Hi I'm Kristina G.I meant to post this sooner but so glad I didn't bc I have more to brag about this place! Between the friendly front desk staff, to my therapist Eliana, my case manager Keesha and my medication… specialist etc. They just came through with a huge part of sustaining my mental, emotional and physical health. I am seriously medically challenged and they have gone above and beyond to take care of me! I can't say enough for what you all have done to help better my life! Thank you so much and God bless 🙏
I have been going to Centerstone for several years now. My therapist is amazing!! My whole team is great!! I have a caring psychiatrist! My case manager is pretty great! I have no complaints. I highly suggest anyone… that needs help to go to Centerstone. I have been to a few mental health places in my life. They are by far the best!!!
I could not say enough great things about this place. This place has made the biggest impact on my son, in the best way. I am so thankful for all that they pour into their patients on a daily basis. ❤️
Brooke is really good and has helped me through a really hard time. She's an excellent doctor. I have been to other places like Chattanooga Behavior Alliance and this place is really so much better and really made a big… difference in my life. I'm very grateful I found this place and was referred when I did because it has been a tremendous help in my life and I really recommend anyone who is having a hard time or struggling make an appointment if needed.
The Cleveland location is a thousand times better, the receptionists at the Chattanooga location have terrible attitudes and absolutely no empathy. It is obvious they don’t care about their patients, which is wild given… they should be trying to IMPROVE mental health and wellness, not further harm it with their unwelcome behavior. And I understand that during busier hours things can seem rushed, but you can be busy and still be kind. Clearly no one taught this team that
DO NOT GO TO THE PSYCHOSOCIAL GROUP THAT IS LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO THE THERAPY OFFICE!!! MY EXPERIENCES THERE WERE AWFUL. I started going to the program offered at centerstone after my therapist recommended it back in… August 2025. It was good for my first few months but it turned bad. Apparently the staff there I will just use their first initial, J & J, the two there are awful people. The boss lady J accused my friend of bullying someone when in reality she was defending herself because he likes to follow the girls at the group around everywhere and he touched her in the van without her consent. She has also been hugged from behind from an older man and all they can do is suspend him for a week. People who are creepy and can't keep their hands off people need to be banned. It's like J & J hate the people here and show ZERO concern for their clients. The other J also is very rude and has an attitude on her. She also shows no care for people if they don't want to come back or if there is cyberbullying from people there happening outside of group. They don't care about their patients and their safety, and cant get the people there to be kind to each other, just too much drama for a group that is full of GROWN ADULTS, its almost like a middle school lunch table. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE THERAPY OFFICE IS OKAY BUT THE PSYCHOSOCIAL GROUP, NO. Safe to say I will NOT be stepping a foot back in there.
I would give it a half star, the counselor formally at Central High, Mr.Brett was pressuring a student to meet with him at a park he was persistent about it, when the company was questioned about the policy involving… students I was told that they can meet with students anytime as long as they are 16 and over, also i was told it was ok for the counselors to give students their phone numbers,I find that weird that counselors at Centerstone are doing that.
Absolutely abhorrent services. Would promise to send prescriptions, and then simply not. Literally sent me into major withdrawals from psychiatric medication due to negligence. Disgusting.
Ian from Centerstone is the BEST Therapist I’ve ever had, he isn’t afraid to show his true self and is very transparent with his patients.
The staff are very kind, gentle and patient
Centerstone is absolutely wonderful! If I could give it 6 stars I would. My therapist name is Ali, she really has done such a great job with me. She is just great, I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She really gets… into detail & she asks all the right questions when it comes to helping you. Centerstone is clean & very spacious! When you arrive to check in, the front desk ladies always welcome you with smiles & kindness.
Abby Fowler is a great counselor and big help mentally for myself. I’m thankful to have been a client of hers!!
Never never never attend this terrible service. Took my little sister out of school to see Dr. Andrew and ended up being a waste of time. Customer service was also very terrible. Two ladies at the front, One white and… one dark skinned looked completely lost and non energetic. Doctor Andrew took in my sister but did not say a thing about what happened and just said he will give her a prescription. Never bring anyone here.
