Everybody here is super kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. I was in a really bad spot, and they gave me more than enough resources, attention, and care to get me through it. I felt years younger within weeks time. These… people know what they're doing and what they're talking about. If you're looking for a place, this is it. I couldn't recommend them enough
This has been the best experience in a “treatment facility “ ever. It didn’t even seem like a facility or has been more like a home for me. Everyone of the staff has been so kind caring and concerned . They have helped… me in my recovery journey so tremendously. They are very well organized and amd maintained and very professional but in a loving and compassionate way. I see them as part of my family. So if you are seeking treatment with excellent staff and resources this is most definitely the place you will find it. I am so very grateful I have had this opportunity. It has been a great experience for me on the beginning of my new journey! I totally love this program and everyone here . ❤️
This is the most amazing place… my hubby went everyday and was more impressed than even me!!! I HIGHLY recommend this facility!!!!
Pretty good place the ladies at Atlanta office are exceptional special thank you to lou, Dakota (peer support).
This is the best detox program I ever been in. Everyone here is so awesome warm and friendly
I’ve enjoyed my detox there as much as you can enjoy a detox. I’ve been there 3 times and was treated with respect and kindness. I appreciated Payton as my therapist each time I’ve been there.
Cobb outpatient detox helped save me from myself! Cliff and all the wonderful staff there are truly amazing!!! I finished my detox in February its now August and they still check on me to make sure im doing well. From… the therapist and nursing staff i have no complaints they are understanding an willing to work with your schedule so if your ready to take the next step cobb outpatient is the place to go you won't regret it i promise 😊
Great experience at Cobb Outpatient. They really helped me over the hump mentally and physically to get on the road to recovery. Everyone was professional from Regan and Jacquline at the front seat to the nurses Erica… and Amari. Chad and Peyton were also great to talk to and easy to open up and be honest. It was very convenient to my schedule and also covered by insurance which was a huge plus. With them, I could detox and still live my life! Thank you!
From Nick in admissions checking in with me for a year and providing a pathway for me to enter detox, to daily interactions with wonderful and caring folks like Jacqueline, Chad and Peyton, to sincere follow-up… check-ins from Cliff, I have only high praise for Cobb Detox. I'm living an almost miraculously better life today than I was the day prior to going to Cobb. The gift of HOPE is priceless.
This is a great program, it’s very helpful. The staff is amazing and was very active in my journey. Overall it was a great experience.
I loved my time spent here. Every single staff member I met was a pleasure to be around. Everyone care about you and your journey. If you are willing to be honest to not only them, but yourself, and listen to the… guidance provided, you will come out feeling renewed, powerful, and victorious. The front desk staff with Jacki and Reagan are so delightful and full of fun conversation that adds a welcoming atmosphere. It takes you off your guard, and have you ready to get the best treatment in a positive mindset. Chad is an amazing peer support specialist that you can just be so open and real with. He has wonderful first hand advice and gives you that response like you're talking to a lifelong friend that cares about you and your journey. Peyton was my therapist and she was so insightful. She makes me feel comfortable to talk about the things that are even hard to tell myself in the mirror. Her non-judgmental ear and good advice allow me to be open. Leah was my case manager and she was so friendly and caring about providing me with resources after recovery to keep it and myself strong. The nursing staff was refreshing as you dont feel so tense like you're in a doctor's office. You can talk to them just like anyone else on staff and ask deeper medical questions about the affects of your sobriety and how to ease you into it. Everyone here makes you feel seen, heard, and like your individual progress matters to them. At Cobb Outpatient, you're not just a client. You're a friend, family, and you will be cared for. My favorite thing I learned was having a new outlook on the depression and anxiety I've struggled throughout my life. Instead of letting my depression drag me back, and my anxiety stand in my way, I now know how to acknowledge them, process it, and the walk along side of them always putting one foot in front of the other. Thank you Cobb Outpatient Detox. ❤️
The staff at Cobb outpatient go above and beyond when it comes to clients recovery! I’ve never seen a treatment center move mountains to help people get back on their feet like the folks at COD do! Highly recommend to… anybody seeking recovery from the binds of addiction.
The most friendly and caring people and a great atmosphere.Peyton is a great therapist!
Cliff and this whole project is unreal! They go above and beyond to help you!
There money hungry, they don’t really care about your wellbeing all they worry about is personal things going on in your life and not treatment and they will just cut you off cold turkey and make you go in to very bad… withdrawal i do not recommend going to them if you trying to get better
If you or a loved one is seeking treatment for substance use disorder I would highly recommend this facility! They have a very compassionate and knowledgeable interdisciplinary team of nursing, clinical/counseling, peer… support, case management & housing ready and available to help. They meet you where you are and are committed to providing excellent care!
