I really love how much they care for you here they have constantly worked with me over the last almost 3 and a 1/2 years, they have been there for me and just helped me cause I've had transportation issues. Housing… issues, all kinds of issuesTo be honest with you and I'm on every 2 week. Pick up now and soon I'll be on monthly. And I'm just really happy, and Grateful that they have stuck by me this whole time and helped me through the hard times the good times but I'm on the right track now. And it's all thanks to God and the support team that I have around me.Thanks to Rob and Velinda and the nurses and the wonderful receptionist who has had to deal with my attitude on on a few occasions lol but I know they all see the change in me now,the complete sobriety,and it makes me happy to know they're just as proud of me as I am of myself. It took quite a while to get to this place where I'm at now in life.But I wouldn't have been able to do it without God.Anything is possible with Him,anything and everything. You just have to keep on pushin keep on fighting for yourself and Harbor Springs Counseling Services is a great facility with great folks.

These people really care,they treat you very well,they made me very comfortable . I've been to many clinics in many States and this is the best by a mile!

Great place! This place literally saved my life! They treat you amazing and like real people! It’s been 2 years not 1 slip up! I have since moved over an hour away and I still travel here because they feel like my… family and are my safe place. I’m am so thankful for everyone here! Do not hesitate to call if you are ready to reclaim your life! Best Decision you will ever make! All of the counselors care about you and your recovery not just yours! The owner and his wife are VERY HANDS ON! They feed you. They help with gas, bought my baby diapers and wipes etc but the GENUINE love support and respect they give is unmatched!! They do check ins and anything they can do to help you on your journey they do it! If you miss a day or 2 they reach out to see if you are ok and how they can help! Thank you to ALL of my Harbor Springs FAMILY I couldn’t have made it this far without you ALL!

My wife and I have tried a lot of other facilities that provide this treatment but we were still failing at sobriety. Thanks to ALL the staff at Harbor Springs Counseling Services we have finally maintained our sobriety… for multiple years, so many I can't keep track of anymore! With their help and all the support, we feel like they saved our lives, & they truly care for you like family!!!! It's a Wonderful Place. All of the staff are very friendly and caring. I never realized how bad I Needed a counselor until I got one at Harbor. Now I don't know what I'd do without her. She (Valinda) truly cares about… Me. She even writes the date on her calendar whenever I have a medical procedure and expects to hear from me afterwards. I would recommend Harbor to Anyone. I've been going for two years now and have Never had a problem.👍

The most professional and caring counseling service that I've ever been a part of!

This is the best clinic I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to at least 5 others over the years) It’s somewhere you can get the help and personal attention you need at a reasonable price. I was constantly impressed by everyone… there. When you walk in the door there is always drinks and healthy snacks free for patients.The lady at the front desk greets everyone by name and ask how life is. Sometimes Houston, (the dog) will greet people as well. The counselors do everything they can do to make a connection and help in any way they can. My counselor wrote a book and was nice enough to give me a free copy when I asked about it. He would also come outside and give my dog a treat most mornings. One Friday, my car was stuck in the mud and I didn’t think I’d make it in time to get my weekend doses. I called, and everyone stayed late for me! They waited almost 30 minutes for me to get an Uber there just so I wouldn’t be in a bind over the weekend. If I ever missed a day, my counselor would call me immediately to ask where I was, and if I was all right. They treat you like a person instead of a number and always give you respect and encouragement. Unfortunately, I moved and couldn’t stay but would recommend it to anyone looking for a clinic in the area.

I have a great experience with this clinic it’s very professional and clean The nurses and the counselors are very respectful and nice it’s the best clinic I’ve been to so far honestly they have complementary coffee and… water and snacks in the waiting area . The main thing is they just don’t care about the money they really try to help you !
