How Much Does Treatment at Tree House Recovery – Nashville Cost?

Self-funded rehab in Tennessee typically costs $1,540 to $4,900 for a week of medical detox, $3,000 to $10,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. A price list for Tree House Recovery could not be found at the time of writing, so those state costs are an estimate.

A reasonable expectation is that Tree House Recovery’s cost includes medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Medication is often a separate charge. Because this could not be found for the facility itself, call Tree House Recovery and ask.

Treehouse TN has saved my life and helped me rebuild my sense of purpose and establish a path to success I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to go through this program. Was such a good experience and if you have… reached a point in your life where you feel lost and don’t know what to do, go here.

Treehouse Recovery has been a transformative experience for my husband. What sets it apart is its unique focus on healing the brain through structured exercise, daily addiction education, and therapeutic writing. Each… of these elements worked together to support both the physical and emotional healing my husband needed, in ways that are both purposeful and sustainable. The intensive outpatient living model created a true team environment. You’re surrounded by people who are working toward similar goals. The sense of shared responsibility and accountability was incredibly motivating to him. Instead of feeling isolated, he was able to become part of a community that encouraged him to show up—not just for his own recovery, but for the well‑being of those around him. The emphasis on exercise was especially powerful. It isn’t just about physical fitness; it’s about rebuilding the brain, improving mood, increasing clarity, and reinforcing healthy routines - all of which were profoundly impactful for him. The daily addiction education sessions helped to deepen his understanding of the recovery process and provided practical tools he'll be able to incorporate into his daily life long after the program ends. The therapeutic writing component helped him to process his emotions, reflect on progress made , and build self‑awareness in a meaningful way. Overall, this program offers a comprehensive, supportive, and empowering path to recovery. It’s structured, intentional, and grounded in practices that truly make a difference. We're grateful to have been a part of it and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a holistic and community‑based approach to healing.

To give some background I’ve been to 7-8 treatment centers and still struggled with staying clean. No place seemed to care - they were more like brief reprieves from the storm. Treehouse is so different. They treat your… whole person in a radically different fashion. Let me walk you through a typical day: wake up around 5:30 and get coffee with your team, make your way down to the gym by 6:50 for boxing, break around 8:15, then reconvene at the gym around 8:50 for a core lift and HIIT workout. Get let out around 10:30 for lunch (which is your responsibility as all meals are) and back to the gym by noon for addiction education. Then from 1-4 you either have therapy or writing therapy for an hour and a few hours to relax with your team. The program flies by. You learn about yourself in much deeper ways than any other treatment center and ultimately are given the life tools to thrive, not white knuckle it. I highly recommend treehouse to anyone serious about getting clean. It’ll save your life.

Treehouse is a special place. I’m very grateful I had the opportunity to be part of this program. It’s not easy and you will be pushed in the best possible way. If you are honest, willing and buy in, this place can… change your life like it did mine. The staff at Treehouse are amazing! If you want a place where people truly care about you and want to see you succeed then stop looking and get in contact with Treehouse.

My son recently completed the Treehouse program. I am very thankful he found Treehouse Recovery. My son has been in various programs over the past 6 years and he seems the healthiest he has been since completing the… program. Brandon and the staff at Treehouse are amazing. It’s apparent from the first interaction that they truly care about their clients. Brandon was available to not only my son, but our family. Treehouse offers family support, which is crucial in the recovery process. This program gave my son the confidence to see that he could be a life worth protecting.

Tell me if you recognize this situation: Your loved one is on their 4th, 5th....20th relapse. Every time they go through a treatment program they come out of it saying something along the lines of: "This program really… worked for me...I'll never use again...etc." upon entering the "real world" they either immediately relapse or make it a few months to a year and then go find a new rock bottom or pass away. If so, here is what I want you to know from my experience: Tree House provided me with knowledge and training that prevents relapse in the long game that I don't see any other treatment centers or programs providing. This program is not easy, but if you dive into it, your brain will be rewired with programming that'll give you an EXPONENTIALLY better chance at staying sober and help put an end to the terrible disease that is addiction. (proudly graduated in 2024)

I can’t say enough great things about Treehouse. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It felt like coming home. The staff truly care about every person who comes… through their doors and go above and beyond to make you feel supported. The program gave me the tools, confidence, and support I needed to begin rebuilding my life. The environment was clean, welcoming, and focused on healing. If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, I highly recommend Treehouse recovery It truly changed my life, and I’ll always be grateful for the care and support I received.

