Does not get better!!! These people love and care for you!!! And will mobe mountains to help you!!! Only way you cannot succeed with them is you blatantly have to refuse to for yourself... love groups and im gunna be a… member for the r3st of my life!!!

Amazing staff & amazing medication. Been on Suboxone treatment for almost 6 months now & it saves lives. This place is my favorite so far!

Everything seemed great all the way up until the point I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and it was only one weeks worth. Not one time in the registration /orientation process did any of the staff mention that… medication would be dispensed weekly, causing me to pay 4 co-pays a month. Not only was the quadruple co-pay a surprise, but the fact they were willfully committing insurance fraud by reporting that I attended groups that I told them I couldn't attend ahead of time due to my school schedule. There were so many details they left out about how their program worked, I kept receiving a text from the office manager that I did this or that incorrectly and needed to fix it. I am all for following the rules of a program, but it's extremely hard to follow rules and procedures you aren't aware of. The only way you can speak with staff is through a low budget app that crashes mid video call. I have an S22+ which never has any issues running apps, but the Groups Recover Together app only worked correctly about 35% of the time. I addressed the issue with the staff, and they told me I had a poor connection and continued to blame my Xfinity Gigabit internet paired with Wi-Fi 6 as the issue. If you're in the Cleveland area, there are plenty of much better options than this.

Wonderful caring staff they don’t judge and help in every way possible! They have resources to help if you have lost your home , furniture, clothes and they can help you with dental, vision you name it they will help. I… couldn’t ask for more they really do care and want to help people succeed. I’m so thankful I heard about Groups Recovery and you will be too just give them a call!

I never would use them again they got me on Suboxone then because their Dr was not local all my pharmacy quit filling their scripts Groups left me to withdraw from Suboxone I was sick for weeks and Groups could care… less. Stay away from these people!!!!

Unlock the part that you do not have to wait for a visit like they get you in right away and the intake person is so awesome and thorough I really like that also the provider is really right on time and does not make… you wait to get your medication which is a very important part of the whole process I love that we have group one time a week for an hour that means a lot just one hour a week really does let me relieve a lot of stress and you're usually able to talk about anything and I really like the part that the provider always facilitates the meeting and you can ask any questions about your medication and get that out of the way right away they are just so willing to work with you whereas a lot of other doctors are so I guess the word is like hesitant I just really like groups recover together it's a great fit for me

I'm so lucky to found this place. The people that work there is so nice & understanding & patient & go out of there way to help you. I would recommend this group to anyone that needs help. I'm adding some to my review.… I just also want to say that the people in my group has become very good friends. Family isn't always blood. They have become my family. They are very caring, understanding, cause they've been were I am. I love them all so much. And again the staff is amazing. I just want to tell anybody who is looking for help, this is the place to go. You want regret it.
