I have worked with Rock Recovery over the last 10+ years. I am the owner of an eating disorder nutrition practice and I am impressed by the work Rock has done. Rock really cares about their work and their clients well… being. They care about the community and about the care that they provide their clients. I'd recommend finding support through Rock Recovery if you are looking for eating disorder care.

The Mid-Atlantic is so lucky to have Rock Recovery! It can be hard to find care that's both affordable and trustworthy. As a dietitian I have referred many of my clients to Rock for individual and group therapy and they… consistently deliver. Their high standards for staff and providers translate into individualized, high-quality support for every client. Just another place that would let you down. I was enthusiastic cause they take my insurance but they wouldn’t even give me a chance… Edit: Updated from one star review to five star because they were very kind even when… I wasn’t. There’s not a lot of places like this.

I can't say enough great things about Rock Recovery. They truly are a group that care and take the time to get to know you and even better...they never seem to forget you either. Eating disorders are long and have… journeys to their path that are twisting and constantly turning and everyone at Rock Recovery just always seems to be there no matter what part of the journey you are on. I go back to them constantly for references and advice even though we are years beyond treatment. I love Rock Recovery.

The work that Rock Recovery does is truly life changing. Sadly, so many are affected by disordered eating, and treatment is commonly incredibly expensive and can be difficult to find. Rock removes these financial… barriers and provides accessible, community-based care that I know has helped so many to find lasting freedom and granted them the ability to thrive.

Rock Recovery has grown so much since I first met them in 2013! It's because of Rock that I believe freedom from eating disorders is truly possible. Just ask some of their clients. Rock is constantly looking for ways to… better serve individuals who are struggling (and serve as many of them as possible!) especially during the pandemic when the need skyrocketed and they had to turn to virtual methods. They continue to offer individual and group therapy, meal support, corporate wellness workshops and community education. Rock is such a STRONG community that meets you where you are and supports you when it's needed most.

Great group of individuals. Love the groups they offer too. Highly recommend.