They don't care about you and they are only there to get paid. Thats the attitude and atmosphere and you dont matter. Took weeks to get in and then they go through counselors like it's nothing. This is definitely not… the place to go especially wanting and needing help and asking for it... and they just throw you around like a darn old apple. People talking about how mental health is so important and matters.... well these people are just there for a paycheck. Worst attempt at "help".
I feel comfortable ,I feel safe ,and I thank y’all I will be back.:) most comfortable place to vent to
My first time here at Centerstone. I brought my niece for ADHD medication
WASTED my time taking off work and taking my son out of school bc his Dr referred us here for a evaluation for a service that they don't even offer... I wasn't told that until i got there and signed him in. I call when… i left and talked to the Clinical Manager about it and she isn't nothing but a bi*** and needs to watch who shes talking to!!!!!!! Screw this place and her! Go elsewhere ppl where they actually value your business.
Called for an appointment for my daughter. Of course they transferred me to their home offer that knows nothing about their therapists. No bios anywhere. Read reviews was shocked but figured if the therapists were good… then the administration problems wouldn't be a problem. They took forever finding names so I researched and found two that would work. Called of course those therapists we're taking new patients but their intakes we're 6 weeks out. They said then we could switch to another therapist after the evaluation from someone else. So we setup an appointment. They give us the address. They give us the wrong suite number. Fight the traffic take time off of work last minute and the person they set us up with has had COVID since before the appointment was setup. Read the rest of these reviews. And know they could have the best therapists in the world ( they wouldn't know as they know nothing about them) but I'd you can't see them what is the point? and before you respond saying "call us to make this right" or "we'll pass this along to our quality team to make things better." look at your reviews, you aren't making it better. You aren't taking these reviews or real life people's experiences into consideration.
I waited three weeks for an appointment to meet my new therapist. Upon arrival i was informed that i would be conducting a zoom call to a provider that will do my intake but will not be my therapist! I took a half day… off from work to do something that i could have done at work! Receptionist was completely unsympathetic just told me I could cancel my appointment if I wanted. I thought I waited 3 weeks to meet my therapist. Very dissatisfied.
I can never get my daughter an my medicine. I always get new therapist. I am always starting over and seem to never make progress because things are always changing there.
I appreciate the staffs attentiveness with helping take care of my nephew and making it such a breeze. I had a consultation with nurse on a Monday at 9:00. They never gave my wife the Zoom code, didn't have the meeting… until almost 930. Zoom meeting done she says we can pick up my nephews medicine the same day at xyz pharmacy. I get there and it's not there. I give it a day go again and pharmacy still doesn't have it I call and the nurse we saw hasn't signed off on it yet but we'll make sure she does it asap the nurses words. Fast forward 3 days its now Friday still nothing. They call, after i called th 1800 number and complain they say they don't have my ID but we sent them a picture that Monday. They say they were trying to call me to get it from me.(they have my number had just now called me) They were supposed to call before 12pm nothing. This has been a nightmare. We have insurance Tricare from my honorable military service and my brothers current service, so lack of insurance wasn't a factor. The TN chapter is so unprofessional, disorganized and just an all around cluster.. Do I have to beg and plead on my knees to get my nephew his medication?
The counselors and therapists are great. However, getting your child's prescriptions refilled will be a nightmare. You can't get someone to answer the phone and the prescriber doesn't respond to messages from you or the… pharmacy about refills or appointments. Speaking of appointments, when you finally get one with the nurse, prepare to wait a very long time IF she doesn't stand you up all together. My child has come a long way with the help of her therapist but the unprofessional nurse and the apathetic office staff spoil what would otherwise be an excellent experience. If you have another option you might want to consider whether it's worth the headache.
I had to change my therapist because Eboni Long was not the friendliest, not warm and welcoming and was aloof. I wanted to give her a chance so the 2nd session was the limit. I was scheduled to meet with her for 45… mins. This was decided after the 1st session (intake) and she informed me during the 2nd session we'd only meet for 10 mins (basically a continuation of 1st session) however, that wasn't communicated prior.
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, NON-RESPONSIVE, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES. NEVER CALLED BACK AFTER 3 CALLS. GO THERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO REGRET YOURSELF.
