Every single person here is so caring and helpful. They are responsive when an issue arises and always supportive. If you need help changing your life and getting sober, I cannot recommend Restoration Recovery enough.

I have been a patient of Restoration Recovery for two years. The staff are always so kind and understanding. They have wonderful providers that listen to their patients and wonderful counselors. You’re not guaranteed to… see the same counselor every visit but I have never seen one that I wouldn’t want to see again. The providers and counselors really know how to help you on your journey of recovery. I would and have recommended Restoration Recovery to anyone that has battled addiction. 10/10 best recovery office I’ve ever been to.

This is one of the greatest treatment programs that Chattanooga has to offer. Being in recovery myself and knowing fellow Addicts/Alcoholics that are patients here, I know that they care about their clients and not just… about the money.

This place saved my life

Dr Jacob's is a nice doctor who explains different outcomes and Michelle the lady running the place helps any way possible. They do have 1 rude Dr working there but thankfully won't and don't have to see him.

LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD POSSIBLY GO TO. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. LITERALLY THE COUNSELOR WOULDNT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO ME NOR WOULD THEY HELP ME WITH MY MEDICATION. WORST CLINIC EVER!!!! ALL JUST STUCK… UP AND DONT CARE. IMA JUST LEAVE IT AT THAT!

I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience until now. I can't get help with medicine or appointment. I couldn't make it one week and they didn't care at all didn't even try and help me . So angry… and over the place
