Very supportive
Cody is amazing. Hes supportive, listens, and does what needs to be done with grace. Will forever be grateful for his services.
i like it here itsssss nice
Doesn't even listen, you are just a paycheck *update* After being court ordered to have an Alcohol Assessment, Vitality admitted that I do not have an alcohol problem. Yet they held me hostage to the court for… completing a year program, instead of reporting that I don't have an issue. On top of that, every month, after repeatedly informing them, my Court review was sent out late, or not until after reminding them again, continuously getting me in trouble with DAS. Additionally, I have been going to school full time, working full time, trying to avoid being made homeless, and had my brother die from Liver Failure. None of which made an impact on Vitality to report that I do not have an issue with Alcohol. Instead, their report convinced the Judge that I need more Councelling, for another year, after jumping through hoops for the last year... when they are fully aware that I don't even drink, normally. This was all over the Nugget feeding me too many drinks to keep me Gambling, and then calling the cops because they got me completely drunk. Which doesn't take much for somebody that doesn't drink very often, if at all. This is Carson City's Racketeering scam, to criminalize the public into probation, and Vitality is in cahoots with this Racket.
Bailey's the best. This has been been the only place that has been able to help my son after 13 years of dragging him to hundreds of places
most unprofessional "rehab"
avoid
This place is not professional. Period. I was continuously canceled on 6 times in 2 months. I was informed it was Covid the first time, called back to reschedule and they told me she was in a meeting?? Well is it Covid… or a meeting? Then I was canceled the next week, and the next week, then it was moved again (Covid as an excuse twice 3 weeks apart). I have never, ever, experienced such unprofessionalism. Finally had a therapy session weeks and weeks into it. The therapist apologized about the delay and said she would like to make it up to me. Guess what? Another cancellation the next week. Got so upset had a nervous breakdown at work and my job actually found me a real place to go. This place can't even get their billing in order. Got an email saying I owe 314 dollars. okay cool, but what about the hundred dollars I paid on my card (and have records of) before my trip? Get back and they still say I owe 314 dollars! Don't go to this place. Seriously you are better off going somewhere else.
Dr. Birnbaum is the worst psychiatrist/physician whom I have ever encountered. He makes judgements before having information, accuses you of being a criminal when you are in pain or are grieving, never listens, doesn't… understand mental illness or that ever-increasing doses of SSRIs dont help everything. He totally lacks compassion. Runaway from him, lest he make you feel worse than you do before seeing him.
I feel that Vitality is a valuable resource in this community. It offers wrap around services such as therapy, case management, medication management, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, peer support,… groups, family practice, and more! Its convenient to be able to receive all services in one place, and defiantly helps with coordination of care. In addition, all of the staff are compassionate, and really there to help the people.