There aren’t enough words to truly express what Tree House Recovery Nashville has meant to me. This wasn’t just another treatment center it was the place where I got my life back. From the very first day, every single… staff member treated me with genuine compassion, respect, and unwavering belief in who I could become, even when I couldn’t see it in myself. What makes Tree House different is that the people here don’t just show up to do a job. They pour their hearts, time, energy, and lives into every client who walks through those doors. You can feel that dedication every single day. The staff never gave up on me. They challenged me when I needed to be challenged, supported me when I felt like giving up, and celebrated every victory, no matter how small. They invested countless hours into helping me become a better man, and they did it because they truly care not because it’s expected of them. The program itself is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It doesn’t just focus on getting sober it teaches you how to live with purpose, build discipline, create meaningful relationships, and become someone you’re proud to be. It gave me tools that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Tree House Recovery didn’t just change my life it saved it. I am walking away stronger mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually than I have ever been. I will forever be grateful to every staff member who believed in me, held me accountable, and refused to let me settle for the person I used to be. If you’re reading reviews because you’re wondering whether Tree House is worth it, let me tell you this your life is worth the chance. Mine certainly was. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be the man I am today without Tree House Recovery Nashville. Thank you for giving me hope, purpose, and a future I never thought was possible. I will never forget what you’ve done for me.

My first impression was not the greatest. Hard workout on the first day wasn't what I expected. As intense as the workouts were, you would never have known how important the mental health and physical health would go… hand in hand with one another. Your body trains your mind while your mind trains your body is the perfect way I could put it for myself. Therapy was not a class and the workouts were not a session. It was completion. To refer to Treehouse as a rehab is extremely disrespectful. It's Life Training. It's helping to wake up what you've had inside yourself that you've let outside influences take over. Proverbs 22:6 states, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." In my case, the child that needed training was 56 and needed to start all over to be a more productive Christian, husband, father and grandfather. Everything I've learned from Treehouse I've taken with me to help others in the same dark days I was in and are fighting to get back to the light. I'll carry my Treehouse family, staff included, everywhere I go. The internship is walking through the doors. The work is carrying it on to others knowing your life long family is behind you and still in contact with you letting you know that no battle you're fighting, you're fighting it alone. God bless my Treehouse family.

Tree House Recovery, Nashville has been a God send for our adult Son. After hearing Karen Willock, Clinical Supervisor and National Family Counselor/Director on YouTube discussing addiction and many other pertinent… topics, I felt this is the place we need. I have completed the 8 week family program offered by Tree House which is another wonderful resource for our journey. My son has recently graduated from their PHP program and is currently in their IOP program. He appreciates their mind, body, social approach towards recovery. He says the physical workouts are so rewarding and have been a vital component in his recovery process. Brandon is a text or phone call away for any questions we might have. I asked my son how things are going today…”lm healthy and focused on doing the things that will make me a better version of myself.” So proud of him. Thank God! Can’t ask for anything more. Thank you Brandon and the amazing staff at Tree House Recovery Nashville. We appreciate you!

When I was introduced to Treehouse Recovery i was at an extremely low point in my life. Multiple DUI as well as depression. The staff at Treehouse as well as the others involved in the IOP program were welcoming and… supportive and took me in as a family member. I owe Treehouse recovery so much in my development physically, emotionally and mentally. They encouraged me to become better not only for myself but the people that love me as well. Ive met life long friends that I consider family now thanks to Treehouse. I highly recommend Treehouse recovery for anyone that needs a structured caring environment that will help you be your best.

