This place saves many many lives the govt has ruined many a man letting big pharma run wild but at least they allow clinics like this but they only do it for the money they don't do it to help but this clinic is so good… the nurses are sweet the lady up front is awesome they don't get enough credit for dealing with the things that they deal with on a daily basis. Thanks

Its just the continuation of suffering. They never ask you if or when youre ready to get off this drug or not, they dont care whether you have a life or live or die, this is a job to them to pay bills and nothing more.… This is NOT help, this is the continuance of suffering through LEGAL addiction by a government program. It was NEVER meant for our benefit

I have been in treatment for a long time and been to other clinics before moving to this one 4 yrs ago when they opened due to it being closer to home. At first it seemed great, they had some things to work through… being new but overall all was good. Before coming to this location I had never failed a bottle check or any drug tests. However because of their number showing up as spam when they called, my phone had a program on it to automatically block spam numbers this caused me to fail my 1st ever bottle check in my 6 yrs at that time of being in treatment. I had to take the spam blocker off my phone and start answering all annoying spam calls so I wouldnt miss their call. This I adapted to. Now as I said I have never failed any drug screenings before going here and never fail any drug screens at my doctors office. In the whole 4 yrs I have been at this clinic I had clean drug screens and in all of my clinic history I have never failed, however recently they called me a month after I had took a drug screening stating I failed for opiates and they sent it off without my knowledge and stated it came back as Codiene. I take my sobriety very serious and do not use illicit drugs. I researched it and realized that since I started a diet and am on a GLP1 for weight loss I have been using Everything Bagel Seasoning which has Poppy Seeds in it. Therefore I came to the conclusion that this had to be what caused the positive drug screen. After being here for 4 yrs and not failing for opiates at all, they still revoked my monthly take homes without even taking into consideration any of the things I had proof for. I then formerly requested my drug test results and their reasoning for not taking my history of 4 yrs into account along with the fact that I have never failed a drug test at my Drs appts that also randomly do drug screens, but never got them. I feel like you get treated unfairly and as a number rather than a person, I was told by my "counselor" that she was "just my counselor" and nothing she could do. The head nurse said there was nothing she could do and when asked why I wasnt failing at my dr,was told "I dont know" When I requested to speak with the Doctor or even the director, I was told it wouldnt do any good. I am the type of person that if I did something wrong I will take my punishment. However when I am basicly being called a liar when I know I had done nothing wrong it was very highly upsetting especially with 4 yrs of time in this facility and not even given the benefit of the doubt and being punished for something I did not do. I understand there are policies, however when you have had no issues with opiates since you started in treatment and have been doing everything correctly it us very disheartening when no one wants to hear what you have to say and that ur basicly a liar. My counselor was absolutely wonderful and even said great things about me to others early on in treatment. I think she is tired and overworked and it has affected her ability to be as good of a counselor as she was in the beginning. To make matters worse over a week after transferring to a different clinic I had a different counselor call me and say they were my new counselor. So not only did she not treat me fairly in this situation and seemed to not even want to talk things through as a counselor should. She obviously just dumped me off on a new counselor after receiving transfer papers because my new clinic has not even received the transfer paperwork. I say all of this to let people be aware of how overly strict they are and to not waste 4 yrs like I did to just be knocked down in my take homes and worse of all feel like you arent a person but just another junkie on methadone. It is not a good feeling at all and I hope that it doesnt happen to others. Hopefully they will get people who truly care and/or find it in their hearts to treat a person like a human being and not just a number who has an addiction they are trying to get help for. If nothing else I want this review to warn others not to waste their time here.

This place saved my life and I will forever be grateful. The staff there is amazing! My counselor Kathy goes above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and safe. I was so comfortable talking to her. She doesn't judge… you and knows exactly what you are going through because she has been down this road before too. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a second chance . They really do care about their patients.

First off I would like to start by saying methadone saved My life ,but there’s one counselor there in particular that is just a total superhero in my opinion KATHY!! Anytime I need something done it’s fixed immediately… or am going through something her door is open and if it’s a very rare instance she don’t have the answer she’s going to get it. She is non judgmental to any situation and makes counseling easy when can sometimes be uncomfortable. She is down to earth and makes u feel normal and not like an addict the world needs a million more ppl like her . She’s the best counselor there! She’s overworked and overwhelmed and still treats everyone with dignity and respect . Not to mention she’s the only counseler who can run the front end!!! That woman needs a raise frfr

I’ll be honest, this place saved my life. They do good work and have some incredibly caring staff. The only saddening thing that it suffers from is being perhaps, a bit over strict. I realize there are state guidelines… and all, but in part I think because they offer methadone as a form of treatment here that they are required to be just as strict when it comes to patients that are on suboxone. I have friends that go to other clinics for their suboxone, some even directly from their primary care physician, and they do not have to jump through the hurdles that I have had to endure. The random callbacks that you get late in the evenings, well after 5 o’clock, that leave you panicked trying to scramble to let your work know that you have a callback the next day or you will be reprimanded. I am a single father with a full time job and was reduced to daily doses again, because I was off by one day on my pill count. I was a day ahead. Mistakes happen and I blame myself, but after four years of NO failed drugs tests and passing every single callback, it just seemed beyond harsh to be bumped down to daily again. Not only that but my remaining medicine, which my insurance company had already been billed for, was taken away from me. It’s just a gut punch, you know? To come so far in recovery and to still be treated like it is day one all over again. It makes you question if you will ever be seen as anything other than “an addict.” No matter how many years sober you have under your belt. This is just my personal experience. I will eat the punishment, but I do feel that it was beyond harsh and seeing how other establishments do not go about things in this manner it makes me question why this clinic chooses to be so misunderstanding with their patients personal schedules. It needs to be more than just an institute to make money off those suffering. It needs to be a bit more empathetic in its care. Aside from that, BCCTC is a good place for those looking for a second, perhaps even a third or fourth chance in life.

