The therapist and nurse practitioner that prescribe my meds are both very good. My issue is with the billing. I left numerous messages and only one return call, regurgitating what I had already heard they were going… through a billing system conversion. Totally understand, but I kept trying to find out what I owed and was told by Arisa health balance due was zero. I tried to tell them that’s impossible because CIGNA who is my secondary insurance was showing balances due. Now it’s February 2026 and They are billing me for visits January through May 2025. CIGNA even gotten involved and I had a dedicated representative. Even an employee of CIGNA who Arisa is in network called and left numerous messages for Arisa billing never received a reply. So, if you want to see an Arisa provider don’t except any billing resolution when there’s an issue. If they won’t return patient messages or your health insurance provider???? Arisa’s management should be ashamed that they put their patients mental health at risk because of their billing practices. I understand software conversions. I managed numerous throughout my career but never any conversations as small as this one. I converted several debit and credit card processing systems with daily transaction settlement of billions of dollars daily. A software conversion is NOT an excuse for the total unresponsiveness of Arisa’s billing department 🤬

This place including Dr Martin, Care Coordinator Amanda, and Marsha in Harrison, AR saved mine and my husbands lives. We are so grateful that we found them!!! 5***** only!!! They are so kind, non judgemental and caring!

Love their clinic, love their physicians and their therapist (especially Mr. Ladd). Would recommend to anyone

Want you to show up early waited till after my appointment time still was not seen so I walk out. Decided I don't need them I will find some other place to go

I've had nothing but good experiences with this office. The front desk is wonderful. The therapist is also wonderful. I had a full caseload when I started receiving services from Arisa. The only thing I am not happy… with is medication management. The nurse practitioner has over 600 clients and is Zoom only. They need more med management specialists who can work more with patients on a face to face basis. Edit and update: I ended up leaving Arisa Health and sought services elsewhere because of their med management services. Arisa Health needs better psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists. The one I had at Arisa Health treated me very poorly because I disagreed with her.

This place is a joke. I recommend going anywhere else. They don't take the patience well being as a priority. It's all for the money. The last at the front desk yelled profanity at me me for my girlfriend was late. I… recommend going anywhere else. If you take your mental health seriously NEVER come to this place.

EDIT: The new clinic manager has something to prove I guess... absolutely destroyed the good care and rapport I had with my provider and told me I would no longer be able to use that providers services. Absolute mistake… putting her in charge. Horrible experience. Destroyed progress made. I have left the now dysfunctional clinic. Jeanie is wonderful. Caring, compassionate and professional. Would have taken my business elsewhere if not for her.

Absolutely the worst. No communication. Wrong appointment times. No one answers the phone or any questions.

I give the front office and therapist a 10 out of 10 the nurse line is a 1 if I have questions about meds or need to book an appointment they never answer so I leave a message multiple times they never reach me back so… I have to physically ask someonelse to book a schedule it really frustrates me why have the nurse line if you can't pick up the phone

Constantly double booked. So even if the therapist helps you when you actually do see them, it does more damage when you need to see them and find out that you’re actually not on the schedule despite making the… appointment with the therapist. This is extremely unprofessional and hurtful.
