The staff at this place are extremely unhelpful. They mix up appointment times and then blame their patients for missing wrongfully scheduled times. The doctor there that prescribes meds kept trying to put me on… anti-depressants even after me AND my parents came in with paperwork about how I don't react well to them. He kept pushing a certain medication on me and when I told him it would make my mental health worse, he said I was "already suicidal so it didnt matter." Multiple people I know have had to switch out of this building in favor for other counseling. Just recently, they called the police on my underage friend and immediately jumped to hospitalization when she told them she was feeling down and depressed. Just as they did with me. Do not bring your child here.
I've called and left several messages trying to make my son an appointment no one answers or calls back went by the office to make an appointment since I didn't get a call back the hours on the door say they are open… but the doors are locked and when I knocked on the door they act as if they don't hear or see you . Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
Can't keep appointment times. But will charge you if you miss an appointment.
