I not impressed with the way they treated a few ppl when their time was up. They would hold their belongings and not release them it was like they were holding them hostage. I went to the one in Knoxville it may be… different at different locations I don't know but I saw several people upset on the day they were supposed to leave and they didn't have their exit plans ready and they would hold their stuff hostage and wouldn't give them their phones purses Etc and when the people would threaten to retaliate they would put them down in at the end of the driveway at the road and tell them not to come back on the premises. I saw this with my own eyes and was astonished at what I was seeing

Absolutely amazing, they are there for you to succeed in your recovery, they understand that your use ain't shameful but treatable, and you will probably fall on your ass ,but getting back up and continuing to recover… is the most important thing, they don't judge you and shame you for falling they're understanding where most just see your fall , they see your will in getting back up and fighting your way to recover your life back an start living again.

I love being in this clinic I have went to others and they treated me like a piece of trash only cared about money. At crossroads I have felt completely heard and respected and my counselors and staff have always been… SOOOOO nice. My counselor Candace Townsend is the nicest most genuine, caring, attentive counselor I have ever had and she works her butt off for everyone of us. I can't imagine a life without this clinic.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at crossroads. It has been a great experience so far and although this is just the beginning I couldn't ask for friendlier, more professional people. All of the staff from… counselors, to nurses, to people at the front desk everyone is just amazing and I'm so grateful for such a wonderful place!

I have been to three separate MAT PROGRAMS!!! CROSSROADS TREATMENT CENTER OF WEAVERVILLE NORTH CAROLINA..... Has by far been the best outpatient treatment center I have been to in 12 years I've had only two… counselors!!!.. counselor I have right now I feel like I could tell her anything and be completely honest about everything with her.... This facility is very thorough and I like to say they do things by the book!! As does my counselor!!! I have finally in 20 years made it to the top and I only have to go once a month now. Of course I owe most of this to myself and finally trying and doing things right letting the system work like it's supposed to but credit is owed or credit is due and if it wasn't for my counselor being as amazing as she is I have doubts that I would be where I'm at right now at this point in my life!!! Candice my family and I would like to thank you for everything you have done for me and how you have helped me change into the man that I am today the man I'm supposed to be. I still feel exactly the same way today is I did when I originally wrote what I posted.... Crossroads Treatment Center has definitely been a key factor for why I'm still alive!! Without Crossroads Treatment Center in Weaverville, NC But it has really always been about the staff!! Without the staff that work at this Crossroads and the Amazing people That have became part of their staff recently just make this Crossroads Treatment Center Even Stronger 💪 I just feel lucky and blessed to have found these Amazing People With The Lord's Help!! Amen 🙌 I just wanted to Give A big Shout Out To All of The Staff in Weavo! My Life Has Has Been Given Back to Me! And I'm Forever Grateful 🥹🥲 Yeah The Medication Helps tremendously! But I know that it only helped me so far and then I felt and was Stuck! But it Has Been The Staff And How they make me feel like a Family Member! 🥹 Because it's not the medication that's kept me coming to the same place for several years! Thank you for never giving up on me! Thank you for making me feel like I can Accomplish Anything! And Thank You for Making Me Feel Wanted And I Feel Comfortable Enough That I Can Open Up And Talk about Whatever I Am Going through At the Time And I Never Feel Judged! The Care And The Treatment I Continue to Receive Is A Remember And Reminder That I Am So Lucky To Have Stumbled Into The Doors Of Crossroads Treatment Center In Weaverville, NC Because there's So Many People Who Wasn't Able To Get Their Life Back Like I Have. Thanks Again Sincerely, Wilbur Prentice

They are an amazing, kind, and truly caring group of SUD professionals who have went above and beyond not only for myself but for every single client of theirs many times! We made it through the hurricane and the winter… storms and they always made sure to contact everyone they could and accommodate them to the best of their abilities! I have been a client of theirs since January 2024 and even when I had a relapse and stopped showing up for my scheduled appointments they never gave up on me. They welcomed me back with compassion and understanding and truly saved my life and gave me the opportunity to better myself and ensure that I was on a path of success so that i wouldn't lose my family or myself. I honestly could go on and on about how truly grateful I am for everyone who works here but I will save everyone the eye-rolls of seeing a long review and only say one last thing - the director here Hannah truly took this facility from a 2 star to a 10 star in my opinion. She updated everything that needed it and gave it a special touch that nobody before her had. Thank you all so so much for everything you’ve done for me and everyone else who goes here!

I have been going to Crossroads for over a year now. I have to say that this was the absolutely best choice I've made. Got 5+ years of sobriety from alcohol. 2+ years pain pills free. 2 months free from cigarettes. The… only vice i have left is my THC/CBD and I'm keeping that one! Everyone from Micky at check in , Hanna coming in doing a fantastic job. The counselors go above and beyond to assist in your needs. The nurses are outstanding. Simply put you couldn't find a better bunch of staff!

Hi 👋🏻 ☺️ I just wanted to update my review as it's been 2 years since I left this review🤷🏻‍♀️where does time go? I want to sing my praises and express my gratitude to the certain staff members of CrossRoads of… Weaverville! Emily, my oh my how much healing can come from truly vibing with your counselor. She is the absolute best fit for me at this stage of my life and journey to eventual and inevitabe sobriety! Our new director Hannah, she is totally amazing at her job...she's made great improvements and much needed positive professional changes! And no longer here at the clinic but the dosing nurse I'll never ever forget my dear sweet Chelsa❤️this woman is the apidamy of a genuine empathetic soul. You ladies will never know how much you mean to me ❤️ I must say that Crossroads of Weaverville saved my life! I was in a spiral downwards in active addiction until I heard a fellow former patient there say those very same words "this place saved my life"! I was incredibly lucky to get a few excellent counselors over the past years I've been a patient there! A couple counselors will always have my praises.... Melissa (which is no longer there) & Candace, these women have NO clue the positive impact they've had on my life! Not only did crossroads help get me clean but also provided the resources needed to do so! Therapeutic counseling is something that has so much stigma surrounding it, let alone the stigma of MAT programs. I truly had the same uneducated beliefs before coming to crossroads....this place exists because it really works! Its pretty easy to be a normal member of society when all the "properties" of addiction are removed from the equation! No more "hunting", staying financially strapped, associating with certain characters, Etc. Etc. What does sobriety mean to me? ..... EVERYTHING! Thank you to all the faculty and staff of Crossroads of Weaverville for all your dedication! Love, Cheyenne
