I’ve had a really great experience at this clinic. Everyone is super nice, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to give a shoutout to the girl at the front desk. She’s always friendly, and helpful whenever I come… in. She always makes me feel welcome and makes the whole check-in process so easy. I’m really happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this place!

I don't usually leave reviews, but Lifeline PCS definitely deserves one. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain everything clearly,… never made me feel rushed, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It's refreshing to find a business that truly cares about its clients, I really appreciate the excellent service and I highly recommend Lifeline PCS to anyone looking for a help .

Total game changer for our family. My son was hesitant at first, but after his first appointment he was excited to go back. Carmen and the rest of the staff have been wonderful. We were able to get in quickly, and the… communication, professionalism, and quality of care are top notch.

I emailed my request for a specific counselor on 6/20, got a response on 6/26 stating that he moved on to supervise others although his bio is still listed on their website, with no recommendation of alternatives. I… followed up with another email requesting another counselor who seems to be a match. It's 7/1 and am still waiting... Update: I finally got a response hours after the previous one-star review was posted. So it seems like we're moving forward.

Shannon is amazing. Trauma informed, specialist in all the hardest things. My time with her has been transformative and life changing. Her narcissist abuse recovery and boundary setting groups saved my life. I freaking… love her. All of the staff and groups are so helpful and seriously the best. Ericka at the front desk is my favorite. Seriously love lifeline. All of my children and adult children go here and it is so helpful to have awesome therapists.

Posting this review on behalf of my friend who receives therapy here, she’d like to remain private due to the severity of the issue. The bad reviews are true. She is in a dispute with them over billing discrepancies.… This has been devastating and caused her to lose faith in this mental health practice all together. I do not recommend LifeLinePCS at all. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and triggering. Do not trust them, the bad reviews are 1000% true.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Avoid this place as much as possible. They shouldn’t be servicing the public. They never answer the phone and the voicemail rarely works so you will not be able to leave a message. If you… are scheduled for a virtual appointment they don’t send any information on how to enter the appointment despite them promising to do so, and the patient portal (which is supposed to give you a more rapid response time) doesn’t work and their “IT department” is unable to fix it. Lastly, they are condescending and defensive whenever frustration is expressed to their process failure.

Your time and money will be wasted on this place, especially Olivia who works here as a therapist. You’re better off anywhere else.

My therapist just told me that she is full and can’t really see me because she doesn’t have appointments. What?! This is the first time a therapist said something like this. I shouldn’t have bothered to try to use this… place.

Wouldn’t recommend for child counseling just when child is getting use to one therapist they switch or drop them as a client if you have joint custody case. Wouldn’t want to what happened to my child happen to another.

I’ve never felt more frustrated leaving a therapy appointment than I have at this place. The therapist they assigned me with seemed so inexperienced I felt second hand embarrassment. I wasted so much time and money just… for her to cut my appointment 12 minute short and recommend a spa day.

Wanza is the best therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to them for almost fourteen plus years. I’ve been seeing her for three years. She’s incredible and has truly helped me turn my life around and heal. I… recommend coming here!

This place is a joke, they do not return calls for refills on meds, the therapists show up 10 minutes late to the appointments and the staff is so rude. If you are looking for quality service and qualified therapists,… this is not the place to go. The therapists are here to earn their hours for their license and once they get the hours they leave to another agency, leaving the client to start all over with a new therapist. My child has been through 6 different therapists because they all quit and the NP only works 2 days part time, so if you need immediate help from the provider you are better off going to the ER. I highly encourage people to look somewhere else for services, there are many other places that have standards for their therapists and truly care about the client, this is not one of them.

Do not use this practice. They are very disorganized. They collected the intake fee from me but then everything went down hill fast. They scheduled me for several appointments without telling me, scheduled me when the… facilities were closed, scheduled times I didn't ask for etc... I was never able to make it to my first actual appointment because I was "discharged" for missing appointments I never scheduled and was never made aware of... then Claudia sent an "accidental email" threatening to charge me $110 for every appointment. They continuously harassed me until I decided to go to the AZ MED BOARD. Magically they immediately refunded the fraudulent charges. I wouldn't trust them.

Had an in person appt today, they seent me a text, with their address 335 N Alma School rd ste E, I get there and the counselor, Azuzala, sends me a text saying they look forward to our zoom meeting..ugh! If they can't… even get appointments correct how can they help anyone. I have zero faith in getting help from people that can't even get appointments right...how hard is it? I call there to reschedule, yes the door is locked, and all I got was empty space, had to keep asking if she was even on the phone. I guess I shouldn't be surprized they can't keep an appt, they have problems even making them. Discusted I took the day off from work for their unprofessional mistake that leave zero faith in their abilities to help anyone.

Need to call and talk to any of the locations? No worries, you’ll be leaving a voice mail, god forbid anybody pick up for this business. You’ll be helped in no time, if you define “no time” as a week later in the form… of a voicemail telling you to call the same number that never answers.

I have had a great experience with Lifeline. My counselor is absolutely amazing. I have never had trouble with scheduling or getting on zoom for my telehealth appointment. Will continue to go here and recommend to… others.
