clean Inside and it's more like a… doctor's office.

This place does more than stand out from others that offer the same services. The main thing I notice is they treat you like i would expect to be treated in a medical facility. Staff is respectful, friendly, and seem to… genuinely care about your treatment. I should also mention it's clean, organized, and a quick in and out.

The place is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and actually care about each persons recovery. They are like family.

The entire staff is incredible! They have saved my life and they are very caring and non judgmental Chelsea and Vanessa are the best and don't forget about Amy and Chaz are awesome too.

Best counselor best clinic I've been to

This is the best program in Kent county. All the staff cares and recognizes me as a person and they are very helpful in any needs.

The staff here are so amazing and supportive, they are able to meet individuals needs and are really understanding that this is a journey and a difficult one! I highly recommend treatment here and they do offer a… variety of services so option are available!
