I am a member of AA with over a decade of sobriety. I am a public speaker at various hospitals and treatment centers in the Phoenix area. I also speak at meetings. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the… program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. You will not find better treatment anywhere. Your recovery is yours to to seek out and grab all the information and opportunities that are so freely given to you by the state and this facility. This program is world class.
It is a great place if you want to break the chains and live a life of sobriety. Intake only takes 2-3hrs but they can only process a hand full of new clients a day, Be early. Also if you don't have insurance... They… still will take you in and get you applied for Access. I sent my DOA there and he is definitly turned his whole life into a spiritual one.
“‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead… us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil” Thank you Crossroads for accepting and helping my brother get back to being who God created him to be. Day 1. I love you brother. ~ Dani

JUSTIN is absolutely amazing he is a man who shows just how it can be done compationship and true honesty. my daughter went through this program and did a 60 day she just was amazed by how they ran this program. I am so… blessed for this program that changed my daughter's life thank you from the bottom of my heart crossroads
I came to Crossroads a broken woman....I had lost everything and everybody in my life, and I had just had enough; I couldn't go on the way I was living. The staff (office, group facilitators, medical, 12 Step… leadership, kitchen, et al) was so welcoming and supportive, so very good to all us gals (appx 80). I made great friends there too! I talk to some daily, even now many months later. Crossroads taught me about my disease, taught me how to cope, how to rebuild, how to prevent falling back.....how to hold my head up and live again. I'm completely serious. If you need help, go to Crossroads. Only downside is the food is so good and they give you so much, I gained 13 pounds!!
Crossroads is amazing. Kim H literally goes above and beyond to help anyone in need of recovery or resources.
my mom is currently in this facility, i am completely unaware of anything going on with her because she is not allowed to call me, i completely understand that she needs to be focused on getting sober but not being able… to have ANY support from pretty much the only family she has, her two daughters, in my opinion is not helpful or in her best interest. she called me this morning and said she used an emergency call to call me because she was about to have a breakdown due to the stress of being there and not being able to talk to me. that call cut out after just 2 minutes and at this point i had not heard from her since she got there over a week ago. it is extremely difficult for me to believe that she is receiving the help and care she needs right now when she’s calling me crying and the phone just cuts out. i currently live in Alaska and went on vacation with my mom and due to an overdose she was came to this facility after leaving the hospital, i had to come back home to Ak and now have pretty much zero communication with my mom. i called the facility after the call cut out to find out she is only allowed ONE 5 minute phone call ONCE A WEEK. to say the least i am worried for her mental state being here. i deeply struggle to understand why my mom is not allowed to have any of the support she desperately needs and deserves right now from her child who loves her.
Ground breaking work when it comes to addressing addiction. I was fortunate to have been to the Arcadia and Red Mountain locations, and recommend anyone that's facing addiction that doesn't know what to do or where to… go, seek help. I'm soooo much better now then I was back then, they showed me a lot I needed to know about myself and I've gone a long way because of it. I highly recommend Crossroads.
5 years ago today, I entered this place defeated and broken. The staff here loved me and showed me a way out of addiction through their own testimonies. All the staff here genuinely showed me love and acceptance until I… could learn to love myself again. Today, i have a stable job, my kids(living with me), and a life i love all thanks to this place that saw something in me that i could not see in myself. Thank you all for saving my life.
If you or someone you know is tired of the cycle of addiction and ready to make a change in the way you think. This is the place to get the tools to do that.
Sent husband there after I FINALLY convinced him to go, and an employee (who'll remain nameless) told us they accepted his insurance and when he got there and they made him wait for hours and hours so he's nice and sick… 😫. Then tell him oops we don't accept that kind. Sorry. And that's it. Wow. Pro-fes-ion-al...
This place creates men. Keep up the good work!
I was enrolled in the outpatient program and I was going to virtual classes to be proactive in my sobriety so I wasn’t going to class because I was on probation I wanted to be involved to prevent relapsing anyway my… case manager was Diane Vaccaro who unfortunately violated my hippa rights by sharing my personal information with a someone’s probation officer that is involved in the program who is a complete stranger to me I have no probation officer I was not in the program for legal reasons so I don’t understand why she is sharing my private information with people who I have absolutely no ties to honestly if my personal information is being discussed and shared with strangers who’s to say she won’t give your information out as well I am definitely going to file a security complaint with the Office of Civil Rights for this it’s really disappointing that I couldn’t trust this program to help me that I’ve heard so many great things about and now I have to start over somewhere else it’s already hard to try and find a good program to get involved in and successfully reach my goals to maintain my sobriety so I’m really upset that my personal information was compromised I guess you can’t even trust the places you go for help these days I do not recommend Diane Vaccaro for a case manager if you get into this program it’s really not safe.
I have struggled with addiction for many years. When I arrived at Crossroads I was beaten and demoralized. Zero self esteem. Immediately the staff here made me feel welcomed and valued. There is a gentleman by the name… of Zak C. who talked to me about my situation and helped me get accepted into detox and and treatment. He deserves a raise. Very professional and inviting. Thank you Zak and thank you Crossroads

I have had three family members enter into Crossroads for substance abuse treatment over the years from 2012-2022. Crossroads really gave them the tools they needed to be able to stay sober. The staff I met at all the facilities were super engaging and truly seemed to care. They took care of all my sisters mental health needs while she was there and finally got her on medications that worked. Their program truly works. My husband has been sober going on 8 years and my brother in law a year now. I would highly recommend Crossroads to anybody struggling with addiction. They even helped my brother in law with no out of pocket costs and no insurance. Thank you Crossroads for everything that you do for so many people.
