My experience at MayRx was exceptional. Id like to thank everyone at MayRx for allowing me to change my life for a better future. Two staff members that went above and beyond every single day are Keana and Diego. Keana… I want to express my gratitude for the amazing work you do at MayRx. Keanas patience and personalized therapy approach helped me each day to find a reason to fight for my sobriety. Keana truly makes a difference. She goes above and beyond, is attentive, compassionate, and truly cares about us. I would also like to thank Diego for everything you did for me to help me through my journey. Kayla at the office is amazing. Thank you Kayla for the work you do. Overall, I believe because of the staff members, I was able to begin my journey in recovery, and I've set my foundation to hold a steady future Thank you MayRx

Well I had a good experience at mayrx and was a few days away from completing and I had a few appointments due to having a broke ankle that I had to attend and then I got sick and they discharged me Ama which is pretty… unethical in my opinion. I had doctor notes from the orthopedic doctor and also from the hospital stating that I had a infection and needed excused for 3 days and before I could present it I get a call saying I have been discharged ama. I had already moved out of the sober living into a new sober house and have been working so I think it was just a way for them to clear the space and get me out of there. However I would never recommend them to anyone after being done the way I was.

This is truly an amazing place. During Hurricane Helene Paula went above and beyond to make sure I got my medicine when nothing was open or running. The Doctor was there to help with minimal phone service. I can’t thank… these people enough for helping in a terrible time. In the middle of devastation they put their patients first.

They there for not just too rush you in and out they care about you

Im very grateful for services provided at mayrx, they do video appointments, which is very helpful for my busy schedule. They offer therapy along with MAT treatment. The Staff is very caring, and go above and beyond… what I have experienced at any other doctor office. Ms Paula Bynnom has been exceptional in my recovery journey, helping through my many hurdles, always treating me with kindness and respect. They have helped me find solutions to my issues, and have never felt any kind of judgement for it. I would recommend to anyone seeking help in their recovery journey!!!

Very helpful and understanding. They treat me like a person and not like a criminal for needing help and medication for my very real pain. They go above and beyond for me. They even called me to check up on me because I… was having a hard time. It had nothing to do with my appt and it was all about them caring about my well-being. Greatest Doctors and staff I have ever met.

My experience since I started with MARYX has been amazing. I have been treated with absolute respect, kindness and understanding with certain circumstances financially. I am very thankful for them… ❤️ Would recommend… them to anyone struggling with addiction, they’ve saved my life for sure❤️🥰

Mayrx and their providers are fantastic. The services they provide to our community are an absolute necessity and can truly save lives. I had the opportunity to work with Paula Bynnom and she always did everything she… could to provide the best possible services to my clients while educating me/them along the way. I have run into various barriers over the years trying to help my clients receive the best possible care when they require MAT. Mayrx was the first clinic I worked with that made this difficult process simple while simultaneously upholding the ethical principles needed to provide MAT in a safe and effective manner. Most providers seem to want their clients to stay reliant on them. In contrast, Mayrx provides a treatment plan that is easy to follow, and provides the necessary education and guidance that their patients need to make informed decisions about their recovery journey. I really couldn’t recommend them anymore if you or a loved one are thinking about utilizing medication assisted treatment.