Brandon Fender and Tree House Recovery in many ways helped save my life. When I got out of the U.S. Army in the fall of 2023 I was in pretty rough shape. I struggled with severe depression, anxiety, PTSD and a crippling… addiction to Alcohol/drugs. I used alcohol/drugs for close to 18 years. After spending the winter of 2023 drinking and with my mental health circling the drain. I decided to go to inpatient rehab. Before I finished rehab Brandon came to visit me personally in treatment. He invited me to Nashville to participate in Intensive Outpatient Therapy and live in his sober living house. I moved to Nashville, worked the program, and spent over a year living in the sober living house. Brandon and his team helped guide me in my early sobriety. Their facility is incredible and their sober living house is top tier compared to other houses you’ll find. Early sobriety is challenging, but they helped me navigate my challenges in a proactive way. In early sobriety we can face setbacks. These guys never once gave up on me when I stumbled and always helped me get back on track. If you are struggling out there you don’t have to do it alone. I credit Tree House Recovery for helping save my life. Today I am sober, I have a full time job, my relationships are thriving, I am physically fit, my mental health is great, and I can honestly say that I’m happy with the man I see when I look at myself in the mirror. Tree House Recovery will help you get sober, help you get fit, and help you find true happiness again. All you gotta do is be willing to show up and put in the work!

My experience at THR Nashville was life changing. The staff have a love and devotion that is beyond anything I could've imagined. The modalities are not only backed by science, but I could see and feel the change first… hand. Each day was challenging both mentally and physically, but the team and staff are with you to support trough the hard times. This was not a rehab, it was a life camp. It has changed my life, and I owe them more than I could ever give.

Treehouse Recovery TN isn’t rehab — it’s Life Camp. This place isn’t just for athletes. If you can move, you can do the physical program. It’s not easy, but it’s transformative. Before Treehouse, I spent years isolated… on the couch, watching Netflix and relying on medications, always ending up in the same place. At Treehouse, I rediscovered that humans are made to move and made to connect. Treehouse has truly changed my life. After more than a decade of struggling and cycling through traditional recovery programs, I knew I needed something different. Treehouse Recovery uses the latest science-based modalities to treat the whole person — body, mind, and social. This isn’t a place where you sit in a room and listen for eight hours a day. Here, you engage, move, and reconnect with what it means to live fully. I completed the PHP program in December 2025, which included four individual therapy sessions each week. The program challenged me physically and mentally, but I was never alone. The staff and my teammates became my support system — people who truly understood and pushed me toward real change. I’m endlessly grateful I found this place, and I can’t imagine my life without it.

Recently finished there 3 month php program I weighed 130 going in finished weighing 170 . Ill say what you put in you get out of it , staff genuinely cares for the people in this prorgram, my first recovery center and… most definetly my last . Ill say the workouts beat me every day but you get use to the soreness after a week and it becomes second nature . HIGHLY RECOMENDED FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SOBRIETY

I just graduated from their 3 month PHP program and I believe Treehouse is the best treatment center in the country. They treat the entire mind, body, and social aspects of addiction through group exercise (boxing,… weightlifting, yoga), tons of individual therapy (traditional psychotherapy and writing therapy), and education about the brain and psychology. The staff here (especially the owner Brandon Fender) are genuinely great people that actually care about patients. They all go way out of their way to help other people recover from addiction and they are not in it for the money whatsoever. The community aspect of Treehouse is also incredible. Everyone lives together and by the end of the program I ended up making several great friends and establishing a healthy community that supports each other on our recovery journeys.

I’m so thankful for Tree House Recovery TN, Brandon and the entire staff. They helped me put my life on the path of recovery and personal growth towards becoming the man I should be. It’s unlike any other recovery… program I’ve ever heard of and in my opinion, it should be the gold standard. It’s challenging but they require only two things: honesty and willingness. If you can give those two things to yourself and to the program, your chances of sustaining sobriety when you leave will be maximized. The physical training combined with frequent one-on-one therapy and group education work collaboratively to heal. And the team atmosphere helped drive me to achieve far more than I would by myself. I will be forever grateful.