This place saves life and yes the place is rough sometimes but the staff members really try to help as many people as they can. I’ve lost a lot of people in my family due to the epidemic crisis of drugs it’s not a… choice it’s a disease that’s broke up homes and bury many people. Please if you are seeking help please 🙏🏾 don’t hesitate to reach out to one of the staff members or anyone of us on here. The first steps in making a better life for you and your family.

Best thing to happen to our little town. Because I know family's are tired of putting they're loved ones to rest because of this epidemic of fatal drugs being let into our communities. They combat opioid addiction with… counseling, knowledge, and medication to assist with the withdrawals and disorder of mis-abuse of opioids. I think highly of the staff and services.

10 out of 10 recommend! From the doctor to Regina at front reception, the lab tech/dosing nurse, and counselor Sujin have all been great and super welcoming and friendly.I was a transfer and they got me set up fast to get… me back at my current phase. They filed my insurance so I didn't have the stress of that on top of the transfer. If you are a phase 6 the only thing that is required is 4 weeks coming 1 time a week for weekly take homes then you get to receive your monthly take homes which is awesome because it gets you familiar with the program so you remain on the right track. They offer the disk(wafers) as well as liquid which was the one thing I worried about because I saw the review that said it was only liquid so I'm thinking it was probably temporary or maybe when they first opened , but they do offer both liquid and disk now.Intake was surprisingly super fast. They understand that you have things to do and respect your time.I couldn't be happier and wouldn't change anything about it.I wish I could remember the dosing nurses name to give her credit as well but they're really awesome people.

They’ve helped me in ever way possible! They take insurance and TennCare. The staff are amazing and funny. As far as the person who left a review saying “they’re making poor people poorer” , tell me that dope doesn’t… cost more. Plus what you get is always the same and is always the right thing, down to the milligram. It’s never cut with anything that is dangerous so it won’t get you high and you can become a pro Social member of the community and have a consistent job.

Bradley County Comprehensive Treatment Center (BCCTC) is a beacon of hope & healing; for decades, addiction & mental illness held me captive, trapping me in a cycle of despair & hopelessness. My life was a shattered… mosaic of lost dreams, broken relationships, & endless struggles. I had resigned myself to a life of pain & regret; believing that recovery was beyond my reach. My initial skepticism about Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) quickly dissipated as I began to emerse myself in the program. MAT is often stigmatized as "swapping one drug for another," & it was auctually proved to be a powerful tool for me that provided me with a lifeline of support that I needed to break free from addiction's shackles. With BCCTC's guidance, I started on a journey of self-discovery & healing. The treatment plan coupled with the support of the staff & counselors helped empower me to confront my disease and help get my life back on track. One of the most profound impacts of BCCTCs program has been the restoration of my mental health. Through therapy & medication management I have gained back control over my mental state. This has assisted me in being able to think more clearly and make more sound decisions, which, in turn, have helped me work on rebuilding what addiction had taken from me. The positive changes are not limited to my mental state alone, MAT, along with the support of BCCTC's team, helped me mend broken relationships with my family, regain custody of my children, get off probation, get my driver's license back, & resume my education to pursue dreams I had abandoned long ago. I am a testament to the credibility of these programs being effective in helping people recover & get their life back on track after addiction. The staff at BCCTC is empathetic & genuinely care, and it made me feel truly valued & supported. I can not express the gratituide I hold for BCCTC and the profound impact it has had on my life. It changed how I view recovery, and made me see the value of these programs in communities and how spreading more awareness about these programs can help others get the help they need that would otherwise not consider this treatment due to the negative stigma attached to it, which prevents many people from seeking out such an opportunity to have a life again. This center is a beacon of hope for those struggling with addiction & mental illness, & I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a path to recovery. BCCTC is more than just a treatment center;it's sanctury of healing, & a place to build up a foundation & network for support to recover. It can be the catalyst for transformation that an active addict really needs in their life to start their journey of healing and a fresh start at life. It's a place where hope can be rekindled and dreams can be revived. God bless BCTC & the incredible service they provide to our community.

The only reason I give them a 2 star is that they are supposed to bill TennCare but they don't. MULTIPLE people have complained to Randy at the center and nothing is ever done. They are making poor people who don't have… this money to pay out of pocket. Does it work, does it help? Absolutely!! It is a miracle but they are contracted with TennCare and should be following the rules and they are not. The staff is wonderful but they don't control the billing issues.

As a newcomer to any establishment of the sort. I am pleased to tell you that they have absolutely no judgement in treating you. And treating you with respect. There is no down talk. Or shaming. They get down to the… root of why youre there. And treat you with dignity. To be quite honest. They saved my relationship with ny spouse. My job. And my connections with family and friends. While remaining anonymous in my fight against my addiction. They are my best secret weapon. And im very thankful
