Horrible place and staff, came with my cousin so he could his treatment dose, we arrived at 11 for his 11:30 appointment we didn’t leave until 4. The staff is slow, rude and just overall uninterested in doing their job… correctly/promptly

Great clinic, they are very patient and understanding. The receptionist, Nicole, is very helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. The counselors are great, especially… Christine, Kevin and Kerri. If you or anyone you know is struggling with addiction, please contact them, they will help.

Everyone is very friendly Busy time is 5:30-7:30

I would like to share this I've been coming to the clinic for quite a few years now and my experience before the director (Victoria McBride) came along the clinic was very unorganized & etc.... Now it's finally got a… director who is making huge changes all good & positive. She's getting that place to the place it should have been years ago. AMAZING STAFF! If you truly want help with your addiction and bettering your life, you can find the support you need here. Currently, this program is better than ever before and has made drastic improvements with staff… and policy. With their help I have accumulated significant clean time and keep adding to it! The bart program is a highly recommended treatment center. It is effective and efficient the counselors are great very professional and treat everyone with respect and dignity! Counselors Melissa, Carrey and others I'm… still meeting have been helpful from the very beginning and the nurse's are very hardworking themselves! This place has helped me get myself together and back out into the working environment were I'm destined. Thank you to all the staff.

I wanted to make sure to bring special attention to the wonderful employees Alondra at the Front desk, and Rebecca at the medication counter working The evening shift on their own. They are always quick, very kind and… sweet, and always willing to help in any way the can. They truly do BAART proud. Give them raises they deserve it!!! The p.m shift as well as the receptionist were extremely helpful when I was asking questions on how to become a new intake