CLIFF @ THE COBB DETOX ,IS GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES ! AND IM ON MY WAY OUT OF THE DETOX AND ON TO MY NEXT SAGA IN MY OWN INNER-VOYAGE ....I REALLY APPRECIATE THE STAFF FOR GETTING ME CLEAN AND ON WITH MY RECOVERY....ŚĶĂŁ… CLIFF I WILL SEE YOU AGIAN IN MEETING NOT DETOX TY
Amazing experience at this facility. The care you recieve while there is top tier and the fact that they continue to reach out after your time there means so much and is the difference thay sets them apart. Ci want… to.give a mention to Cliff and Leah for being amazing helpful individuals!
The women and men who work here, respond with confidence and their timing corresponds amazing with their job.
If you need a true detox center, do not come to this place. While detoxing at this facility, I felt there was a serious lack of empathy and understanding from some of the case managers toward patients actively going… through withdrawal. Withdrawal is not just “feeling sick” — it affects people physically, mentally, and emotionally. Many patients are anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, sleep deprived, scared, and not thinking clearly during this process. The way staff communicate during that time can either help someone feel supported or make the experience even more distressing. I understand healthcare is demanding and staff deal with difficult situations daily, but working in detox requires a higher level of compassion, patience, and trauma-informed communication. Some interactions felt dismissive, cold, or lacking basic sensitivity toward what patients were experiencing. I strongly believe the facility would benefit from additional staff training focused on withdrawal symptoms, mental health awareness, de-escalation, and compassionate patient care. People come to detox at one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. They should feel safe, respected, and supported while trying to get better.
This place and everyone works in it is awesome. They meet me where I was at we all worked the program together. Thanks to everyone for playing a part in my first step of my journey. Thanks for helping me gain my… confidence back and sending me off with the right tools. Job well done everyone!!!!!!
I’ve had such a good experience at this place. Everyone is kind, polite and friendly. It’s a great setting, very quiet and welcoming, and Chad is such an amazing case manager. Chad has personally worked with me on a… daily basis and he was extremely helpful and supportive. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs help! Thanks to everyone here for helping me on my journey. Much love and gratitude!!
I'm very grateful for Cobb Outpateint Detox. I entered this place mentally, physically, and emotionally bankrupt and without direction. CobbDetox resuscitated my life. Upon completing the program, I left sober, mentally… stable, emotionally and spiritually fit, all across the board great health with a sense of direction. I am so grateful to have had the privilege of being served by them. Thank you Cobb Outpatient Detox.
Mrs Kellie,Mrs.Lou and all of the other great women that work here have been so great and generous to me since I have been here to the point that I so not want to leave from by their side,I really love the way they… treat me and love on me and care about all of my needs and requirements. I also appreciate all that they have done. For me while I have been here and it amazes.me. They deserve to be who they are in so many way.and I really appreciate them
Forty one days ago I made the scariest yet best decision of my life, I checked myself into Cobb Outpatient Detox. Initially I spoke with two assessors; Hector and Pehr over the phone before I was brave enough to check… in. I will admit that I was extremely hesitant but both gentlemen were very kind and reassured me that I was making the right decision and even shared recovery stories themselves to ease my mind. Danielle, Bridgette, Katrina, Chad S. and Kellie, I want to specifically say from the bottom of my heart - thank y’all! Each of you have made such an impact on my life. I know the decision to come to recovery was mine but the reason I was successful was because of each of you! Whether it was a listening ear, being brutally honest (very much needed), a shoulder to cry on, someone to share the good moments of recovery and laughter with - each of you were always there without hesitation and I truly want you to know how much I appreciate that. Also, to Leah and Reagan, each day checking in I knew I would be met with a smile and laughter, thank you! I was provided with numerous resources, kind words and helpful tips from Peyton. Their facility was always clean, appointments and class scheduling was very flexible with many options available. I would recommend this facility to absolutely anyone who is ready to make the decision to claim their life back from addiction. Thank you and God bless! ❤️ Here’s to fourty one days of sobriety and counting!! ❤️😊
Cobb Patient Detox was amazing for me and my recovery. Everyone was incredibly supportive and kind. Chad and Kelly helped guide me through the process and figure out aftercare seamlessly. Reagan and Charlie at the front… desk were always super sweet and welcoming. And the nursing staff did a phenomenal job with making sure I was okay every step of the way. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is struggling.
The Leadership & Staff conduct themselves with integrity & kindness while holding one’s feet to the fire - I’m glad they did. Treatment is performed in a transparent & professional manner. Finally, they are very… flexible with scheduling.
Wonderful team and very clean
This program is a godsend. The whole staff is delightful and educated. Special shout out to Bridget the nurse.
