Win Recovery Hendricks – Plainfield

The only reason I didn’t give Win Recovery in Plainfield five stars is the nursing staff. Doc is hands down the best Methadone Clinic doctor I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to ITC and the VA. Sam is also the best counselor… I’ve ever had. I can be open and honest with her and she NEVER judges me. She listens and always gives great advice. Nowa shout out to Tina!!! She is another amazing staff member. She started out in the front desk area. Always knew everyone’s number and checked them in with zero issues. Then took the courses so that us veterans could get a VA grant. Then took the courses to become a counselor. Shows you what kind of driven & caring person she is! Security people are also amazing! Super understanding and caring. The ONLY negatives are the nurses. They are rude and dismissive. When I say please or thank you, I get nothing in return. I am completely ignored. They make you wait while they talk to one another and not to mention the wait times for a drug screen for females. Security can do the makes but females have to wait for a nurse. SMH! I would longer to give five stars but will have to wait until they get nurses like they had a few years ago.

Don’t ever go to this place the security guard will threaten you literally said I’m gonna put him in a hospital all over someone having a drink in hand that was empty at that and he dictated weather or not I was allowed… to have my medicine literally stood in front of the door blocking me from my prescription medicine so I went to greenwood clinic and dosed actually I double dosed thanks to win recovery I still had my take homes they didn’t bother to ask of so I went home and took that medicine then went to greenwood new vista out patient. I suggest they fire that security guard as we’re filing a grievances with the state OSAS as well filing a police report for a level 6 felony intimidation and threats against this security guard at Plainfield win recovery. They’re not allow

This methadone clinic offers a quiet, calm, and quick experience. The staff and other patients are kind, and you're in and out within 5 or 10 minutes. If you're dealing with opiate addiction, this clinic is a great… choice, much better than ITC on Keystone and 46th. 😌 #Clinic #Experience #Support

They accepted me as a patient then the following week, they all had a meeting with the director and she I'm decided that I was a liability because the other medications that I'm on!; so yeah fun time 😕

The NEW director Johnathan is phenomenal, I had a serious concern with a staff member, he handled the situation swiftly. Professionally and kept in touch with me every step of the way. He truly cares about each… individual and that’s what WIN Recovery needs. JOHNATHAN is the BEST!!!! Hands down

I was upset to find out this is not a gambling addiction facility. They should change their name. There are several facilities for drug addiction, it would be nice if there were some specifically for gambling.

Nice people clean facility and I’m always in and out no longer than 5 or 10 mins. Couldn’t ask for nothing better there awesome!!!

Hands down best clinic I’ve ever been to board of director Anne Marie she is Awsome very kind get stuff done woman and Anne she was my counselor she’s a angel from heaven I couldn’t have asked for a better counselor she… stayed on top of stuff got stuff done and very hands on she helped me through a lot highly recommend to anyone going through addiction amazing amazing place thank u for everything u guys have done

Clean place and really like how it not over packed. I had took my husband to one place it only last one day he didn’t like how it felt there and line out the door. Helpful this one he feel more comfortable but only… problem I seen he yell out the door for me to bring his insurance card to him so I walk it up there and this lady at the door ask u here for help no start to yell at me. Hold on I’m not on drugs and never had been so what the problem just keep yelling u need get out. You see an insurance card in my hand and also learn how to talk to people without yelling disrespect for one. They need to learn how to talk to people with respect it not hard or get a person that know how please. I will do the job for you because nobody that getting help or trying help a love should be yell out and don’t know why

Great place lots of good people I'd say the best clinic in Indiana but a few of the nurses need to be humbled 🙂 other than that they are willing to work with you on most situations and the few bad ones are just a minor.… Just talk to Tina 🐐 shes the goat frfr. or one of the managers if something is wrong depending on what it is they will clear it up or fix it Sam's been great as have most of the nurses my only complaint is the pettiness of some of the workers but again very minor inconvenience compared to other clinics they are amazing.

Due to illness in my family I had to transfer to this clinic for an unknown amount of time from my home state of Oregon and Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center, I was worried about the rules and regulations being from… such a different place, but they have done nothing but been accommodating to my situation. The doctor, the clinical director, as well as everyone I have spoken to at the Plainfield location have been more than helpful, even the security guards. It feels more at home to me than anywhere else in this state right now, I even got to keep most of my takehomes (was m28 in Oregon, but m6 in Indiana) which is very helpful. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for the last year & they have helped me in so many ways. They’re more than a methadone clinic to me. They’re family. The counseling services I receive are amazing as well. I see Brian for therapy… & he has helped me with everything from my addiction, job coaching, & has helped me enroll in college. He’s also been in the loop trying to help me get custody of my son back. Id like to add that the doctor here is unlike any methadone doctor I’ve ever encountered. His goal is to get you stable, help you regain control of your life, then safely detox you out of the program when you & him feel like you’re ready. Other methadone doctors seem to be just fine keeping you on methadone forever. Not our doc! He believes in us. Methadone has changed my life & if you’re on the fence about it, do some good research & see if you may be a fit for the program. It could be what saves your life.

Amazing staff and nurses, been there for a while now and they have helped me out so much.

The people are great there they have always treated me good the hours are good I have never had a problem there would recommend it to anyone hand's down#1.

I absolutely love this place I don’t believe the drug screens at times but Sam is amazing and the security guards are freakin awesome I love steve

The security staff and front desk people are awesome! I miss the old nurses but Jordan is cool. The doctor is very informative and kind, but the way the counselors play with your dose if you miss an appointment is a… little ridiculous. The wait time is short.

Tina is most helpful and the counselors and doctor are kind.

Great people but need more counselor's and the doctors there need to communicate with each other better! Tina, Hailey & all the security guards are wonderful
